of my favorites have been ages with the reckless BRT Cortado they Lucy and I are driving went on a mini road trip six out no five hour drive down to the beach on weekend ready to go we've packed up nice and early ish early for us to do celery's never been described as spicy really nice breakfast with Kim and Tom head over to channel guys because they are doing some really exciting stuff at the moment they're looking for a place here which is really really cool right now for us it's Friday morning Hey Hey the traffic is pretty bad heading over to our friends at Volkswagen whoo again for this trip are very very kindly hooking us up with a car just a short trip this time we just wanted to go out the city for the weekend head down to the beach we're going to luang and/or lu which is easy for us to say but we are excited should be Google Maps as it's 4 hours 49 minutes I think we can be that let's see unless we see some cool stuff on the way we usually stop off but it's it's cool today and it's kind of like misty I don't know if you can see here like the skies pretty grade so I'm hoping down or up rather because we're going north hoping up at the beach I'm gonna get some decent weather we up at the swimming short so we're going to head straight to the beach I think when we get that [Music] [Applause] [Music] good to see you again Happy New Year thank you PW puts up a really nice ride today this Santana nice ride automatic perfect car to head down to the beach for a few days thank you guys we're hitting the road straightaway so so we're just chatting with our friend there Justin who does a lot of surfing and he works at BW and he told us that apparently tomorrow there's a surfing competition on it's people that are in the sea games and it's like international surface from all over the world coming and it just so happens that were there at the same time so we're definitely definitely gonna head down there tomorrow which way which way back but you saw go right go go we have rights is really bad it's very trips I tell him in direction he's like why don't you talk me words dead can you turn right on red here well if you get beeped you know you need to go so and I think you can't because people cut crossing just here see here is where we're all the moon by wasting about so cool seeing it go up you know good it feels to have some power after my hand nice car smooth ride we've hit some traffic just now that we're now off we take the the endless road to tire laxity and LAX yeah North Luzon Express and now there's no traffic 75 kilometers straight doing it at the our dream I think the plan is going to be to head straight for some food because it's like a five-hour drive so we're probably going to go to the place that we have been to before if you remember the road to every last one that you can park right outside get some food we've packed super light this time we've taken our small camera bag with just what we need and one tiny hand luggage sized suitcase so we're really traveling light this time just spent most of the journey so far replying to some comment on my first ever YouTube video on the Lucy vlog so thank you if you watched it and commented there's so many nice comments that's really nice look at these mountains stunning I love I love that you can drive a couple of hours out of Manila and you can see this kind of thing straightaway oh the blue skies here as well it was grey Manila I'll be louder we've just arrived and we are gonna grab a coffee and a snack and then we're checking out a restaurant this evening that we went to last time but your friend here but we're gonna for that is no because 6:00 p.m. so we're gonna get snack a coffee what sunset I think it's a food like that yes guys this is beautiful beautiful time to arrive here very excited to go back to this coffee shop it's one we really liked last time we were here let's see if they remember us if it's the same people working hi it's not that we've chosen is s'mores from our union coffee and they are so good we had them last time last time they turn the oven off just before we got here and we had to like beg them to turn the oven back on to make them for us on the ovens already on [Music] guys we just picked up some coffees exactly what we need after a little well yeah that's quite a long drives like five hours I think in the end we will not be wearing trousers we were wearing our swimming shorts actually I've loved hop in the water now but on in these ultra boost and long pants all right so the plan now for the next on the hour chill on this beach look at this watch the sunset just just coming down and relax and we're gonna head to the air B&B dump our suitcases and probably come back there's a Japanese restaurant here that we really liked before so we might come back there for dinner all right let's show you guys the sunset let's show you some surfing - wow there's so many surfers out there look loose [Music] this is really nice it's nowhere near as busy as it was the last time we came here last time there was a stage on the beach here and there's like a live band playing I mean it's only five o'clock so maybe like in the evenings it gets busier I think last time didn't we I think we came when it was like a holiday for some people was it I can't remember but basically everyone was off and everyone it obviously come down here no one was working there's a really really nice atmosphere but it's cool to be here when it's a bit more chilled as well really nice and the width thing is we know like three or four people who are here right now at the same time some friends of ours including Rory so we might bump into her and her boyfriend in a manner which would be quite cool there it is tori and she's not holding a camera this time hi good to meet you he has a new haircut guys look at that Wow it's also Rory's birthday today guys leave a comment below say happy birthday to worry I'll make sure she reads all of them Wow so it's like a birthday trip for you guys very nice so Rory has always been extremely helpful already the helipad yes we borrowed a stool of kind gentleman over there thank you
