Foreigners Try Famous FILIPINO FOOD in Iloilo for the First Time!

work up here and we're going to head out now to find some of the best food here that we can find so we've had loads of recommendations over on our Instagram page just make sure you are following them many I meant to eat probably this one yeah taste is really good all right so I got the cake all the ingredients in the year it's what you see I agree I'm gonna try the Jumbo the jumbo she'll power which is chicken and pork adobo I haven't had a dope on the whole trip so cheap the waitress said its massive which are on the order one per person I believe all of the people before me have eaten the paper I guess it's fine this alteration attack [Applause] very sweet there's no crunch to it Texas too very much enough I wished it was a little bit of a crunch indeed so we were also told to order these which is like a meatball stick apparently it's the bestseller here I didn't hear what meat it was you know I'll have to identify I think into my mouth I don't know this is either but look oh you're gonna sweet this little bear sauce how does that smell Oh put on my nose actually it smells more I suppose like a gravy but that could be the meatballs [Music] does it taste anything like you hear me there's a hint actually yeah there's actually a Hinda without sleeping river so if you're finding a place to find the next delicacy they do it next Carlo second stop on the making a juicy food choy and that was a real intense labor very meaty loads of different ingredients the simple sauce really nice stew looks rather hot but I'm going in anyway I agree the support company very flavorful of all this [Music] reminds me more of a Chinese dish again I think that little in-law might have a huge Chinese influence let me know down below if that's true but just this from tasting the food or get a feeling at the easel of Chinese signally said it before about food it kind of paints like saying that make you feel good for BEC like a nice warming [Applause] I've dug a lot deeper here and there's actually some nice flat noodles I've got bit chicken I'm gonna try dumpling afterwards but hopefully give it a little blow call it out I hope to get a good taste of the broth the chicken noodles now reminds me of something we had in Taiwan Taipei I don't know we had some kind of suit somewhere cockeyed Barbie teens may even yeah maybe how it looks so simple but there's so much flavor [Music] so so much flavor just in the broth really tasty the porks kind of the books not mushy it's got its kind of it stays together really well within the dumpling but the outer is softer which is nice makes it really nice I like soups with with a bit more going on so this is perfect seal the thick piece of chicken the noodles and dumplings so winner this is a absolute breakfast favorite of the Filipinos that is arroz caldo which is a rice pudding this version is a salty rice pudding where again with a frank garlic and a we've got the egg inside I don't think this one has the salted duck egg which is my favorite this has a regular chicken egg but I think that you guys will absolutely love this dish it is party it is filling it's full of aroma again so this is a lot thicker let's try and get right under seaweed go ahead look at that a whole phone and a whole egg let's get some good good protein in there as well Wow really good that's more like a most like a curry sauce kind of yeah a lot thicker as Mike said that is going to fill you up if you ate the whole bowl of this you that's a full meal for sure was there hot no no you're good [Music] instead of it Benji reckoning the color is that's really good we have a porridge okay yeah yeah team right before then what you mean about the curry third afternoon really nice savers but again quite mild it's not like there's loads going on it's not like like nice and Eve easy to eat another good day in lol Oh trying out some of the most recommended food here and we always dream ly satisfied and tonight the four of us are going to do something that we have never done before all together all together in the same room we've been too busy on this trip to do this we're having a movie night we're gonna treat ourselves we're gonna have
