MOVING IN TOGETHER: IKEA FAIL!

morning everyone morning how are you I hope you're having a lovely day you doing we have one mission for today Ikea oh and Harvester yeah first we're going for a harvest of breakfast that means more to me I think cuz you got to fuel up before these [Music] things Tomatoes beans and tomatoes yeah any back ping it's exactly 2 weeks today when we get the keys to the new place our first home well not today I mean like two weeks roughly we thought today would be in Ikea yeah have to go to IKEA if you're moving house you have to go to ik lost my pancake oh I'm going to burn myself ah here it is oh yeah oh that's healthy isn't it this is my breakfast that's all I'm having such a l we've ordered such a big breakfast basically we've come to a place where you it's all you can eat but it's not from like a tray you order it you order what you want but as much as you want dangerous did you really think we just order fruit that's more like it we expected that to be a bit ruddier yeah yeah going to go and wait on the floor think no you're not that's not a thing I really don't know why we do this every time we go shopping for the whole day it's like a really nice sunny day and we rarely get sunny days and it seems that every time we do we decide to go shopping and I don't know why oh so today I'm wearing I know you like my little clothes updates a yellow dress and I don't know why I'm wearing a yellow dress but I was sweating my wardrobe out last night and I came across it and I was like oh I haven't worn this in ag years I'll wear this so I wore it I like it it's a bit different it's summery got a bit of tan on so it makes me look nice and tanned yeah I'm loving it and I've got a fantastic CD to play all the way to Ikea and Geor is going to love me Pot Party 2 what are you saying like how how good is that such a good idea literally going to love this whole journey singing to busted Girls Aloud the whole way so excited thanks satav what the hell stop interrupting our sing song we've just driven past Chi and on the left is fields and when we always used to go on family holidays on this road my mom and dad used to point wait you had a family holiday on this road ha my mom and dad used to point out this fields and there were big big like hills and they said that is where Teletubbies is filmed and just told Lucy she was like are you sure I don't remember seeing all this industrial stuff in the background or a big road um is Mom there very quickly that oh cool thanks hi Mom how you doing yeah good you good yeah I just need to call you about something I just need to ask you something that you told us as kids and I need to figure out if it's true or not okay come on basically you know when we used to drive to Holiday and go past cha yeah and you'd point out the fields on the left and say that's the old Teletubby land is that true was that true or not what made you ask that cuz I just pointed out to Lucy and I was like that's the old Teletubby land and she's like what are you talking about are you sure was it true I'm afraid it wasn't oh no oh my God I thought that for so long you always tell me that funny Jif asked the same thing I think when we were going down in June told her she was gutted oh my God I'm gutted what isn't true oh okay all right thanks for I thought you realized no course didn't realize I've been telling everyone every anytime I come on this road oh okay all right thanks then we'll see you later all right bye got it that's like finding out the Easter rabbit isn't real the Easter rabbit you mean the Easter Bunny yeah oh my God Easter rabbit so where was Telly tubby land we need to find out the satav has taken us to the delivery entrance of Ikea I don't know how to get out I don't know what I'm doing not idea just turn around turn around yeah go in there and turn around I've never been this way before and it's taking us to the BL I am making a uturn it's taken us to like where all the huge lorries come in and deliver all the furniture and stuff finally figured out how to get here properly took about an hour yeah for those of you who've been watching us for I don't know like 6 months or something we came here a while ago and this is where we first ever vlogged with this camera this g7x and we got this exact shoted yeah we did and we bought it on the way basically we stopped at John Lewis on the way bought this camera and then came to Ikea started filming then it ran out of battery and that video is the one where we actually announced that we were going to be moving moving in together wasn't it yeah so to give you guys a little update of what stage we're at what we've got what we haven't got we get the keys to the new place in about 2 weeks it's going to be empty in there other than a washing machine this oh yeah we do need one of them an oven what else is in there that's pretty much it um fridge and a fridge yeah we've got a bed we bought a sofa so today we need a TV cabinet which we might order and we know the one we we getting bits today we're not getting actual units until we actually move in really yeah why are we here then we found the TV unit that we might be getting we saw this one online quite good got some drawers Xbox there why you Su PS4 there no no it's going well guys so far we have bought a bottle of water and we are now in the home office kind of area are we here we don't have an office yeah and we don't even have an office we're so bad at this in my head we just need like the main things I forget things like d and brush that's not very nice we're not going to get that but like I don't know I feel like we've forgotten about everything else we've agreed on a cheese grater I don't like the blue though but it's the only one here and it means got you can that and it's already in a pop Perfect come all the way to Ikea for cheese grater these are the big lamps that we saw online I like that it's huge is it we were basically going to get two of these and put them in the living room should we just get one for now or two should we get one shall we should we get a lamp and cheese grater now since we last spoke to you we've actually bought a few more bits straws I don't know what I don't know what we're doing here but we also may have bought a bedside table which is good we've chosen the light and go for this one how cool is that they even look £10 for a bowl really is that an ol yeah it is that's taller than you literally is how cool do they look though really cool they even look cool when they're off yeah I know nice we decided to buy a plant oh we're so bad at this even though we're not moving in for a month we're going to buy a plant to go on a bookshelf cuz we want some like we want some live Greenery stuff in the place we're now in the huge Warehouse bit where you have to find all the furniture that you picked this massive you got it yes two of them please [Music] the trolley ready go no no no no not going to happen no not appropriate so far the best thing we thought is bonsai tree always wanted a bonsai tree don't know why really cool all paid up and we did self checkout we I didn't know they had that you get free parking if you guys do that then don't ever pay for parking like here you can get it free and now we're going to get dog so we w we had a huge breakfast as you saw get it so weren't really keen on the meatballs this time were we they're like 15 for a m these are like pound for a hot dog soft drinking fries 1 60 I'm getting involved with that got the hot dog Le got some meatballs cnon so good we've comeing to John Lewis on the way home purely to look at their coffee machines I've change of mind more than coffee machine I think W every time look at the size of this wine glass that's a b you can make like a massive dessert in here basically decided that we don't want to have like instant coffee granules cuz neither of us neither of us drink coffee really unless it's nice coffee so the only thing we can do is get an actual proper coffee machine and we know they do really good ones here so we're just coming to have a little look you get the ones with the little capsule things don't you like not expressive we like yeah I have no idea what we're looking for be honest um no luck with the coffee machine no we basically neither of us knew what we were looking for at all we'd have no idea how to work those open yeah we're going to cures quickly have a look don't don't even know what for yeah maybe I don't know we're going to look online at some reviews of coffee machines and stuff like that and then choose one I think one thing we forgot we needed yes microwav totally forgot and now we're here buying a microwave this one I think cuz we want like obviously these ones are really nice like massive ones that's too big is like too big and I think this is like still really nice h word goes v gra look look at this compact but powerful we'll take it take it no all these TVs oh wow how you going to watch it I think we said before eventually we want to get a 55 in don't we p a microwave George got conned into some warrant thing for 3 years that had anyway so he's one of them idiots that just says yes to anything I think we're home they're always so pleased to see us hello hello lty no no no fighting lty come here here's all the stuff we bought laid out we'll show you in a minute first my sister if you remember in one of the Vlogs a couple of weeks ago I said bye to my sister cuz she was going to garana well she's back everybody hi M how was Africa Africa was amazing good did you meet loads of nice people good you got a little fan on you that's not doing anything so weak guys just say no my new merch is out this is my calendar so that's me obviously and then like shut up in your dream next month the next section of the Vlog will be Lucy talking you through all of this stuff this is a bulb for our lamp we got but you've SE the lamp already the lamp is so cool it's that big gray one we bought these straws they're like um pastel colors for like cocktails or like them little jar things we bought this plop for the kitchen so it's nice small but it's goes with our theme £8 this was so good now these these look a bit weird but they're actually really cool these are lamps bedside lamps and um it's like sort of like a see-through thing and then the light goes on it like shines all through it all the way from the top to bottom leading on to that the bedside t are in here they're um they're like flat pack yeah they're like this High they're quite small but we can we only really want small ones cuz it's we got loads of for so there's they've got like a shelf on the top bit a drawer on the bottom bit with some like glass but like frosted glass and then OB got the top bit as well and they're like white they're really nice got the cheese grater the first thing we picked up um we got some more bulbs for the bedside lamps bulbs are expensive bulbs are a lot more expensive than the actual lamps then we got this little pot for our toothbrushes is in the bathroom in Gray cuz you know we like a bit of gray I've M the things like it's all dusty things like this that you forget about like kneading no what does she want there's no cheese in there already she knows what cheese grater is she does this is um this is really cool it's like um a like drip like um a washing up like a washing up tray thing if you look at the picture here come closer closer look um like that but it's also got this thing which like a drip tray that goes underneath it and we've seen loads of like horrible looking ones we think this is quite nice looking like black simple now I think you've seen this already but I'm going to show you again cuz this is the bit that I'm most excited about ly weight good girl I've got my very own bonsai tree I don't know why I've always wanted one but I think it's so cool having like an actual Tree in your house with bark with bark with bark look how cool that is it's all like Tangled around we put it in this like like nice metal pot and that will go nicely on like a bookshelf or something which think is really cool I don't know I don't have really ESS with it and then obviously we've got this microwave as well nice stainless steel conventional microwave it's cool which is good we like to be conventional we like conventional things so overall I think we've had a pretty successful day don't you absolutely it's so good not as much as we normally get in our little home wear my home wear um days out but we've already got a lot of stuff so now we're just going to I think that's it now until we actually move in and then we're going to actually like start to get more stuff on top of that once we're actually living there cuz it's hard to imagine it and see what would go where unless you're actually in the place so we've decided to cut on this for now wait till we're actually living there and then see what we feel like we need then I want to tell you about this new TV show that we discovered it's called e wait the Lend is here face me it's called Eden and when George first explain it to me I want to tell you about this new TV show comment over here if you want to talk no if you don't want me to talk I won't talk fine go on then describe it so it's is new TV program called Eden and when George first told me about it oh my God she's wet and sloppy when George first told me about it okay when George first told me about it um I thought it was like a not reality TV I thought it was like um a TV program like a series of like a madeup thing fictional um but it turns out it's actually real life and it's basically a group 23 people um from the UK um what is she doing I think it's my tan licking it off um and it's a group of 23 people from the UK that go to this place we didn't know where it was at first I Googled it it's in Scotland like West Scotland so it's like just on the Atlantic Ocean and um obviously like really bad weather conditions they basically have to live there for a year they've got like limited resources and they've got it's a bit like lost if you ever seen lost it's like that but in Scotland it's really cool I I'm really enjoying it yeah they basically have to build a brand new community and they only have very limited things to start off with like a bit of words some tools they're given some pigs and stuff which they sadly have to slaughter to eat if that's something you think might like we we know I know we're always looking for new TV serieses to watch series is is is so yeah that's what we're watching at the moment we're going to try and squeeze in an episode now I've watched don't trust the [ __ ] on an apartment 20 three recently that's really good I've also watched stranger things that's really good there go there's your juicy Vlog TV Roundup for the week best time of day dinner is ready I will miss getting called for dinner when we live on our own that's one of the good things of living with your parents get called for dinner every evening hopefully Lucy will cook in the flat and then just call me when it's ready hi Mike who do you think you are luc's not going to every night you will have do something yourself look how good Robbie is when we're all waiting for dinner oh you're so good you don't annoy us do you drunk busy evening very we had dinner with a few which is really nice and then em just got back from Ghana so has told us all about it some stories giving us some prees what did we get oh yeah got some biscuits that downstairs um check this out this like mask thing like a face which is really cool like you can hang on the wall this with like I was going to say elephants on but that's a zebra no what's that that's a zebra but it has got an elephant on the other side ah there you go I'm not going mad all the way from Africa so cool and then like some hair bands bit it's for me it's really cool we might use this as a um key ball might use this as a key ball in the flat look this is our pile now this is the one at George's house as well as that and that under there there's also some at my house and and these crates as oh yeah yeah all of it all this is stuff for the flat and there's loads of stuff at mine as well it's ridiculous there's so much stuff we just realized the program we're watching Eden we just watched one episode a minute ago and that's the last in the series only four we got to wait for oh my God I thought you were falling down the stairs going down so they can see me oh my God that was horrible and there's only four in so we got to wait God knows how long for season 2 how in the wilderness of Scotland right now so we're looking for something else to watch so if you know any good TV shows any
