Inside a $3,500,000 Private Acreage RESORT in Calgary's Bearspaw! Million Dollar Home Tour

An indoor pool, a gym, a gymnasium, two offices, six bedrooms and this 8,200 square foot custom home in Bears Paw all coming up today on this episode of Million Dollar Tours. Let's get started with this tour right here on the main floor of this incredible custom home in the community of Bears Paw. Now this home sits on four acres of land. It's fully treed, it's private and it's in an area called Jewel Valley. It's gorgeous but this home is much more than just a home. It is a resort and you're going to understand exactly what this means as we take you through room by room this incredible property located at 31 South Valley Boulevard. So this living room is directly opposite that front entrance so when you come in this is your view. Really that's why you came out to an acreage is because you want to be surrounded by nature but when you're inside this home you're also surrounded by beautiful finishings. Like I love this two-way fireplace. The fact that it is open on both sides still preserves that sense of an open floor plan but also gives you distinguished spaces. Spaces for you to enjoy and to create separation when you have family and friends over. Check out this kitchen. It is beautifully finished inside. It's bright white which is what everyone's looking for but what I like about it is that styles come and go so quickly but this transitional timeless classy finish it's always in. So when your book is showing plan to spend an hour or two here because you really need to check out the finer details. These sorts of features. All these extra little storage compartments. You've got a six burner wool cooktop here and then you've got integrated appliances in the wall. So things like this. This is your fridge and your freezer with the cabinet panel face. This is where all the storage is coming through. You've got a really great and large washer dryer space through here. Check this out. You can have this running in here. You don't have to worry about guests coming over because it's nicely separated from the rest of the home and it's just located off of the five car garage. That's right. Five cars. Do you have toys? I love this staircase. It's spiral, it's open riser and at the top it leads you into this bridge-like hallway space. What's great about it? Well from up here you can overlook your living room and your yard out back as well as greet guests as they come in from the front entrance. It feels bright and airy and from up here you can really appreciate that ceiling design in the living room space. Now normally on these tours we take you first to the master bedroom retreat but not this time because there's some real goodies there to share. First off I want to show you this home office. Now I'll tell you why I like it because it is separate from the rest of the bedrooms on this floor which is perfect for a work from home situation and this makes office number two in this home. So as you've already seen in the sneak previews this home has got so many amazing things for a family. One thing it also has is just a ton of bedrooms. It's got six bedrooms in this home, four of which are up here on this second level. This room right through here it is a large bedroom with massive walk-in closet and its own ensuite. Two more large bedrooms off to the here with a jack and jill bathroom and now we enter here the master bedroom retreat. Okay check this out we have four incredible features in this master bedroom beyond just the bedroom itself with these ultra-tight vaulted ceilings. Let's get started with cool feature number one. Check out this home gym. This is your personal gym just for you and your spouse. You've got a full mirror on that back wall it's completely set up. Now I mean I'd give you a quick you know example of how this place works but I just did chess this morning. So after a quick workout just step into your ensuite. Incredible views onto the yard but it's this it's this steam shower in here that blows me away. I love it.
