In August of 2023, my friend Terry and I were filming together for a project called Calculated
Risk. If you haven't seen it, I'll put a link in the description so you can check it out.
Terry was filming with a custom rig that he built that gets shots like you won't see anywhere else.
This footage was from one day where we navigated a pretty hectic rush hour
and then enjoyed the tranquility of cruising the streets at night. There is just something about
gliding around New York City on a summer night, preferably on skates, that is just so freeing.
This whole video was shot by Terry, edited by me, color graded, hopefully not by me.
It's probably gonna be me.
Here are some clips of Terry filming me just so that you have an idea of how we created this.
Shout out to Dale for getting those behind the scenes clips. Appreciate you.
If you want to see more overblading through New York City content,
hit the subscribe button because I got more coming soon and I hope you enjoy it.
Back in the days you could not even walk through Chinatown without the gangsters coming in and
stopping you and questioning you. Before it was off limits. Now it's become so gentrifying.
Believe it or not gentlemen, if you google on YouTube, this was originally actually a
subway station that started right here. Depending on your inside, correct?
What's up, homie? How you doing? Yeah, you have a lane, homie. Take it. Don't flash your brights.
Flash your brights. Pretty sure you're just trying to be nice. That's a new barrier.
A little wide here. There you go. More visibility. A little wide here. You just
passed it. We should have a lane. There we go. All clear. There we go.
Thank you so much for watching. Thank you so much to Terry for filming. Thank you so much to
Dale for filming some behind the scenes. Click on the video next to my head to be entertained
hopefully by some more overblading content. Rest assured I got some more fun videos coming your
way soon. I will see you in the next one. I appreciate the support. I will now fade into
the background.
