Be sure to cook.
Today we're going to be doing
meatball subs.
We're going to do everything homemade.
I'm going to add a little creole seasoning
inside of there.
I'm going to give this a great
stir.
Good to go.
I hear you.
Yes.
Oh my god, that is wonderful.
So, that was about
four to five
Welcome back to another
episode of Be Sure to Cook.
Today, we're going to be making
a bacon and egg sandwich.
Stay tuned and let's
do this.
Alright, in it
goes.
Okay, I got a clean skillet.
I'm going to do a little bit of
cooking spray so it can slide right
off, just in case.
This is
not a nonstick.
I love stainless steel.
I got a
for that bacon grease that I cooked,
I'm just going to do a half of a teaspoon
to a whole teaspoon
of the oil,
just to give it some oil balance.
And I'm going to cook an egg.
Okay.
I've got some good old nice
brown eggs that I'm going to
be cooking with.
I am
going to turn down my
pan.
Okay, it's nice and hot.
I'm going to take it off because I don't want it that
hot. I just want to cook
these eggs.
Oh, look at that. That's a big egg.
The
other one, I'm
going to lay it right down here
and let that cook.
I just took it off the heat because I
want it to slow cook.
Okay.
My husband loves a little salt and pepper
and I use
kosher salt. So these are kind of big.
And I got fresh cracked black
pepper. I like it fine.
So I put mine on fine. I got
one of these cracked black peppers
where you can determine what
size you want. Large,
medium. It has all these little dots.
The smaller means the smaller.
I'm going to turn it up a little bit now
because I want that nice crispy
around the edges.
I love that crispy. Sometimes
I cook them and he complains,
why come it ain't crispy?
I try to make it crispy for him because I know
it is. I love that crispy part
around your eggs.
You like two eggs, Keith?
Okay. One of my eggs
busted, but I kind of like that.
But make sure you flip your...
I'm going to lay this on here.
And these eggs, one of them
is busted, but the other one is not.
But, wait, you got some.
And then you put it on
here. And this is what I call
a fried egg
sandwich. Let's cut that and you're going to see it.
And this is the
bacon. This is the egg.
And look at it. It is just
where it can bust.
Oh, it is so delicious. It's hot
and it's warm. You put it together.
Just take the bacon
and you can put it on the side
here like this or on top.
Flip over your bread
and there you go.
There is our bacon and egg sandwich.
Oh, my God. It is so delicious.
If you never had one with the egg
kind of runny, get one. Do a
sunny side egg if you want to.
Or flip it over just a little bit
just to get that top part
just a little bit and you'll cover it.
Flip it back over, put it on. Oh, my
God. The best sandwich you ever ate.
