Guys, I even changed my shirt.
What the heck.
Oh my gosh. I changed my shirt and I still, it still looks like I've been through a rainstorm.
Too loud. All right.
Back for more, most of you.
You're amazing. Oh, I got Nicole live. I love it.
Aruna, Yolanda, Candice, Mary, back for more.
Welcome this morning. This is 10-10-10. Okay, it is
equivalent to about 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength, and 10 minutes of core, okay?
What you can expect today is to work hard in that 30 minutes
and probably a
total of 35, maybe a little bit longer with our
beginning warm-up and cool-down stretch, okay?
Good. All right.
What you need today, all you need today, well, are weights and
this.
Good morning, Lisa.
All right, let's get warm. Quick two-minute warm-up. Those of you who just finished class with me, I'm sure you're plenty warm,
but let's do this thing.
Squats.
And each week, I've been trying something new, different formats,
down, dreaded
because I want to see what works best. So for this class, and I love feedback, so feel free to get it.
Good morning, Shalika. No worries.
They are go-getters, aren't they?
Good. And lunge it back. Twist it.
Man, this fan is doing nothing for me. Turning up the music.
Nice.
And mountain climbers.
It's the only ones we're doing for right now.
I think today,
more exams than we'd like to be.
Knees.
Sledge ups. Anything we do.
Three, two, one.
Please form that.
I'm so glad
Steve travels home.
Okay, we got loop band around the quads. Today, what we have
two cardio moves, two strength moves. Back and forth. We're going to rest after four.
Okay.
45-second intervals.
So grab it around the quads.
Okay, I don't shuffle with her on the angles. 45 on the clock.
You know each other.
Where are we at? Where are we at? Next one.
Three, two, one. You're trying to create a square. Make sure you alternate
the leg you start with when you do the square.
Ready, set, 45. Let's go. Four, three, two, one.
You can try and hit the same spots. Do it. It's good for the brain.
You feeling your booty? Three, two, one.
Wow.
Let's do two. Yay.
All right, up to the quads.
We have step out squat.
Single weight.
Okay.
And if you want some more, press out when you stand. Ready, set, 45. Let's go.
Press.
Good job, you guys.
I love it. Little community talking to each other. So good.
Three, two, one. Keep one heavy, grab one medium.
You're like, uh-oh.
Okay.
We have
a
back behind
press.
Yep.
And I will tell you when to switch sides. Ready, set,
let's go.
Come on.
Three,
two,
and one. Switch those weights out.
Ready? Let's go. Other side, same thing.
Are you there yet? Three, two, quick sip of water.
Uh-huh.
No quads still.
So, quad squat. Tap the front with the heels and jump. Looks like this.
Squat, tap, tap, jump. Okay?
Good. Ready?
45.
Let's go. Squat, tap, stay low.
Jump.
Tap, tap.
Jump. Squat, tap.
Come on.
Go to toes if you need to. Instead,
come on, move those arms.
Three, two, one.
Move it down.
All right.
We have circle, three, do one skip.
Uh-huh. Looks like this.
Tap, tap, tap.
Skip, skip,
skip.
Actually, let's move it around the quad. It'll be easier. I thought we could do it around the calves.
Good in theory. Ready?
Let's go. Three, two, one, skip.
You want to go backwards? Do it. I'm going to go six.
Who came up with this?
Three, two, one, other side.
You knew you though. Three, two, one.
Yep. That was crazy. Okay.
Still around the quads. Okay.
Have those arms back behind you. Don't fall over.
Three, two, one, other side. Let's go.
Three, two.
Okay, next one. I am grabbing my light weights for this one.
Keeping it around the quads.
Lunge, scarecrow, front press.
Okay.
I'm not looking for deep.
Lunge, scarecrow,
front press.
Good. Ready? Switch sides. Let's go.
Three, two, one.
You can take that band off. Thank goodness.
All right.
Take a break.
Exactly.
Oh, Serena, you're here too. I love it.
Yes, New York is so much fun. I think I just eat my way through New York when I go.
I literally go to Chelsea and just go from stand to stand eating.
It's so much fun.
Really good restaurants too.
What the heck?
I need to even out.
Okay.
It was a little crazy, wasn't it, Mary? Okay.
No band.
With junk cubes.
Ready?
You're gonna go fast and furious. Speaking of, this is the last, right?
Okay, and listen for my cues when I tell you to turn, jump, twist, whatever.
Ready?
Okay. Love it. You like that? Second set for the girls.
All right.
45 on the clock.
It's not gonna be pretty. Jump. Jump.
Make it jiggle.
Move.
Jump.
Move.
Jump.
Move.
Jump.
Three, two, one. Box walks.
Then ski hops.
Two box walks.
Boom, boom, boom, boom.
Something like that.
Okay.
Four points.
Twice.
Four ski hops.
Ready? 45. Let's go.
Get low when you do it.
Make it boom, boom.
If you do this right, you won't feel it.
Three, two, one.
So sweaty. Two.
Yay. Thank you. Thank you. Both Serena, Amy, and Nazzy. Great commentary.
Love it. Okay.
Strength.
Wood chop.
I'm grabbing my heavy.
Cossack lunge, reverse wood chop.
Nice wide stance.
Okay, if you would like
to go lighter, please do.
Okay.
Cossack lunge.
Reverse wood chop.
Okay.
You're throwing it around the opposite shoulder to the leg you just had pointing up.
Okay.
Yes. Let's go.
Almost there.
Three, two, one.
Okay.
One, one.
Light weight.
Racked lateral lunge to overhead press reverse lunge. Keep it to the one side. I'll tell you when to switch.
Boom.
Boom. Okay. Ready? Set? Let's go.
One. Other side.
Let's go.
Yeah. Chop some wood. Come on.
That's right. Teacher's pet.
I don't really have a teacher's pet.
I love all y'all. All right. Okay. Lightning round. 30 seconds. Okay.
We did this in last class, but it was so much fun.
Okay. 30 seconds. Lateral shuffle. Hop forward and back.
Jab. Okay. It's so much fun. Okay. Ready?
No hands.
Set.
Let's go.
Three, two, one. So much fun. All right, you guys.
This is last class too.
Out, in, knee, knee.
Okay. 30 seconds. Let's get it.
Come on. Finish that cardio. Almost there.
No way. No way. No teacher's pets.
Three, two, one.
Okay. Last two straights.
I'm going heavy, but I might regret my choices.
Transfers around the world back.
Okay.
Stir the pot.
Around the world back. So whatever direction you're going, that's the same area you're going to around the world.
Start. Okay.
Ready?
Let's go.
Stir it.
Around the world it back.
We're just doing 30 seconds.
Decide when you're done.
Get it. Get it. Get it. Get it.
Almost there.
Three, two, one. There you go. Just read your comment. Let's go. Other side.
Oh, Amy.
I need this carrot now.
Three, two, one.
Good job.
Grab your mat. You only need four portion. Grab a sip of water if you need it.
We're going to finish out with some core stretching. Be on your way.
Oh, thank you.
That's right.
Thank you, Serena. Have a great day.
I really do hope your ankle gets better. Make sure you do some stretches. Roll
on a tennis ball or any kind of ball
on your foot. Roll your ankle.
Like sit in a lotus position
and use the ball to like press in. Even one of those bouncy balls
really helps. It'll just knock out any of the
tightness in the muscles.
No worries, Lisa. Give him a big kiss.
That's right. That's right. We're going to finish out with some core.
All right.
Table top.
Okay, ankle, tap, stop.
Tap, tap, start.
Tap, tap, start. Okay, make sure you actually
twist. If you need to, just do one side twice.
Start, hold the head twice.
And start. Ready? Let's go.
If your head is starting to feel it, tap, start.
Tap, start.
Tap, tap, start.
Eight, two, one. Good job. Okay.
We're going to do a glute bridge crunch combo.
Okay, you're taking one foot back behind the knee
on the bridge.
Crunch it up.
Glute. If it doesn't feel comfortable, just have it on top.
Get it.
Bridge.
It's like you're pretending to navigate. I find it annoying.
So, keep squishing down.
Why is it squishing?
Switch sides.
Readjust. There we go.
We've been doing glute bridges every day, and I am feeling it.
Two, one. Good job, you guys. Okay.
Waist fillers. A little fun.
Okay, you've got tons of options. Full version.
Okay.
Full version. Wow.
Right here. Bottom, right? Meet it in the middle. Next level. Right here.
Next level. Right here.
I like this one the best. Next level. Okay, just drive the knee.
Okay, you're still going to get to work. Ready, set, pick your level. Let's go.
Shoulder is aligned with your elbow.
Or the other side.
Two works.
Three, two, one. Good job, you guys. Okay.
Last move.
Legs off to the side.
Little crunches.
Crunch, crunch, crunch. Okay?
Ready? Let's go.
Good. We're going to out comes out.
Little crunches. This is it.
Good. Back in. Let's go.
Stretch those arms away from the feet.
Onto your belly.
Up dog stretch.
Oh, so good.
Curl your toes under, down dog.
You're going to drive one leg if you can.
Perpendicular stretch to the hammy.
Glute, everything down there.
See if you can't drop those hips closer to the mat.
If you can.
Three, two, one.
Burst.
The more perpendicular your leg, the deeper the stretch.
I get it.
If that foot needs to come back and compensate,
I understand.
I'm not every...
If you need to do one at a time,
go for it.
Have a seat.
You can hit the arms and be done.
Yay!
That's awesome, Aruna.
Good. Other side.
Good, good, good.
Triceps.
I just read your comment, Amy.
Okay, go.
You're like, I've been going.
Thanks a lot, Amy.
Get your other side and thought of the day.
You've got to win in your mind
before you can win in your life.
How true is that?
Win up here
and then you win in everything else.
Thank you, Nicole.
Thank you.
Yay! Two packs back.
Love it.
Thank you, Candice. Thank you, Amy.
Thank you, Aruna, Nazi.
Have fun when you do it.
Lisa, when you finish,
have a great time.
Mary, Serena, when you finish,
have a great time.
Thank you, Shalika.
Who else was here?
I think I got everybody.
Yay!
Yolanda, yes, have an amazing day,
you guys.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Bye!
By the way, if you didn't notice
