Basement Chronicles Episode 2 Kidneys Working Overtime! Andrae Battles

What's up everybody? How you doing? I'm back. Praise the Lord. Basement Chronicles episode two. Um, I just wanted to come on and to share a brother's testimony, uh, that I saw when he shared it on Facebook. And I'm gonna tell you something, this testimony really, really like, it inspired me. It inspired me. So I had to get with my brother, ask him if, you know, he can join us on, uh, Basement Chronicles and to send his testimony over because, I mean, his testimony was so powerful and to make it an impact. It is a part one to his testimony because his testimony really isn't finished. It's not over. What I want to do is I really want to play my brother's testimony for y'all. Okay. Um, so that way I'm not the only one who can get a blessing from this. This testimony is supposed to bless everyone else. I want you guys to support this brother because this brother, I mean, just his testimony alone, and this is just a snippet, a snippet of his testimony of what his life is like and what he's asking for. Okay. So I'm going to play his testimony for you guys. Um, I want you guys to please subscribe to the page, like, share, get this word out because I mean, what good is a life lived without sharing with others, right? I mean, sharing is caring. And if we care about each other, yeah, you know, we don't want to tell everybody our business. We don't want to tell everybody, you know, the intricate parts of our lives. That's okay. But the one thing that we should share with each other is what God has done for us, what he's brought us through or the little fun things that he's done for us, what our ministries are like, you know, sharing the gospel with someone else. Um, things of that nature, like, like we should be able to share those things because somebody somewhere wants to be encouraged. Somebody somewhere needs to hear that God is working with in our lives and that they can work within their lives. Okay. So what I want to do is I'm going to share this testimony with you guys. I want you guys to hear this brother's words, hear what it is all about. Good evening, brothers and sisters. This is Andre battles with I battle daily ministries. I'm soliciting all my prayer warriors, all my friends, all my brothers, all my sisters, all those people out there that care about me as an individual. You don't have to know me to care. You just have to be a child of God. And if you come across this video, I'm about to ask you to pray for me. I went to see my doctor on Thursday, my primary care doctor, many of you know, and if you don't know, I used to live a life, uh, where I consumed a lot of drugs, cocaine, marijuana, you name it, alcohol. Um, and as a result of that, there has been damage done to my body. Okay. Brothers and sisters, what am I saying? I'm trying to explain to you that there are consequences in this life for the decisions that we make. And when we make certain decisions, sometimes God may wink at us, meaning that he may overlook the natural consequences, but the Bible also says that you reap what you sow. So I went to the hospital on Thursday or actually my primary care doctor on Thursday, and I didn't even go for a checkup. I went to go and get a handicap sticker and you know, you have to apply for those. And so as I was about to leave, the doctor asked me, he said, Hey, is there anything else you need? And I remember the last time that I went and saw him, he had done some blunt work and it wasn't good. So I said, well, Hey, why don't you pull some blood and do some testing so that I can have an idea as to what's taking place with me. So he called me Friday morning, yesterday morning, I was surprised because I didn't expect to hear from him so quickly. And he said, you know, Andre, and I was just about to drop my daughter off to school. And, um, he said, we have noticed high kidney function, meaning that your kidneys are working over time. And, oh man, my spirits fell. I just, I was despondent. I didn't even know what to say. You know, uh, my next reaction after I obviously, you know, when you're doing certain things, you know, that there's going to be consequences, but when you discontinue or you see certain practices, you very well expect that things will change. Not that God doesn't hear your prayers or not that God does not acknowledge that changes have been made, but sometimes he will allow for things to linger so that it could be a testimony so that it could be some prayer going up so that you can search us yourself. Remember David, when he sinned and he was exposed, his prayer immediately after that was search me, Oh God, and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts and see if there'd be any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. So sometimes God will allow lingering issues so that we can go to him in prayer. And so when this brother told me that, when this doctor said what he had to say, I was immediately despondent. I woke up this morning, a dear brother of mine, uh, he was on a prayer line. He had requested that I join him. And so I got online this, uh, reluctantly, I didn't want to do it. And brothers and sisters, he talked about faith this morning and the Holy spirit said to me, Andre, if you have faith that I can provide finances for you in the five months that you've not been working and I've been paying your bills, if you have faith enough to drive your car to Chevy land and tell them to work on it and you incur over $800 worth of bills, yet you still move forward in faith. And then I pay for it. If you have enough faith to do those things, then you should have enough faith to believe that I can fix the body because I created the body. I'll heal the body. And so I began to pray in faith and I said, Lord, I'm going to trust in you. So this is going to be a testimony, brothers and sisters. I know right now someone out there saying, Oh Lord, we got to start praying. And yes, please do pray for me. Pray for your brother. What I'm saying is that God is going to take care of the situation. I have all faith that he will. I'm soliciting your prayers. We're going to get another checkup in a couple of weeks. And I'm going to share with you guys at that time, what the outcome is brothers and sisters. This is Andre bows with our battle daily. I want you to remember in this life, we shall have tribulation. And sometimes that tribulation comes about as a result of our negative choices. But the God also says in his word, be of good cheer. I've overcome the world and he can overcome all negative issues. Be blessed. I hope you guys like this testimony. I mean, this brother's testimony was so powerful, was like so impactful. And to me, it reached down into my heart just to let me know, you know what, if we have faith as small as a mustard seed, if we believe that God can do things in our lives, he's given us what we call Ebeneezer's right. And Ebeneezer is like a, like a, a way mark, right. That you put into the stamp and you say, you know what, I've made it through this one. And when you go through and you go further down the road and you meet up with another hard test in your life, another mountain that you need to move, you look back at the Ebeneezer and you go, well, since he's brought me through that Ebeneezer or that mountain, I know that my God can bring me through the next mountain. Okay. So this is what it's all about. And what Andre is talking about is exactly that. God has brought him through other areas in his life in which that means that this thing right here is only another step. It's only another test for him. And I appreciate you, my brother, Andre, for sharing that because that gives me encouragement. It lets me know that the next battle in my life, my life, the next mountain that I go through, the next test that I go through, I can look back on those areas where God has brought me. You see, those are the things that, that we may not understand because we don't know the end from the beginning, but God does. God knows the end from the beginning. And that's just the way we got to step out in faith, knowing that, you know what, we have to give up some things. You may have to say, you know what, Lord, take this from me, showing that he is the author and the finisher and the finisher and the author of our faith. Let's us know that we always ought to have faith in the one who created everything. Have faith in the one who believes in you. Anyway, like, share, and subscribe.
