HELLO NOVEMBER ❄️ Getting Ready for Christmas & Trying the New McDonalds World Menu Heist

[Music] Good morning everybody. Welcome back to my channel. Hello November. I have a confession to make. This video is going live on the 2nd of November. Uh therefore, when I'm filming this video, it's actually still October. But November is on the horizon for me and for you guys, it's already here. So, yeah, happy start of the festive season. Although, having said that, I feel like there's been that much festive content here there and everywhere now on socials with the shops all being ahead of the game that it kind of feels like we're into that already. Um, but yes, hello. Welcome back to my channel. I wanted to start the month uh with a kind of like introductory vlog to the month. A nice way to ease uses into November. A nice cozy start to the month. I am going to be at some point today. Oh goodness gracious, it's early. Can you tell there's like a blue light going on? It's cuz it's still uh the sun is still rising outside. Um lost my train of thought now. Yes, I want to at some point today start taking taking um down well not taking down decorations, you know, just popping away any autumny themed bits, I always like to just have a week or so with a blank canvas. So rather than take down autumn decorations or like put away autumn pumpkins and get out Christmas stuff on the same day, I do like to have a period of kind of like a reset period. I like to put everything away for autumn, have a clean, have a sort out anything maybe that I didn't use this year to decorate with, maybe take to the donations, like take to a charity shop or something. um start to at some point within the next week or so go through the Christmas decorations, start bringing them up. Um but I probably won't decorate for Christmas. I don't tend to do it until mid November. I'll pop out a little tree in my filming room because obviously next week I will be bringing to you guys my Christmas gift guides which is very exciting. I honestly plan for my gift guides most of the year as when I see something that I think, oh, that'd be a good thing to include within my Christmas gift guide, I just note it down. So, I have been busy gathering. >> Are you off? >> Yeah. >> Bye. Love you. I've got an Aardo delivery coming this morning, actually. So, I need to In fact, it's due here any minute. Barney, hold on one second. I have to keep my eyes on him cuz he's got a little hot spot. So, there is a cone there so that you can't lick it, but I just Oh, hey, you having the cone on a good boy. You sit and lie down here with mommy for a bit. Just whilst I curl my hair. Uh, yeah, I need eyes on him so that he doesn't look at it. But it is healing nicely. So, anyway, yes, we're going to wait in for the cardo delivery and then I I've not ordered loads. Just a quick I needed a top up of some laundry bits and bobs and I just needed it next day. So I thought, you know what? I'll put in a cardo delivery, order a meal or two. I can't remember exactly what I've ordered. I've definitely ordered a stir fry probably for tomorrow night cuz we've got leftovers tonight. I made a beef stew and dumplings last night, which was so delicious. But whenever I do a slow cooker recipe, there's always enough for leftovers, which is fine. I'm the sort of person that could easily have leftovers the day after and have the same meal. Um, so yeah, waiting for that delivery. Then I'm going to take Barney. We're going to go to I think we're going to go to Style. It's sunny at the minute, but it is forecast to be a bit rainy and a bit drizzly in the afternoon. So, we'll get out. We will do that. And actually, I might time it around lunchtime. I thought I could treat myself, too. Have you seen McDonald's have brought out a like I think they call it like taste the world or something. They brought out a new menu or new items on their menu, different items from all around the world. So, I thought we could do a little taste test. I don't know why. I just love watching whenever I my favorite vloggers do some kind of eating, drinking, tasting type thing, especially seasonal products. I'm just like mouth drooling. So yeah, grab the snacks in case that is also you and we can head over there as well. Then head back and like I said, start putting away the autumn bits and bobs. Having a bit of a clear out. I'm feeling a bit autuminal actually with my outfit today. I have a Primark uh stripe on, but it's a striped um sweatshirt. It's like cream and brown. You're not going to be able to tell in this light probably because of how dark it is outside, but I've also got my chocolate brown jeans on from Zara. And I might pop on some like UGG boots or something. Just cozy, comfy, casual. Take my walking boots in the car in case it is a bit damp outside. And that's us for today. So, I hope you're all doing well. Let me know when do you decorate for Christmas. I know some people are eager, especially here on YouTube and like to decorate from the 1st of November, but that is probably just a bit too early for me if I'm being honest. Growing up in our household, we always I think it was either the 1st of December or the first weekend of December we would decorate around then anyway. So, fairly early on. Um, but now people are getting earlier and earlier. I think being a content creator, people like to see the decorate with me before they decorate themselves. So, if I decorate in December, like I did traditionally as a child growing up or like 1st of December, by the time I've edited uploaded, it's probably too late. A lot of you might have already decorated. So, um, or it's another excuse to get it done early so that you can maybe watch the video whilst you're decorating yourselves as well. So, yes, that video will be coming, I would say, in a couple of weeks with next week being the main focus is my gift guide. And I may throw in an extra upload or two next week. So, myuling might be slightly altered. So, the best way to know once I've uploaded is to have that little notification bell switched on or follow me on Instagram cuz I'll always whenever I upload a new video, I usually share it on my Instagram stories with a little link so that if anyone wants to click through and watch it, they can. So, I'm going to finish off doing my hair, wait for a Cardo to arrive, and I'll show you what I've got in my little mini aardo delivery. I don't know. I hope not. That's what I think. I quite like the relationship I was going to develop with Richard like that. Obviously get a Sunday, you know, like either way, it's a win. >> You've come in here, huh? See, I told you it was just a little delivery. This is the M. Okay, we've heard you with this squeaker toy. This is the main thing I ordered. Big fabric softener. We've run out. I swear we go through this so quickly. So, I thought, you know what? I'm going to get a big one today. Stir fry meal. So, they do like a meal deal on a cardo for I think it's £7. uh where you get a vegetable, a protein which I went for chicken, a pack of noodles, which I went for the protein noodles, 12 g of protein, and you also get a sauce, and I go for sweet chili, so we can have that for dinner tomorrow. And then I also picked up some um less than 5% fat um beef uh mints from Delray. And then some pink ladies. I quite like they do these little kids ones. They're bite-sized. So they're good if you're doing like a fruit salad. You just, you know, a big apple. It's like half the size of a regular apple. Also got some avocados, some popcorn, some eggs. We really like these rich yolk ones, lemon sips, which Tom's got a bit of a snuffles, bit of cold. So, and I'm trying to kick it, hence seeing what's in this ne next bag. We've got some ginger shots, the turmeric shots. I love the emoji ones. Then I also got this one, mango. So, we've got all of the immunity. Let's see if it works. And then um oh we got two sets of eggs. And I also got this is the main thing I put in an order for. Um which hopefully Tom's not watching. I don't think he will be, but I just thought throw it in his stocking. His last name is Lord. So there's this chocolate. He actually sent me a screenshot of it. And um I was like, "Oh, do you know what? That's a good little stocking filler for him." And the only place I could find it other than their own website which obviously will have like delivery charge and everything um is a cardo. So it's called Lordy Lord. Last but not least I wanted to get a bread and I saw this one from Jason Sourdough seeded protein. I love Jason's sourdough anyway. Their chabbatin bread is really nice. I thought they did some crumpets but I had a look at and there weren't any available. So maybe I've imagined that. I'm not sure. But this one sounded good. The fact that it has extra protein in 10 g of protein per slice and it's seeded as well. So that's my little mini order that mainly was put in for this this. And then I wanted some ginger shots, so I just threw in an extra meal or two in there, too. Anyway, I'm going to pack this away and then we will get on the road and we will head to take Mr. Man over there. Oh, cuddling his Halloween dog toy, which looks very grubby, but he absolutely loves that toy. It's so funny. Um, so yeah, before we get this one on a W, although he's looking pretty sleepy. [Music] I get a little bit breathless. My thoughts are too big. Can I get some comfort, please? I guess I should have been honest. It breaks in my heart. It's weighing me down, baby. I'm like a river that's overflow. >> Sun's back out now. It was a bit drizzly on that walk. It was in and out. in and out. But we managed to stay dry. I've got my raincoat and my walking boots in the back. But we're going to head over to now Mackes and we're going to get the new menu. Let's have a look. Here we go. The world heist menu. Pineapple Mc Spicy, which is chicken and pineapple on a burger. There's maple barbecue and bacon double quarter from Canada. Garlic and black pepperm nuggets. Maybe try them. Sour cream and black pepperm shaker fries from Poland. So, you actually get like a shaker bag and you season it yourself. Mac and cheese triangles. I know I'm going to love. So, we're going to have to get them. Oh no, I've just scratched my arm and I've just felt a nail flick off the gel nail polish. But I've only just recently done them, so I'll just have to redo that one, which is a a pain. Okay, we are at Maced World Heist menu. Here we go. Okay, I need to go to I actually need to um I've got some a returns to do. I'll do that on route home. And then it's time to Oh, I forgot to get I need some toilet bleach as well. I was going to add that to my cardo order and I've just realized I've forgotten that. We'll get some at some point. Anyway, just been listening to the girls bathroom podcast. They've got a haunted Halloween special episode out which I've been listening to which is quite funny. We just wait till level three at the moment. Would you wait till your next window? >> Yeah. >> I like that this one has a double window there. It's easier then rather than having to go and park up. You just wait at the second window so the people behind you can carry on. Um anyway, what's everyone watching on TV lately? Because I need a new good series to get my teeth stuck into. I reckon I feel like I need a good series that I can watch without Tom. like maybe more of a girly one after watching that series called Tell Me Lies which I told you about which is on Disney Plus I think and they are doing another season but if you haven't watched that I really enjoyed that and again that was more of a watch without Tom. Um a bit racy a bit rounchy a bit of a thriller in there as well though so I quite liked that. I liked that it wasn't too, you know, sometimes the real girly easy watches like Virgin River, Gilmore Girls, although I've never really given that a proper watch, but that kind of show I can get a little bit bored with. I I do like them still. Well, Virgin River, I'm talking about that kind of thing. Uh, but just when there's so many episodes to watch, I feel like I need something a bit more gripping than that. Um, so yeah, let me know any good TV recommendations. At the minute, I'm obviously just watching The Traitors. Loving that. Who do we think is going to win? Um, Big Brother. I've watched Bake Off. What else have we been watching? Um, obviously I loved The Monster Edge Gene. I know that was a very hit or miss series, but I really enjoyed that kind of TV. anything shocking or like a bit on the verge of scary. I like Do you know what I've not watched this season and something I've never really properly got into is Married at First Sight and I feel that's going to shock people because I love a bit of reality TV like Big Brother, Love Island, but Maths is one that I've never really got into. Same with Love is Blind. I will watch them, but again, I find them a bit slow and almost a bit a bit bit unrealistic, especially Love is Blind. I think how can you fall in well, I mean, maybe it's possible, I don't know, but within a couple of weeks or however long their filming processes whilst they're in those pods, how are they falling in love with people and asking them to marry them? I'm 11 years in, haven't got a ring. Maybe I'm the problem. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Although I have kind of touched upon that before and that we're not that bothered for marriage are a little bit different like that. I I would get married but I wouldn't want a big wedding. I wouldn't I don't think either of us Tom or I would want a big wedding. Probably actually Tom would probably want a party more than I would. I would be happy just aloping honestly or like just really randomly just like last minute decision. The thought of all the pressure being on me for a big wedding is just I can't see myself doing that. Um but anyway, where is this food? Thank you. Perfect. >> Uh no, it's okay. Thank you so much. It's cuz it's quite early, I think. So, it's that turnar around time between getting uh the food in. I think I'm going to park up. so that I can properly do this with you guys and enjoy every single mouthful. Okay, windows up so no one can hear me. Let's get comfy. Seat belt off. I'm intrigued by these. These are just like their regular chips stolen from Poland. Poland. Poland. And this is the seasoning that you get with it. Oh, that's gone right up my nose. It's like a sour cream and black pepper. M. Oh, actually that is really good. It reminds me of of the Pringles, the sour cream Pringles. that flavor but in like a hot chip form. Quite moorish like Pringles are too. Okay. Then we've got stolen from Japan the black pepper and garlic chicken nuggets. Now usually Barney would get a chicken nugget of mine. However, garlic. Oh, they're hot. The garlic soy sauce. I don't know how I feel about garlic and soy soy mayo, but we'll see. Very peppery, obviously. Black pepper. Not so much garlic, but more pepper. They are good. They are really good, but I don't know if I'd choose them over a regular chicken nugget. I feel like I'm having a McDonald's that is like I feel like I'm in another country, which I guess is the whole point. Pineapple Mc Spicy. Firstly, Mcspicy is what's throwing me off a little bit, I think, more so than the pineapple cuz I am a Hawaiian pizza lover. I don't mind the savory and the sweet mixed together, but the fact that it's spicy, too. So, we've got in here crispy chicken, bacon, cheese, pineapple, and then it looks like mayo and lettuce. I don't know how I feel about this. Okay, I was about to say very very sweet, but I've just got the spicy kick. Oh god, the spice is also very spicy. Oh, you you need the pineapple to soften that spice. I This one's not for me, but I really like that pineapple. M too spicy. Too spicy for me. I think I will prefer the Where's that stolen from? Stolen from Australia. Sorry, Australia. That one's not for me. This one is maple barbecue bacon quarter pounder. Yeah, I think I'm going to enjoy this. This one's stolen from Canada. It's kind of reminding me of Tim Hortons. This This is more me and I do love a quarter pounder as well. M. Yeah, the maple's subtle, though. It's not too overpowering. I really like that. However, it is very messy and it's slipping and sliding all over the show. So, might just have to pick up this one. But Canada, Delish, and Poland. They're the two that have impressed me most so far. I still think I prefer just regular chips, though. After all this, I'm regretting not getting one of the uh McFlurryries to try now. Okay. And last but not least, stolen from the UAE, United Arab Emirates. I think these will be my favorite. Mac and cheese triangles. Have we never had these before? I'm sure I remember. Obviously, we've had cheese triangles and mozzarella sticks and things, but I'm sure I remember some kind of mac and cheese ball or something like that. These are just me all over. Any kind of breaded breaded coated deep fried beige food macaroni cheese bread is essentially what this is. And it's delicious. I reckon I could have done with a um milkshake. Can you go around the drive-thru twice? I have just seen someone park up, go into the restaurant, get back in their car, and then go through the drive-thru. Not sure what that's about. Maybe I was going to the toilet or something. Right, let's head home. I'll see you when I get there. Someone please tell me firstly why I'm blue. There we go. That's better. Just changed the settings. Um, and secondly, why I'm out of breath climbing up the stairs. Um, I just wanted to come into my film room cuz I had a uh parcel arrive. Well, two parcels actually that I thought I would show you three including Have I shown you these already? I want to do a Tik Tok video or a Instagram reel. So, you may have already seen these. I had a delivery arrive from TK Maxx and I put in an order of three different sets of uh matching human pet pajamas for Christmas. Bit excessive, I know, but I'm doing it for the purpose of the video because my Primark one, you guys seem to enjoy that and lots of people were asking me sizing and where I found it and everything. So, you like the Primark one, so I thought, you know what? I'm going to go with TK Maxx 2 because they've got loads of Chelsea peers. And like I said, I've got matching sets for all of them. So, we've got the dog one. If you want to see these tried on, Barney included, then make sure to head over to my Instagram. This one, I got Barney a large in everyone, by the way. Um, they reduced down from £20 to £6.99, but yeah, £42. should retail for $19.99. And then there was also this range. It's not Chelsea Piers. It's called Nap Pack, but very similar style and everything. And this one has little skiing Santaas and little lodges, little reindeers. Skiing reindeers. And then again with the matching pajamas. I quite like this one because the top, if I just show you, it's like one of the piped type sets, like a little shirt, but it's a t-shirt on the top, which I quite like. I prefer a long bottom, a t-shirt on the top, and then I can wear my dressing gown for if it's if I'm wanting to get cozy. Linked in the description box below for you. And then Asda, well, Gym Locker um at Asda have sent me this lovely gray quite large canvas tote bag for um running to the gym. But yeah, you can see they've done like a collaboration. So, I thought I would just show it to you. Pair of trousers. They're like a flared ribbed super super soft light gray bottoms in a What size did I get? Got these ones in a large. I always remember when we lived in America. So, this is throwing it back now to the naughties, I want to say. When did we live in America? I was 14. So, 2006, something like that. Uh, when we lived in America, I used to love I had a pair from Pink Victoria's Secret um yoga like flared yoga leggings just like them. And it's funny how things come back around because I loved them. And then a little matching top. Again, I sized up to this one in a large. Oh, no. This is a medium. Actually, that's pretty generous size for a medium. Future editing me. Just jumping in here to let you know this set is now only £10.50. Cannot believe it. Again, with the ribbed fabric. Love, love, love. And then lastly, I got sent this from a brand called Blue Bella, who I haven't actually seen before or heard much about. Um, but they offered to send me a couple of bits. kind of like they do like slinky I would say quite sexy PJ type um sets which are beautiful and especially look at these colors for the festive season. This first one is more of a like lacy top and actually back as well. There's a slight bit of the detailing on the back. But this one's just like a little cami little dress. This one's a short and top set though in a deep rich burgundy. So, see how they're quite like short shorts. They're more like um brief style I would say with the added lace detailing again. And I remember I think I saw these ones in black as well and a little pretty little top cami top to go with it. And I love these. They've got adjustable straps at the back as well. So, it's kind of like underwear as pajamas. That's nice. It's quite sheer. Can you see? You can see me through it. So, it's a very sheer black lace detailed kimono style cover. Really, really pretty. And then is this something that maybe matches? Yes, it's the same kind of range. It matches and goes with it. And it's a Oh, it's like a little teddy, like a halterneck. Can you see it ties around the neck, but it's got that same lace detailing as the uh like the kimono style top. This is like a little teddy. There shorts on the bottom. [Music] Oh, you're vicious, Barney. Doesn't he sound vicious when he's playing? But, you know, he plays like that with other dogs as well sometimes. It's a new day, by the way. Hello. Um, can't decide between this Jason sourdough protein is so delicious. So, a slice of slice of that for toast or surreal cereal that they do. They've done a collaboration with Grind. 0 g of sugar, 15 g of protein. I'm thinking of something savory. So, I'm going to go with toast. Oh, you're on a call now. But yes, it's a new day that yesterday just got away with me. So I thought, you know what? And I decided to start a fresh this morning. Pick up the camera. It's a sunny morning today. However, the rain is forecast and I'm hoping um I'm going to meet my friend Lydia for a walk and I'm hoping she messages soon whilst it is dry. I'm just waiting on her because she's got a parcel that she's waiting in for. But as soon as that's arrived, we can go and we're going to go for a walk at Dunham Massie this morning which is I do like Dunham Massie and we we often do a walk there. I was the one that suggested Dunham Massie but I I like it. I like the surroundings. I like the deer. I like the walk itself, the house and everything. It's just a little bit gh with a dog because you have to keep them on a lead because of the deer and the livestock. Um, so if there are areas where it's a bit quieter where I can let him off for a quick run around, then fine. But otherwise, he pretty much has to stay on the lead. So it's a bit cuz he's such he's well behaved, but because he is such a big dog and he's not very good on the lead, it just makes walking him a bit more of a challenge um than if I was to just let him off. That's why sometimes I just it's easier to walk him. If I let him off, just tell him to stay with me, he will. But if he's on a lead, he pulls. Anyway, um yeah, so I'm going to meet Lydia for a quick walk this morning and I have a returns to do, which I might do on route home. Uh quickly bob in and do that and then back home for um a day. Sorting out the decorations. There's a few in here. I just love the decorations that I've got in here. And it is definitely something that you could like keep out in November, but I'm just I'm into that Christmas zone now, especially with content here on YouTube that not necessarily to decorate for Christmas, but I do feel like the autumn decorations after Halloween, I'm kind of done with them. First things first, some breakfast. I'm going to have that toast. That's what I'm fancying. I had it with avocado yesterday. Avocado and eggs on it is lovely, but I'm thinking just butter today. And then maybe when I meet with Lydia, we can maybe grab a coffee for from somewhere from the little cafe. Hopefully it should be open by then. Grab a little cafe coffee for the walk. I've just labeled the middle one, but I might pop Well, actually, this was like an old label, so I might print off a couple more just to label the other two up, obviously, cuz they're clear. This is the best thing about clear boxes. You can see exactly what's in them. So, yeah, that is all ready to go. Back up into the garage, which I feel like is a blue job. I will wait for Tom to help me do that. Feel like this could be an ideal way to end off the video with autumn transitioning, too. Are you ready for it? Christmas. Oh my goodness. I'm not going to open this just yet cuz obviously we're going to save it for advent, but the lovely team at tails.com who I work with on a regular basis and who um we get Barney's food from have very kindly sent over their advent calendar for the year. And look at this guys as well. I've had a quick sneak peek in. Um he loved the advent calendar last year, so I'm excited that he's got a new one. They also sent me a lovely Christmas card and they've also done this artwork of Barney. How cute is that? That is just I I need to frame that. I need to frame it. Um yeah, lots of information about their advent calendar here, but just a brief overview and a brief mention of the highlights. The fact that they work with uh Street Vet is incredible. So, essentially 10% of their uh profits will be donated to Street Vet helping uh pets and owners experiencing homelessness. It's a charity that does amazing work and I've donated to them before and I just I think it's fab what they do.
