At the age of 18, I decided to go all in on business.
Dropped out of college.
Three years later, I'm 21 now.
And I became a millionaire this year.
So, this is a raw, realistic day in my life.
Bro, look how many they are!
The rest just bought a new one.
The price, $85k.
My boy looking spiffy, man.
Alright, so first things first.
You know we're locked in.
It's 7am right now.
About to go hit the gym.
I haven't missed a day in like two weeks.
I've been at the gym at either 7.30am or 8am.
Some days I slept in a little too late.
It started at 8am.
Let's go hit the gym.
Bro, I saw a girl sitting.
And then she got super scared.
I woke up at 7.30am.
I missed the entire workout.
Slept through the workout.
Then he texted me.
He got back and said,
Bro, I slept through it.
It was awesome.
That was like three weeks ago.
I was like, bro, man.
This is me.
I'm shorter than you.
Remember how we used to do it.
Hand by hand.
Five niggas, one gram.
We split it 20 down.
Not your average citizens.
Moving like some immigrants.
All these Zamzams.
It'd be hard to remember when.
Out of Lake Olympia.
JC used to whip the Benz.
Dropped me off at Meadow Creek.
I took the bug to River Bend.
I said it ain't no cousin.
Back that way.
How we feeling?
I'm 1HP as ****.
Alright, so this next step of the day.
Once we get back from the gym.
You know we gotta sun max a little bit.
We gotta get real intentional for the day.
Actually, I've had one of these notebooks.
Since the beginning of my business ventures.
Since I was 18.
Every single day I've wrote in them.
Like what I need to do.
Or the problems I'm facing for the day.
Or whatever it may be.
And it's been so sick.
Because I have all of them.
I think I have like six of them at this point.
They usually last me like six months or so.
My mom got me this one.
Shout out to my mom.
I can look back in them.
And see what I was facing.
On like the dates.
And it's insane to see.
The progression of my problems.
Because typically it's like.
I'm talking about whatever my problems are.
In this notebook.
Or what I gotta do for the day.
And it's crazy to watch it evolve.
As I look back at different journals.
Anyway.
I simply stand right here.
Drink my coffee.
And then write down what I need to get done for the day.
And just get real intentional.
Because if I'm not intentional.
And I actually know what I need to do.
I'm just going to be doing some dumb ----.
Going on Instagram.
I actually uninstall all social medias during the day.
Because I'm so addicted.
It's insane.
So I have to uninstall.
But really quick.
Before we get into the rest of the video.
I just want to give my condolences to my good friend.
Ben Bader.
He recently passed away.
Super unexpected.
Super terrible situation.
And honestly kind of frustrating.
And really odd.
So I just want to say rest in peace to Ben Bader.
He was someone I looked up to greatly in the space.
Helped me out a **** ton in the beginning of my journey.
As someone who was like ahead of me.
And when I was coming up.
He showed me a lot of support.
Helped me out a lot.
We did some business together.
And super super unfortunate that he passed away.
It's really weird.
So my prayers and condolences go out to all of his super super close friends.
And family as well.
So rest in peace Ben.
One thing I did learn from the situation.
Or I took away from it was.
Impact is everything bro.
I was at dinner the other day with Brez and Fredo.
The day it happened.
We were just kind of like debriefing on the situation.
We were talking about it.
And me and Fredo were like yeah bro.
Like it's crazy how everything can just get taken away from you.
So quickly.
Like all the ---- we do doesn't even matter everyday.
Like the work we do doesn't matter.
And then Brez said.
If you see all the people posting on Instagram.
And all this stuff.
The work he did.
Actually did matter the most.
The amount of people he impacted through his work.
Was insane.
Like the day he passed away.
There was like thousands of Instagram posts.
Talking about how much this guy impacted him.
Or he helped him in this way.
Or he you know through his content.
Or through his coaching.
Or whatever it may be.
That impacted him in some way shape or form.
And then we were like bro.
Brez you're actually ******* right.
The work we do matters more than anything.
You know what I'm saying.
Like we can impact people in ways that we don't even think of.
So I think the best thing we can do is just continue to ******* work.
For my brother Ben.
And continue to have impact.
That was my biggest takeaway from the situation.
Just keep grinding.
And keep impacting people.
And have the ability to impact people.
But rest in peace again.
To my brother Ben.
Vader.
Terrible situation.
But anyways.
I'm going to do this.
And then I'm going to get to work for the day.
And I'll catch you all later.
This is the setup.
Someone told me this is a super emotionless room yesterday.
And I was like.
So keep facts.
That's good.
No emotions.
Anyways this is the setup.
Real simple.
This desk is ----.
I need to get a new desk.
But we got my favorite three descriptions.
On this whiteboard.
I honestly never really use this whiteboard.
But I just like to keep these.
Trust the process.
Do it now mentality.
Like just do everything right ******* now.
And then just be predictable.
If I had an office.
Who would I see in there at every time.
At a certain time every single day.
Like who is predictable.
If you go to the gym every day at 730.
Who am I going to see.
Who's predictably doing the same ---- every day on repeat.
Those are my three favorite descriptors.
But yeah.
If you guys don't know what I do.
I actually run a.
I want to call it a marketing agency.
But it's really not just a marketing agency.
We have a little portfolio of experts or clients.
Just a handful of clients that we do everything for.
We work with a lot of big creators.
That probably you guys watch all the time.
And we do everything for them.
We help them sell services.
Like high ticket products or services.
Next year in 2026 on our company roadmap.
We are also launching some softwares.
With our clients as well.
Really really excited for that.
But we do everything marketing and sales.
So media buying.
Copywriting.
Funnels.
Sales team as well.
And we manage all that full stack.
So it's kind of like a full stack.
Marketing slash sales agency.
This past month.
In full transparency.
This month of October.
It's actually the 30th right now.
It's Halloween.
We've had the smallest month we've had in a while.
But it is for the reason that we had to make.
About two months ago I had to make a decision.
To play big or play small.
And I realized.
Step number one in hitting any goal you want to hit.
Is you have to do the math.
Like is it probably.
If I want to make let's say 500k a month.
What adjustments do I need to make.
To make it mathematically possible for me to hit those goals.
And I looked at my current situation.
And I said okay I need to hire this person.
I need to get this client on X amount of rev share.
I need this many clients.
I need to drop this client.
I need to sell at this price point.
Like we actually do the math.
On what it takes to hit our goal.
What makes it actually possible.
To hit our goal.
Right that's the very first step.
So we've been making some crazy adjustments.
The past two months.
Currently this month of October.
We have had one of the smallest.
Months we've had in a while.
At 167.9k.
In take home.
And I believe next month.
I won't show you guys too much.
Too much ----.
But I just want to be really really transparent.
Of where we're at on the month with the agency.
And hopefully next month.
We will break 400k.
That's the goal.
We're about to see the bullwhip effect here shortly.
Of all the work we've been putting in.
And all the adjustments we've been making.
And we finally got the setup we need.
We're not playing small ball anymore right.
You have to make the conscious decision.
To either swing big or not.
And we set ourselves up.
In order to make it mathematically possible.
To hit our goal.
Our goal is to have a 500k month.
By the end of the year.
So we have two months to do that.
And I think next month.
Is most likely the month that we can do it.
And then by Q1.
By the end of Q1 of next year.
We want to have our first million dollar month.
So those are the goals.
We made the necessary adjustments.
To make that even mathematically possible.
And I'm really really excited.
To see how this next month goes.
Because we've taken a hit this month.
In order to readjust.
And that's the reality of business.
But that's full transparency about business.
It's up and down as ****.
If anyone tells you otherwise.
They just haven't been in the game long enough.
Yeah sometimes you got to take a few steps back.
To a few steps forward.
And hopefully we have a banger banger month.
Next month.
2.4k spent.
Cost per click.
80 cents.
Eh.
Not terrible.
Seems like we're all taking really bad.
Is that including the DQ cost?
Is that why it's so low right now?
Yeah I think it's taking the DQ cost account for it.
13.
It's still not as cost taking.
B.S. Alfredo pulled up.
Goombi pulled up.
So ******* small bro.
It's Halloween right now.
So we may or may not be getting.
Tad bit.
Degenerate.
We're going to Macy's right now.
Because we're going to some dinner.
That's Gatsby themed or some ----.
So we have to get suits.
So I think Macy's has suits.
I think I got my prom suit from Macy's.
Back in high school.
So let's go to ******* Macy's.
Okay okay okay.
That's the best one yet.
Yeah I don't really care about this.
That boy looking spiffy man.
Alright we're giving back to the community.
This is real abundance right here.
Giving out king sized candy bars on Halloween.
Alright take whatever you guys want.
Chocolate M&M's?
That's the worst.
That's the worst choice in the box.
Bye bread.
Peace out.
Thank you.
Ew.
That's the worst.
Choosing chocolate ******* M&M's already.
Oh you gotta say trick or treat bruh.
They're going to resell it bro.
Yeah I know.
Hey you want another one?
You sure?
Why?
We got a lot of candy bro.
Y'all want another one?
Yeah I got you.
Resell it.
Holy mush.
Fit in the drive.
A piss?
Nah.
I can't let you in my house.
Yo am I going to be on TikTok?
You on this TikTok?
5K?
You can have this TikTok.
Bye bread.
Peace out.
Oh my god.
What is going on bro?
Friends.
I was here.
Did you check your ring camera in the end?
When?
In the end.
What going on?
We got the whole neighborhood in here.
Yeah.
Picture or candy?
You choose.
Bro look how many there are.
Tiny.
At least we got a few actual big trick or treats.
There's even them cute ones.
These kids are actually fried bro.
They're talking about Sophie Rain and Juni and ----.
We're going out tonight right?
Bro what are we doing to the YouTube?
Bro the OnlyFans girls are actually a plague to society bro.
Genuinely.
TGR.
Orangey.
Brez.
You.
And Milky.
And we all go out together for Halloween party.
Brez got ultimate motion with the 12 year old community.
How do you feel about this?
It's smoky.
All these kids are like brain rot.
Bro's trying to up with these bands on me right now.
Are you showing me 68 bucks right now?
No, no.
I'm gambling in pubaterium.
Stop gambling bro.
Hey don't promote gambling.
All these influencers that promote gambling, I hope you're selling their souls bro.
How old are you?
Thirteen.
Thirteen bro.
Brez just bought a new whip.
See if anyone can guess in the comments.
The price?
85k.
Cash.
85k cash.
It's like a car that I'm going to do a lot of ---- to.
Like a builder car.
But guess in the comments what kind of car you think it is.
It's an 85k cash flyer and it's like a builder car.
Like you can't have that ---- stock.
Alright, it's two days later.
These motherfuckers went out again.
This is how you know it got real degenerate.
Uncompleted door dash order.
Bought like a $50 Taco Bell meal, ordered it, fell asleep before it even came.
Alright, just wrapped up the month.
It's November now.
This is what we closed at.
182, 118 in agency revenue.
Still one of my lowest months in a long time.
But we're about to have a crazy month this month.
And we've put ourselves actually in the position to be able to hit the numbers we want to hit.
We've made a lot, a lot of adjustments the past two months.
So I'm really excited to see how these next couple months go.
And I'll keep you guys updated.
Alright y'all, it is two days later.
It's November 2nd now.
We went out the other night.
Went to dinner.
I don't even like to admit this because I've always said and hated on this.
It's like low key zesty.
But we went to like some house music festival thing.
Got real degenerate.
Got home at like 7am.
Slept till like 2pm.
I was fried.
Bro, these motherfuckers went out again last night.
I just can't do it.
Some people can life max successfully and still get work done.
I just cannot bro.
I drink once and I'm fried like the whole next day.
I'm like a once a month type of person.
I'm not completely against it.
I do think some people can life max and still get ---- done.
But I'm not one of those people.
But today was a good day.
Woke up.
Worked.
Set goals for the month of November.
And yeah, I'm glad I filmed this video.
I know I'm super lazy on YouTube.
It's really hard for me to have attention on two different things.
If I'm fully locked in on something, if I try to do anything else, the quality of it is so ----.
But at the same time, so many people hit me up about my YouTube videos and how much they **** with my old ones and stuff like that.
Not only do I kind of feel bad not posting.
I actually get decent views and it's just like insane that I can get like 20,000, 30,000, sometimes like 100,000 people to watch a video of me.
It's ridiculous.
And then also I'm building some actual really cool ----.
I'm a real money motivated guy.
I don't make money from YouTube.
I don't sell anything through here.
I don't sell a program.
I don't sell coaching or anything like that.
So I make zero dollars from this.
And wherever the money's at, that's where I'm at.
You know, I'm really locked in on my agency growing that ----.
I'm building some really, really awesome ----.
Like seriously, some big ass ----.
I'm swinging big.
And I think it would be sick to kind of document and bring you guys along the way.
That's my reasoning for posting these YouTube videos.
I'm going to try to keep going, keep them a little more consistent.
I appreciate all you guys for watching.
Have a blessed day.
Follow me on Instagram.
I'll leave my Instagram down below.
Other than that, stay blessed and keep grinding.
