Is This the BEST New Home Near Tampa??

So today we're going to take you out to Ashton Woods who is a newer home builder of the area here in Tampa Bay but not a new home builder. And I'm going to introduce you to the Duvall model. This is a great home. I had a really good time touring this property. It is a five bedroomedroom 4 and 1 half full bath threecar garage option with all the upgrades and amenities you could ever want. Wait till you see the inside of this place. But the other thing I want to discuss is what's happening out at Oakfield Trail. Because if you're someone who's looking for a gated community that is not a ridiculous price, these are the homebuilders you want to go check out. This community, Oakfield Trail, is awesome. You're going to have the Heritage Club out there, which has pickle ball courts, tennis courts, resort style pool, slides, a restaurant right inside of the club there that will deliver food poolside, which is awesome. But it also has a recreation director. This is the kind of amenities that typically come with a 55 plus community, but are going to be available to you and I and and anybody who wants to live in the community here. Now, these benefits are exclusive to Oakfield Trail Residents. However, you get a lot for your money out here. So, I want to take you out to this property. It's going to be an exciting tour. Let's get in the house. Check it out. All right, y'all. So, I'm about to take you into this Duval model here. And I've already walked this property. I'm pretty excited about it. And this is from Ashton Woods. I have never been to this builder before. And I got to tell you, um, after spending the day in here, I'm pretty impressed. Lots of conversations with the sales manager. We'll get into the details of that, but the property I'm standing in right now is a 3600 ft² that can go all the way up to 3,900 ft². Um, this property is great. It's laid out really well. I love the fit and finish. We'll talk about the customizations that you're able to make, including structural, which is very rare. Um, now, as you come into this house, you got the beautiful foyer, you know, that very common. Um, but you walk right into a a front bedroom here with a uh an on suite, which is great. So, if you're someone who has a large family um or maybe um parents, you know, coming to visit, staying with you. Bathroom's huge in this in this spot. Um plenty of room in this bedroom. Queeniz bed. Great size closets in this house. And then, um it's right up front by the entry, which is really nice. So, it's kind of private, too, for for those people who don't necessarily love being right on top of everybody else. Now, the next space that we're walking into here is the dining room, which if you know me and you follow this channel, you know I don't love necessarily having a formal dining room. Um, and the reason being is cuz I have a large family. We have a great breakfast nook and this house does too. So, you're going to check this out. It actually basically has two full dining rooms in it. We I'll show you here in a second. But the option on this space is you can close it up and you can turn it into an actual study with French doors. Love that. It's a great option. Okay. Now, as we walk into um or past the main living area here, this is a uh twocar garage and a threecar garage option. It's a tandem, which means it's two deep um on one side, and then you still have another car on the other side. So, that's how you get the three spots there. Um you do have this really cool mudroom entryway. Um it also has a coat closet right to the side of me here, which is great. And then that opens up to the kitchen and dining area, which we're going to take you into the kitchen and get the full details on it um when we get into this property, of course. But, uh, you know, talking about the dining room areas in the in the living room, like you see behind me here, you're like, this is plenty of space. That table is huge. You know, you can put a leaf in there and easily set 10 people for the holiday. So, that's a great option as well. Um, there is a half bathroom right next to this. And then, of course, the outdoor space, which we'll take you into um, today as well. Now, if it sounds a little bit resonant in here, it's because of this incredible living space. And oh my goodness, man. I love grand rooms like this. And I I know a lot of people like, "How do you cool that thing or how do you heat it?" Like, this spot is so welcoming off the main living space here. You're looking right into the kitchen. You're looking into the dining room, and you have this huge ceiling here, um, which has an option, but we'll discuss that when we get upstairs and really get into the details about what's going on there. So, as we come over into the kitchen area here, another thing that I love about this kitchen is um you've got uh the option of either profile appliances or cafe, which we have at our house, and I love them, y'all. There's an app for everything to run um this stove and and and I'll have to look into it. Our range at home, you can actually watch the things that are baking. This is a microwave up top. You've got the the oven in the bottom of it. You can watch the things that are baking. You got the butler pantry right behind here. So, plenty of space, you know, buffet table there if you're having a um family event. We've got a gas cooktop, which you don't have everywhere in Florida. Keep that in mind. Dovetail joints on the actual cabinetry here, which is great. Even down to the trash bin, which I know some people are like, why is that important? We have that setup at home. It is unbelievable on rails, soft clothes. It's great. Love having that as a spot. Um, but this is a great oversized island, beautiful kitchen, a good spot. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to take you upstairs so you guys can check out uh the living area here. Now, here's what's I really like about this property. Like I said, it can go up to 3900 ft, which is a huge home. It can also be a six bedroomedroom house, which is wild. Wild. Now, I'm on the upstairs level now, um, where we have the laundry, and if you know me, you know I love having the laundry upstairs. It always blows my mind when there's not. You've got this great bonus area that we're coming into right now behind me here. So, um, couch up here. You could put another TV if you wanted. And then this overlooks that incredible living room space down below. Oh my god, look at that. Look at that yellow. It's so beautiful. Love that spot. Now, here's what's cool about this. If you wanted to make this a sixbedroom, they will move this whole balcony all the way across. They'll make that a bedroom over there. And then this bonus space can get larger. You could turn that into a uh entertainment room. You could turn that into a movie theater. A few different options, which I actually love. Now, walking into the master. This primary suite is huge. Huge. I mean, the size of this room, you've got trade ceilings, which I love. Um, you know, always makes a room feel bigger than it actually is. Uh, beautiful spot overlooking the water here. The lots on in this community here at Oakfield Trails are unbelievable. And then you walk into the spa-like uh master suite, and this thing is awesome. Huge walk-in shower behind us here. Soaker tub, water closet, and then the actual closet. Take you guys in here because it is not a small space at all. I mean, y'all, there is like room for a dance in this place. Look, I can't can't even come close. Look, get all the way over there. It's big. It's big, y'all. So, really, really, really great primary suite. Love the cabinetry. I love how it's split, too. That's kind of unique. You do have um separation of space there, which some people may or may not appreciate. You do got closets upstairs as well, um which is awesome for storage. Same as downstairs. And then that takes us into this laundry space, which um I had made mention before that I really like having the laundry space uh directly upstairs where all the bedrooms are because who wants to take the laundry back downstairs? And we've viewed some models that are kind of laid out like that where you've got the four bedrooms upstairs, but you still have to go downstairs for laundry. This is a way better layout. Coming down the hallway here, you have this great bathroom, full bath here um that services two of these bedrooms. And then the the other bedroom has its own uh on suite as well. And bedrooms are really good size. I mean, I walk into this bedroom now. There's a queen-siz bed behind me um that hopefully y'all can see. Great size closets and there's enough room for a desk in this space still and a chair. So, I mean, this is not a small bedroom. And this is what I would consider bedroom like four. It's massive, right? So, as we come around, here's another bedroom up front. And there's something really cool I want to show you guys in in these models here. But in this front bedroom, um, big enough here where you have a twin over a full bunk bed. You also have two desk, not one, but two desk up here to work out, um, do homework, and just take care of the things that the kids need to do. And then you can walk into another one of these closets. Now, this is at the front of the house, y'all. Look how big this closet. This thing is massive. Hopefully that gives you some sense of space. Oh, and both bedrooms that are on the front of the house have uh upstairs have windows in the closets, which I think is so cool. Um, lots of natural light, which makes it great. Go across the hallway here. This is another bedroom with another on suite. So you have one, two, three bedrooms with a with their own private bathroom in which is incredible. Looking out across here, lots of natural light, of course. Um, they got this set up. This would be my daughter's room for sure. Again, opening up the closet, which is basically another room. Walking in, plenty of space here. Again, natural light window in the closet. Like I said, I love that's a nice touch. um makes the house look beautiful on the outside and of course gives you plenty of space on the inside which is really nice. And then that has its own full bath as well. Um this is a plastic surround here. Um most of this house is done in quartz and um really really nice but there are some some things like the plastic surround there. I'm there are options and this is why I'm sharing these houses because this property specifically and this builder Ashton Woods first of all they're a national home builder. um in some of some of the biggest places, but these surrounds here and the Ashen Woods builder allow you to do customization. A couple different things that I want you guys to be aware of. Number one, there are structural customizations that you can do. Now, I'm not saying you can come in and go full custom, but they do have some options that do suit these properties really well. Additional garage space, additional bedrooms, the loft can be changed. Not all builders do that. As a matter of fact, most don't. So, that's a great option. Also, you do have the ability to have upgraded appliances, the Cafe brand, as we discussed. Um, you know, they've got the vinyl plank um flooring in here, which is beautiful. Really, really nice touch. Uh, beautiful open space on it. Quartz countertops like we said before, great appliances, great fixtures. So, you have a lot of different options with this builder, which I think is really nice. Um, so that is something to keep in mind if that if that interests you. Now, here's what's really unique. This is a 50 ft property, 50 ft wide. It's about $120 ft deep. And this home as it is built, the one I just tooured you through has about $120,000 in upgrades. Now, I know that sounds like a lot, and it is, right? But for what you get here, this is very reasonable. And let me give you guys the price as of today. Now, I want to give you this one caveat. You guys know how prices work with home builders. They can change at any time. So, don't forget about that. But what I want you to be aware of is the home that we are looking at today comes in at around $680,000. This is a 3600 ft² home and it is coming in at around $686,000 which if you know anything about the Tampa Bay area, that's a very good deal for a product of this quality and fit and finish. Um, and again, $120,000 in upgrades in this specific property. So, not everybody's going to go that far. You might, you might not. Um, but I want to walk you guys outside cuz I promise you to take you out here. Beautiful doors here. Nice sliders. And then this space is really, really nice. Big open space here. Big enough to have um obviously a full-size table. Uh they've got a couch and chairs out here. You could potentially do an outdoor dining space or an outdoor kitchen. Obviously, to take advantage of that, they've got it nice and screened in. Just a beautiful home here. I think that they've done a great job. This is, like I said, my first time touring Ashen Woods.
