yo what up guys it's colin here from ch gadgets and i think i may have found something that you might like this is the dos soundbox pro bluetooth speaker and apart from sounding really good these things have a few tricks up his sleeve we're gonna be checking them out in this video but before we talk sound let's talk specs the sound box pro has a dual full range driver setup with dual passive radiators to bring the base at about 20 watts you can connect to it via bluetooth 4.2 music playback is rated for about 12 hours it is ipa 5 splash proof which means that you can take it to the beach or a pool party or wherever you want plus it has some really cool color changing led lights that automatically syncs with your music when you're playing now the coolest part is you can pair two of these speakers together for a more immersive stereo sound we're definitely gonna be testing that out in this video all right let's take it out of the box and see what's up okay the first thing that i greet you is instruction manual file that to the side and there you go presentation on top let's take this thing out the bag all right you can see you can see the little drivers down in there that passive radiator quick little tour on the back as far as build quality and design this thing feels nice and solid in the hands with a little heft to it and i like how it looks it almost looks like that sony xb40 extra bass bluetooth speaker but the only difference is xb40 is like 248 bucks this one can run you about 45 we're definitely gonna be testing out and see should we save 230 bucks and get this or should we just go ahead and spend that 240 bucks and get that xb40 or is this a good substitute let's do a really quick tour you got a dos emboss on the top got that volume up and down get a add button so you can add a second speaker you got that mode button you got the playing pause got extra bass and got the power button on the back got that little waterproof flap and you got some little rubber stoppers on the bottom to keep it from moving around let's play all right so let's go ahead and set it up and do some sound demo and see what it sounds like and then we're definitely going to be hooking two of these up for that stereo sound and see if it makes a difference all right guys so now we got the sound box pro connected via bluetooth so let's do that sound test [Music] [Music] all right guys so you heard it for yourself when it comes to sound quality and loudness sandbox pro can get really loud and it sounds really good too i can definitely hear where the dsp is trying to balance out that highs in the mid supported by the lows coming from that passive radiator so the fact that this thing sounds so good i want to hear what it sound like in stereo pick so let's connect two of them and check that out and see what's up [Music] [Music] get them up in stereo mode this thing is bananas it sounds really good it sound a little bit louder bass was even a little bit deeper i don't know what das did but it just seemed like when they put them in stereo mode it's almost like two dsps working in tandem to give you more power more sound more bass and that thing sounds really good and i like it so overall it is a really good bluetooth speaker it has a really nice design it sounds good bass is nice and punchy and the price at 45 bucks make this a good buy with the holidays coming up usually when people are buying stocking stuffers it's usually like 50 or below so this definitely can be a really good stocking stuffer it could just be a dedicated gift i'm curious to hear you guys toss let me know what you think down in the comment section right below the like button and if you want one for yourself check the link down in the description if you like this video make sure you give it a thumbs up but if you didn't like it you could also give it a thumbs down that's okay thanks for watching and i'll talk to you in my next video peace [Music]
