Nick Jonas Reveals Why His & Priyanka Chopra’s Daughter Tried To Join Him Onstage

The Jonas Brothers are getting into the holiday spirit. Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas chatted with Access Hollywood at the New York City premiere of ""A Very Jonas Christmas Movie"" and teased what their holiday will look like this year with their families. The brothers also dished on their recent ""Camp Rock"" reunion with Demi Lovato, revealing why it was the perfect time to reunite with their friend. Nick's wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently shared an adorable video of their three-year-old daughter Malti Mari trying to get join him onstage, but the 33-year-old told Access the real reason she wanted to be onstage. ""A Very Jonas Christmas Movie"" hits Hulu on Nov. 14.
It goes back a long time so back in 2006 or 7 when we first started working with
Disney we basically you know took a meeting and said we want to make a
Christmas Christmas movie one day and and it never happened then but then
years later some 15 16 years later it came together and and we couldn't be
more excited about the world seeing this and it comes at the perfect moment in
our lives and this kind of chapter of our career we're all dads and and to get
to work with Disney again in this new new way on both this and Camp Rock 3 as
producers and you do a little cameo in that one it's a really special thing and
we just cannot wait for everyone to see it you know we finished the tour like on
the 22nd so we're I think we do some family time you know right away but yeah
we're going to be all together as much as we can and just time with the kids
and the family it's amazing there's a quote that you say Joe in this movie
were you saying Jonas Brothers as are good but us as brothers whatever magic
there was dead have you guys ever gone through something like that yeah a few
times you know I think it made up for some from solo albums that's for sure
but I think at the end of the day like we went through some certain journeys
that led us to where we are today we look back 20 years and I think we need
to take time off to figure out where we were at you know and and yes there are
moments where we feel like we want to fight or cry but we're happy that we're
happy crying tonight you mentioned Camp Rock 3 earlier I think the entire
internet freaked out when Demi Lovato came out and surprised us with that why
was now the time to reunite with her and Camp Rock bring it back well it's a
special thing to have experienced a journey like Camp Rock together those
those memories and the significance of that for all of us I think was really
important and Joe actually sent the invite to Demi to come out for our Met
Live show at the start of our tour and she she said yes and came out and
absolutely crushed it and you know it was around the time we were all sort of
figuring out our Camp Rock 3 situation and it just comes at the perfect time
for all of us and I'm so grateful that she came out we had that experience with
her and and that the world got to experience it the way they did you know
through social media everything else very cool and Demi did she make a cameo
it's got a watch I guess my lips are sealed really quickly cutest thing I've
seen all year is multi trying to get on stage trying to get after you well we
had a low E out for that show who was the voice of Moana and that's my
daughter's favorite character and so she was you know really excited to get on
stage just to be with us and sing because she loves some of our songs but
she was really excited when you came out and that's just been the coolest
part about this whole tour is looking out the audience and seeing each special
guest that we brought out really resonates with different people in the
audience in different ways and we're trying to provide you know celebration
of a 20-year journey and that includes new influences older influences of ours
and friends and and new friends thank you so much you know I just didn't feel
right yet but now it does comes out November 20
