It's a beautiful gorgeous day out here and we are in Litchfield, Arizona in a community. It's called Enclave and our builder is Fulton Homes and this home behind me is absolutely huge and absolutely beautiful. Let me tell you a little bit about it. Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a flex room downstairs, a huge loft upstairs. You have a full guest suite downstairs for anybody who doesn't want to navigate stairs going up and down. This has two car garage and guess what? RV garage. Yay! Plus it can go up to five bedrooms if you need it and again it is 35, 32 square feet. Absolutely gorgeous. Litchfield Park, Arizona. Enclave is the community. Fulton is your builder and of course your realtor me Mary Kay Marino. I'd be honored to work for you. Let's go in and show it to you but remember leave me a comment below and now let's go. All righty and here is the big beautiful home and again this is the Westport. 35, 32 square feet. There's your RV garage and here it says come on in. So let's go ahead and go on ahead and show you this beautiful home. It really is beautiful. You're gonna love it. Very spacious, very beautiful. All righty so standing right here in front of the front door, I had to just move over one step so I would be centered and this is the look and I'm going to show you all the way up. Isn't that nice? And let me show you again up there. Up there's that big huge loft that I was briefly telling you about. So we're going to walk on up, turn to the left. This is the, hello! I hope you're having a great day. This is the guest suite downstairs I was saying. Guest bedroom number downstairs with a nice window to the side. Slider door closets. Nice size bedroom actually. Very very nice and as I back up, right here is the bathroom for that bedroom. So if you have someone who doesn't want to navigate stairs or can't, this is the deal for them. Nice window above the shower. Very very nice and then right next to that, let me open the door, should be linen, yes. I'll go all the way up for you. Very very very nice. Give you another, oops, give you another, that was the door. Give you another look at the closet or oh my goodness gracious, the bathroom. Then back up, I'll give you another look of this bedroom. Then as I back up from here, right here is going to be garage door entrance, drop-off area and your favorite room, the laundry room. So it's a walk-through laundry room which isn't bad. Some people want a dedicated laundry room. If it doesn't matter to you, here we go. So they are showing it with cabinets above, cabinets below. If you're going to go with a quick move-in and it doesn't have it and you really really want it, then you know all you have to do, like I say, let me know. I have referrals and recommendations for that and then you can decide whether you want to do that or not. Right next to that is going to be coat closet and I'll show that to you as well. There you go. Then as we exit this part, we have a little drop-off area. When we come in off from the garage, we have another drop-off area. So as we exit this part and again, here's the front door and I'm going to back up. There's the entryway into that whole guest suite part. You walk through here. Hello again. Garage door entrance, guest bedroom number one, bathroom, linen and then as we exit and come on out, right over here, front door again and we're going to walk on the other side of the hallway. This is going to be guest half bath and then right next to here is going to be your RV garage and yes, I will take you out there. Very, very nice and we go all the way down and then come all the way back. You can hear the airplanes outside from the Luke Air Force Base. So and then as we close that, right around here next to it is going to be a sort of a Harry Potter closet. It's not bad and then turning around, it brings us right back to the hallway and again, front door. I'm going to walk up to it and turn around and now we're going to start to walk down the hallway and you know what else I want to do for you is I want to show you the upstairs. All the way up there. I'm not trying to make you dizzy. I just want to show you a visual. I have a lot of buyers that don't come into town that do rely on the video. So I'd like to do a good job for you. If you ever have any questions, all you have to do is let me know. So walking down, we're going to turn to the left. This is going to bring us into the flex room area. Now you can turn this into a bedroom if you'd like. They're showing it as a flex room, an office. You can use it as a game room, a computer room for the kiddos. Right here where this desk is, that is where the slider door closets would be. But at least it gives you an idea. You know, maybe you want this as an office and they're showing it as a built-in office right there and you still have a nice area to use maybe as a library, a computer room, a kid's room, whatever you want to use it as I mentioned. I'm going to back up so you can see the entryway into that. Very nice. And again, there's your front door entryway in here. And now I'm going to walk you into the main part of the house, the kitchen, the family room, the dining. This is really, really nice. Go ahead and enjoy. Alrighty, so let's go ahead and bring you back into this big kitchen over here. Beautiful at that. Your up-close personal look right here. They're showing it as a chef gourmet kitchen right there with a microwave and a oven into the wall. Back up there and look at the nice long island. Comfortably seats four. You could put a fifth in there as well. Fulton has a tendency on their islands, they always tend to put the leg right here on both sides so that limits you a little bit of space being able to add another chair if you wanted to. So sometimes it's a little difficult to do that because they usually do put that leg on the ends of their island. So let's bring you back into the kitchen a little bit closer. Nice area right here for a coffee bar if you wanted to. And then give you another up-close look of this kitchen. What do you think of that? Very, very nice. They have it with a gas stove top with a nice stainless steel hood above it. And I did mention a wall oven and a microwave. And I'll come on this side to show you the island. And isn't that view really nice? The island, the kitchen, the dining area, the family room. And then you have those beautiful four panel glass doors going out to your backyard. Lets a lot of natural light. And as you can see they do have the plantation shutters. In my opinion, plantation shutters don't allow all the light to come in. But you know a lot of people do like them. So that right there, this picture right here, this position right here, it's beautiful. Really, really, really nice. And then you bring you into the dining area. They are showing it with a square table, windows to the back, windows to the covered patio. You can put any size and shape table you really want in there. Enough room to put whatever you want. I'm going to back up here and stand in the middle of the island so you have an idea what that looks like. And you can see the stairway over there on the right. I'll zoom in for you. Not that I need it, but I will for you. There you go. And then back out. Very nice. And just to let you know that built-in that's in like that dark blue color, that does not come with the house. You're just going to have a wall. You can decorate it however you want. If you want something like that, you most certainly can do it. It will cost you extra, but if you're going with a quick move-in or a ground build-up, you will just have a flat wall back there. They're just showing you ways to decorate. I'll bring you into that area so you get a better look at it. It is kind of nice. I'm not sure I would get it, and I'll tell you why, and you may already know why, because the size of the TV there, that little square, not little, but you know that section there. Right now, Costco's have TVs 100 inches. There is no way a large TV will fit in there. And even if you don't go 100 inches, if you go around 80, it still won't fit into something like that. Although that looks really nice on the wall, but for me, I want a nice big TV to watch my football. Go Cardinals! They actually need a lot of help. I think they're the worst teams on the NFL this year. But let's get back to the house, since that's why you're here. Give you another look at this room. It's really pretty, and again, I'll give you another look at the four-panel glass sliders. Go right out to your backyard. If you're building from the ground up, Fulton gives you great prices on that. They're right around $4,000, maybe a smidgen under, depending on when you're going to be building. And, you know, costs of materials do go up, so that may change. But when you do it with other builders, some of them are up to $10,000, $15,000 for those large four-panel glass doors right there. Very, very nice. So a lot of options here. Fulton does tend to give you some wonderful things at discounted prices. And then I always ask for more, because I'm all for leaving as much money in your pocket and not putting it into the builder's pocket. And then as a reminder, just in case I forgot to tell you, if you want the guide, the do's and don'ts to buying a new build, all you have to do is text me new to the number on the screen, and I'll get that out to you right away. But what do you think of this house so far? Pretty darn nice. I love the kitchen. I love this whole area. It's very open, it's spacious, brings in a lot of natural light. I'm going to swing you around. These are the stairs all the way up. This upstairs is really nice. I'll meet you upstairs. Alrighty, so this is upstairs, and that's the look. Over there to the loft, that's downstairs. Walking down this way to the loft, it is large. Very, very large. Lots of room. This is a great place to send the kiddos, get them out of your hair. A game room, a computer room, whatever you want to do. Just get out of my hair. Or you know what? A great place to have family night. You know, this is where everybody spends time together. Very, very nice up here. So let's walk on past this area. We are going to go into the primary room. Going right into it right here. Nice, large bedroom. Let me show you. See, it doesn't stop there. It goes all the way over here. This is a large room. But you know what? You would expect it for a home that's over 3,500 square feet. Large windows going out to the backyard. And then as we walk through into the bedroom, look at this vanity. Very, very nice. And then they're showing it with a tub and a shower right there. Windows out to the side and windows out to the back. And then right next to that is going to be a water closet with a nice window outside. Two nice windows outside. And I'll swing back around, show you the vanity one more time. I'll go all the way up for you. And then to the left is going to be your walk-in closet. It's actually pretty nice. Here we go. And then it comes all the way back here. Hello. I walked up earlier. I didn't realize that was a mirror and I scared myself. It's like, oh my gosh, I thought there was a stranger in the house. But look at that. Lots of place to put your clothes. Very, very nice. I'll turn around so I can give you another angle here. Get that door out of the way so that you can get a better look at it. Then as we exit, I'll give another look of the shower and the tub. Very nice. What do you think of this one so far? You like it? Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a flex room, and a very large loft. I'm going to swing you back around. Oh, I forgot to show you the linen. Let me show you that. And then I'll go all the way up for you. There you go. And now we'll exit this room and we'll take you back into the bedroom and I'll show you this at a different angle. Now you can see that extra space over there a little better. It's a large room for sure. Then as we exit this, then right next to it is going to be your favorite room. Yay! No yay. And then it has a nice window so you're not so sad and depressed. It's showing it with cabinets and a sink. If you're building from the ground up and you want that, that's going to be an upgrade and an added option. If you're going to possibly get one as a quick move-in, it might or might not have it, most likely not. But if you do want it for a quick move-in, all you have to do is let me know. I have recommendations and referrals for this vendor and just about any other vendor you're going to need. Right next to that is going to be storage for your lovely loft. And you're going to need it because this loft is big and if you're going to have a lot of games and such up here, you're going to need a place to put it all. What do you think of this loft? Isn't that nice? It's huge up here. I'll walk you past this. The other guest bedrooms are on this side of the house. Remember we have the guest suite downstairs. Okay, so this is going to be guest bedroom number two, but it's guest bedroom number one upstairs. So this is guest bedroom number one upstairs. Has a window to the front and a window to the side and also has slider door closets. And then as we back up from here, shared bathroom, two sinks is always a plus in my opinion. And then it has a toilet room window and then a tub and shower combination. I'll show you that. There you go. And then I'll show you the vanity too. Pretty nice. I like it. So as we exit this, here's guest bedroom number two upstairs. Very nice size bedroom, a window to the side, and then also slider door closets on this as well. Both bedrooms are very nice size. In fact, all three guest bedrooms are very nice size. And then I'm going to swing around, show you the hallway up here. Of course you have a window, but it's blocked by the, by the plantation shutters. And then another closet. This is going to be linen for these two bedrooms on this side. So plenty of storage up here. You have this linen closet. Then you had that other huge linen slash storage closet for the loft area. And again, this is the loft. Let me show you something. I want to come over to this side and I want to show you the opening over here. Isn't that nice? That looks downstairs. You can see very, very spacious. Let me see. I'll show you. I'll come to the edge and I'll show you. See, that's the, to go out to the RV garage. That's the walkway in from the front door is right over here. And then down there is into the main part of the house. Pretty stairway down. And then you have this walkway to it. See, what do you think? That's pretty cool. I really like it. So this is the stairway down. As you know, I'll meet you downstairs. All right. So this is almost downstairs. I'm going to give you another look going up. Isn't that pretty nice? And then we have two more steps down. That is your flex room right there or office, whatever you need. There's the front door, swing your back around. Here is the main part of the house. So outside we go in lots out here, 6,300, all the way up to 7,250. Plenty of room if you want to build a pool, but you don't have to because your HOA comes with an aquatic center. That is a huge resort style pool is what Fulton calls them. Give you a look at the back of the house. Pretty nice. They're showing with artificial turf pavers, a fire pit, barbecue over there. Your yard is large enough to do whatever you want with it actually. Nice, large covered patio as well. And then you also have this other service store. Let me show it to you. This is from the RV garage so that you come directly out to the backyard right here. That's a service store coming out to the backyard, which is pretty nice actually. So let me bring you back on in and I'm going to tell you and show you about the HOA amenities. So stick around for that. I'm going to shut the door here. I would love to read about your comments on this home. It is a beautiful, beautiful home. Okie dokie. So we are out here at the amenity center. That is where the pool is going to be. It's almost finished, but I want to glance over. You have grassy parks over here. You have cornhole. You have bocce ball. I just want to walk you around here a little bit. You have picnic areas, barbecue areas, playground. You have a lot of amenities out here. And then I want to show you this big, huge, grassy park for the two-legged and the four-legged kids. Look at this right here. How nice is that? And then you also have views of the mountains. I can also, nope, wrong way. There you go. The mountain views are much closer out here and Enclave. Look at that grassy park. You have several large parks out here in Enclave. And then, of course, you have this nice playground. They're not done with it. They're not going to leave it dirt. They're still fixing it up and getting it ready. And again, there's your bocce ball. You have cornhole over there. You got another grassy park there. Picnic tables over here. Barbecue. And then, like I said, you have the aquatic center that's going to be over here. The HOA fee, $165 a month. Holton does a great job with HOA amenities. Actually, probably one of the best. All righty. Here's the FYI for you, the home buyer. Very important FYI. I put this in almost every one of my videos because I think it's that important. Anytime, every time you go into a new build, always remember to bring your realtor. Why? Because the person inside, as nice and sweet as they're going to be to you, and they will be, who do you think they work for? They definitely don't work for you. They work for the builder and the seller. And when you're buying your largest and biggest assets you ever buy in your lifetime, don't you want to make sure it works out exactly the way you want to? And don't you want to have somebody working just for you? Not you and the seller. Not you and the builder. That's called exclusive representation. And I would be honored to work for you. Don't go in and register. Don't go online and register. Because once you do, you lose the opportunity to have somebody watching your back from beginning to end and everything in between. It's called Enclave, and your builder is Fulton Homes. The HOA out here, as I had mentioned earlier as I walked you through it, $165 a month. And what do you get? I will repeat it. You get the aquatic pool. You get grassy parks. You get playgrounds. You get bocce ball. You get so many things out here for that $165 a month. I will tell you that Fulton Homes makes a wonderful HOA amenities for all their communities. Lot sizes out here right around $6,300. They go all the way up to $7,250. Plenty of room for a pool if you want in your backyard. But you definitely don't need it, because like I said, your HOA comes with a huge resort-style-like pool. And as far as building from the ground up, if that's something you want to do, pick everything out yourself. Well, you're welcome to do that. You just need a time frame right around six to eight months to do that. However, if you don't want to wait that long, which I kind of don't blame you, you can definitely go with a quick move-in. And all you have to do is give me a call, and I will help navigate the one that you want. And the recap on this home. It is called the Westport.
