A Clayton Triumph Mobile Home With Three Bathrooms?

Donnie yes oh there you are it seems like at the beginning of every video i can't find you and you're always right there next to me you think i'd be better at that it's almost like i'm doing it on purpose what have we here Donnie looks like a brand new Clayton mobile home double wide we're gonna go in this sucker and check it out now i don't know what it is but it's very windy today folks sorry for the wind noise we're gonna go in this bad boy let's see if we can figure out what it is from the outside i'm gonna guess four bedroom what do you think i'm gonna say three three bedroom okay all right so here we go we haven't been in a new one in a while Donnie tell them about the axles under it people like hearing about that 10,000 pounds per axle so this thing should be 50,000 pounds 50,000 pounds yeah now here's what happened just then people now here's what people thought Donnie they thought you couldn't multiply 10 times five but that's not what happened Donnie said 10,000 pounds per axle so that would be and then he immediately thought 50,000 pounds and then he thought that can't be right but he said 50,000 pounds he went ahead and said it and then said hey that don't sound right okay so this is a brand new one look at that up there oh man it's already looking bad look at that they ain't got the sockets on there they'll cover all that up yeah but look at that board it's a damn one by and it looks like crap so we should tell people at this moment we're not trying to sell you this house this ain't our house ain't ours we don't we're just we're just walking around looking at it um i don't like the way that's made at all man but maybe that's how they're all done if the price is right me and Ronnie will buy it yes if the price is right you know i'll buy it so we'll see look over there Donnie so this is kind of a plain one a little bit um ain't much going on this may be the same model that we've been in it's not the exact same one though we wait till they drag a new one in and then we go check it out we're at an undisclosed location somewhere in the southern united states you may be able to tell by the way we talk also if you look there is a freaking uh nascar speedway right across the street okay that proves we're in the southern united states um so this lot it's a really cool place they get new and used mobile homes and again we're not we don't work for them we're not trying to sell you one but they get new and used mobile homes in and uh they're nice enough to let people come down here and walk through them and check them out so we check them out whenever we can and we make videos and put them on our channel for you look Donnie that looks old too i honestly think that those vents they've got a bunch of like old stock and this is a brand new home but they put those vents on there and the freaking vents probably been sitting in a box for four years they're all yellowed i've noticed that on a lot of them perimeter pier blocking here so basically you need they've just got it set up here on the lot so that people can walk inside of it without worrying about the thing falling off the trailer or off the axles but um the uh you need those piers where they're marked just so that it's stabilized when people are going in and out train outlet so just your typical uh you know gray plastic uh gray vinyl siding what do you got there somebody raised hell about that i would i guess they do that with the with the slats but man yeah you'd think people would really complain about that i'd raise hell if you got that delivered and there's holes in your siding you'd think i wouldn't take that you think that's the hairy hand there was a painter uh who you who used to uh i think it was picasso i think who used to paint uh portraits of people and he would permit he would he would uh purposefully make their hands have too much hair on them and then whenever people came to look at the picture the painting they would say it looks great but you got hair all over their hands and he'd say i'll fix that real quick and he did that on purpose so that would be what you noticed so maybe they got holes in the vinyl siding so that's what you notice is screwed up and they can fix it real quick february of 25 is that as the frame february of 25 all right yeah it's been sitting here a while i've noticed okay and stuff like this donnie look at this that paint look how but we know it's for february of 25 that's crazy yeah yeah all right we're going in donnie's excited he's excited here we go yeah it is windy today and uh yeah anybody home probably check when we go in just to make sure there's nobody in here you don't want to startle anybody you might have somebody uh um you might have a homeless person in here or something you don't want to don't want to get in a fight oh yeah well you don't want to you know if there's somebody in here like i said we're in the south you know you startle somebody they might you wouldn't want that all right so this is a big old living room and i got to tell you i've a couple things that we've noticed looking through so many of them the ceiling is at about a little seven and a half feet you think you got donnie's six feet tall donnie's six foot one okay yeah so maybe seven and a half feet and it's um what did we decide we're going to call it no the the ceiling uh not vaulted we had a real good one i can't remember it's not a vaulted ceiling because vaulted is two levels this is it runs peaked peaked ceiling it's a peaked ceiling i love these peaked ceilings because it just gives you more room just here in the middle of the of the room it just feels like there's a bunch of freaking room because of the peaked ceiling and i realized they do that with a bunch of them it seems like um it would be cheaper to just make them all peaked you'd think but i don't know whatever yeah it's a big old long living room um you counted 18 feet 16 man bigger than that look so these these uh panels are four feet four eight twelve sixteen twenty you don't think okay one of these days we're going to bring a tape but it's not going to be today big old living room it's got the same vinyl flooring that they put in all of these but i gotta tell you it's really nice vinyl flooring and it smells great i would think i would put that in my home i'm gonna i'm gonna get down and show them the show them the detail donnie i'm gonna show them the detail so i guess it'd be easier to show you outside but it is really thick i mean i would it might be twice as thick as linoleum that i've seen before i bet it's uh i bet it's like yeah it's it's thick uh so it would be 16 or better yeah it's it's really nice stuff um the only problem is since it's all through the house if you were to cut it you know what you could do by dragging an appliance across it or something um you wouldn't be able to repair it because it's all one big sheet that goes all the way through the house but i'm sure they're able to make it inexpensively but i really like that product man it's a bigger uh bedroom than usual too you might be right maybe it's only three bedroom and they they stole some of the room to make this bedroom so big so you don't think that's a four foot sheet so you're saying the okay that's four that's not that's four i'm still getting like 20 feet man i mean i always you know what i always measure it my is a basketball goal that's two basketball goals folks that's 20 feet you think so all right well right here you got five feet maybe maybe a little more 17 18 you're saying 18 feet okay um and whenever they ship them they come with extra stuff so obviously that's the screen doors for the slider but they will sometimes you need this to finish out something somewhere there'll be a piece that needs to be installed or something yeah like if you look down that way see there's a piece that you need there on the end but it goes over into the middle so you you can't put it up till you put the thing together that's one of those there's two of those so it's one of those so some of that is to finish it up and on some of these they've been sending a kit of extra stuff um just in case you have problems like the there's just like the vinyl siding that has holes in it and crap like that yeah so that's the extra stuff but this stuff or maybe this is part of the extra stuff but this stuff is used to actually set the house up so you need the shingles for the roof to join it together where the the ridge is where we were just complaining about it outside like see that corner board piece there dotty that's already on the house so that must be extra so you know they're just giving you extra pieces of stuff probably because people would complain about little things and so they're giving you this and saying hey fix it yourself yeah stuff like that is just crazy look at this so there's holes in the i just think people would complain about a lot of that these are in there to keep the walls from blowing out going down the road if you have a like you can see there it's open yeah that's that's if you think about that going down the road you got to put plastic over it but the wind is just intense um i mean they're hauling these things 70 miles an hour down the road all right so this is a different bathroom setup donnie i don't think we've had one like this this is interim have we had this exact setup it looks a little different we've had this exact setup you've complained about that one before yeah i do not get that folks why would they here's what i don't get why doesn't this just come out to here i don't get that it must be because they can't i mean that's just the jankiest setup ever i don't know why they do that i don't understand what they're doing i'm sure there's a reason but why would they ever need it to be that wide handicap accessible yeah but the door ain't wide i've never seen one with a bigger door that's what i don't get i don't know why they just don't blow that's putting a 30 inch door on put a 37 you think there'd be plastic maybe something so it's got the one piece plastic uh and you sink with the old stopper that's pretty cool um nice laminate but it's just that laminate stuff it's fake uh for micah basically yeah it feels real thin i mean it just feels cheap you know i mean it looks pretty good but it feels cheap um this let me see if i can show you look how this is done shine your light up here donny so they can see it they're gonna love they're gonna love this look at that so right so there's just different levels of trim where you know i mean you know actually though back in the day i did see uh i have seen vanities before that have osb is the bottom like that it's got pecs in it yeah yeah the plumbing is not a problem i don't think in my opinion because they're doing pecs and it's probably not like the cleanest best way to do it but pecs is standard now i mean the pecs i wish they had shut off valves on everything yeah yeah shut off valves at the thing so we've got a kind of wide vanity there but with one sink in it just standard toilet all of the toilets seem to be the same and all of these um we've got the big uh whatever they call it the freaking garden tub i believe they call that um with the big surround the shower that's actually kind of their it's not their cheapest tub because it's not just a regular bathtub but it's it's not super high dollar and then the walk-in closets are getting bigger donny so this particular one is probably four and a half feet wide and it's 16 feet long or is this this 14 probably isn't 14 feet long four and a half feet wide big old nice walk-in closet um oh and we've been showing them the ends it's bent though the ends bent and there's no hanger and then that end look at that i ain't seen it cut in the middle before and it's not that in that is pretty good just a little side quest we've been doing on these so i like the bathroom but it's a plain bathroom oh also ladies it has it has a door it has a door on the walk-in closet but the walk-in closet is in the bathroom but they are upgraded doors they're six pound doors yeah so that's cool all right so i like the uh i like the master bedroom let's go check out the kitchen donny big old kitchen but it's this it's kind of the standard one so it's we got a frigidaire um refrigerator we've got just your standard little whatever here you got your big one here we go that's the it's got the big nice heat pump hot water tank that's the rebate the rain they're getting a efficiency rebate with that no air conditioning got the the furnace in it but no ac they put that on site so they can get the rebate it's got the metal doors but they have the back panel so there are different levels of this some of these metal doors don't have the back panel they're just real thin but on these they have the back panel which makes them thicker and i know that sounds like crazy but that's that's how they do it washer dryer area here we go folks we're gonna get the date and maybe even the model name it's the triumph 28 by 76 with dishwasher we've done the triumph before this is a it was built in february of 25 or at least it was signed for by february so it's a 2025 double wide triumph so who's making a frigidaire stove as well with the uh glass top or whatever you call it um for whatever reason they make their own hood range tops or whatever somebody corrected me on that one time i didn't say it right range hood there you go um cabinets are the same as in the bathroom old school um double sinks look at this it's a recreate which looks to me like that's probably like an rv you see the mountains and everything that just screams rv to me look at the finish on the side of the cabinet yeah so this is a lower end model but a lot of this stuff you would see in the the higher end models too it's just how they do it so you've got the aisle in there kind of a little bit of a strange way it's set up it's it overhangs on this side almost like you should put uh stools there um i guess that could be where kids eat but it's kind of in the way of the refrigerator too so i don't know whatever dining room area let's go on down the hallway 90 i think we are horribly wrong about the number of bedrooms yes me too hall bathroom just a little standard but that is a full-size bathtub oh well the drain's in the middle i guess is this full size nine or you think it's in six inches i think it's in six inches bedroom number two you know i don't think i've ever seen one with uh with this exact layout usually the bedrooms first and then the bathroom bedroom number two decent little size bedroom number three it's got the big walk-in closet this is going to be the type that has the other closet behind this this thing is steel yeah it's a good size 12 by 12 yep all right that's three oh i see i see what donnie's going what uh about here's four this is a this is a rare one you don't see too often people because that's the third bathroom you usually don't see that in these so it's a five bedroom three bath yeah and with the huge living room but they don't have a family room and it's only 14 foot wide yeah 28 you know and it uh don't that look like it was damaged when they put it up that's crazy you wouldn't think they'd put it up like that but maybe it did it afterwards i'm definitely gonna complain about that that's just crazy five bedroom three bath i like it but it's kind of the bottom end you know it's not you don't normally see the water yeah let's see if that bathroom's any better than the other ones like it stepped back they could have brought that out and made it even bigger that's interesting it's basically just like the other one but the mirror of it i don't know look at that tub okay look look at the toilet you can't fit another toilet in front of it or maybe just barely barely okay we'll go look at this one here yeah they're identical it's just a mirror pretty cool i like it donnie oh you know one difference there is one difference between the two bathrooms see if you can find it this is blows my mind donnie's going to get it i didn't get it you didn't get it what is it it's got the uh it's got the planted roof this one doesn't for whatever reason these two bedrooms have the dropped roof i don't know why they why would they go through all the trouble to do that and that bathroom has the lowered roof but over here it has the peaked roof i don't know donnie doesn't make much sense what do you
