Ladies and gentlemen, Vice President J.D. Vance just dropped a bombshell that has
Washington scrambling. And I mean a real bombshell here guys.
We're announcing today that we have decided to temporarily halt certain amounts of Medicaid
funding that are going to the state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the state of Minnesota
takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money.
Now what is this going to mean? What this means is that first of all, the providers
on the ground in Minnesota have actually already been paid. The state has paid those providers
the money. What we're doing is we are stopping the federal payments that will go to the state
government until the state government takes its obligations seriously to stop the fraud
that's being perpetrated against the American taxpayer.
This is a real bombshell. The kind that makes the political class suddenly develop an urgent
interest in changing the subject. Because according to J.D. Vance, investigators have
uncovered what could be $19 billion in fraud tied to programs in Minneapolis right inside
the state of Minnesota. Now here's a twist guys. This wasn't discovered by some late
night investigative journalists. This was revealed after Donald Trump tasked J.D. Vance
with digging into government fraud across the country. And suddenly the numbers being
uncovered are, well, let's just say that they're big enough to make even accountants
in California raise an eyebrow. Oh, and it doesn't stop there guys, because the investigation
touches everything from election integrity tied to the Save America Act to alleged Medicare
fraud networks to a very interesting little school called Quality Learning Center that
apparently couldn't even spell the word learning correctly.
And now I know guys, I know, you know, if you're a member of the media or a certain
group of politicians in North Carolina, like Don Davis, you may suddenly feel the urge
to change the channel, but don't do it. Resist the urge, resist the urge, because what J.D.
Vance just revealed could explain a lot about why Washington works the way it does.
Mr. Vice President, Preston Mizell with Fox News Digital. I want to ask you real quick,
you're leading the anti-fraud task force. I wanted to get a quick update on that. Maybe
some of the findings that you've found in Minnesota, but also you've mentioned before
that you're interested in targeting other states as part of that task force. Are there
other states that you've looked at or that you may have flagged for potential fraud?
Well, you know, we know there's a lot of fraud in California, and we're trying to
get to the bottom of exactly what it looks like. And what we've done in the Trump administration,
and the President has really empowered us to do this, is to take the first national
look at the way the American people have been defrauded over many, many years.
And I'll give you a few very concrete examples. So in the state of Minnesota,
you asked about Minnesota. We think that there's probably been $19 billion at least of fraud
just committed in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas. Let me give you an example of this,
because it's not just the American people being defrauded. It's not just your tax dollars that
are being stolen out of your wallet and given to fraudsters. It's the fact that the services
we need to deliver to needy people are not getting delivered because they're going to fraudster.
And of course, if you want clear breakdowns like this that cut through the political theater,
make sure to subscribe to the channel. And if by the end of today's show, you've enjoyed it,
even just a little bit, do me a quick favor and hit the like button on the way out.
Totally appreciate you. Because what we're about to unpack here tonight is something the legacy
media really doesn't want people paying any attention to. I'll tell you that now.
All right, guys, I want to start with the moment that set Washington on fire.
Vice President J.D. Vance steps up and he drops what many are calling a political bombshell.
A lot of what we're doing with the Department of Justice has already started.
We've got over 1,500 subpoenas. We've got people this morning, actually,
we're going door to door to actually knock on some of these fraudulent care centers,
these fraudulent social services organizations to get to the bottom of what's going on there.
So the investigation in some ways has already been ramping up into the anti-fraud element
for at least a few weeks. What we're trying to do is supercharge it and make sure there's
a designated person within the Department of Justice who completely controls that particular
He says that the administration of Donald Trump has begun digging into massive government fraud
that's been hiding in plain sight for years, not millions, billions with a B, guys.
Now, according to J.D. Vance, investigators are finally asking a question Washington
rarely asks. Where did the money actually go? You know,
taxpayer money meant for American programs, American families, American communities.
Yeah. So instead, J.D. Vance suggests that much of it may have been siphoned off through
fraud networks that nobody in Washington seemed very eager to stop. And this is where things
started getting a little uncomfortable. But before J.D. Vance even got to the fraud numbers,
he started with another explosive issue, election integrity, specifically a bill called the Save
America Act. The idea is simple, guys. If you vote in American elections, you must be an American
citizen. Pretty basic, right? Can I get a yes on that one? But according to J.D. Vance, many
Democrats in Washington refused to support the measure.
Every place you go, you give identification. And I want picture identification, not just
we want picture so that when they go in to vote, somebody standing there can say,
oh, that is the same person, not that it's a totally different person.
Michael LaRosa served as the chief spokesperson to First Lady Jill Biden and special assistant
to President Biden. And Kayla McGee White is a Steamboat Institute fellow and a Fox News
contributor. So the Save Act going to a vote next week. Here's what J.D. Vance said yesterday.
This is very simple. Only American citizens should be allowed to vote in American elections.
The Save America Act is common sense and we need to pass it now.
And this raised a question he just kept on coming back to. If illegal voting is supposedly very rare,
then why oppose a law that would make it impossible? Why fight something that
should already be common sense? Anybody have any answers for that one?
Now, this question quickly turned the debate into something much bigger,
because once investigators started looking closer at government systems,
they began finding problems everywhere. So now this is where the conversation
suddenly got very real. Tonight, a Mauritanian national accused of illegally casting ballots
in seven U.S. elections since 2008 has been charged with voter fraud. According to DHS,
Mahadi Sacco was arrested on Monday in Philadelphia. He entered the U.S. near
Miami in 1998 and was later ordered to be removed by an immigration judge.
The Board of Immigration Appeals upheld his removal over two decades ago.
Authorities believe he falsely certified that he was a U.S. citizen
when registering to vote in Pennsylvania in 2006.
Because U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement recently arrested an illegal immigrant from
Mauritania who allegedly voted in seven federal elections since 2008. Seven guys.
Now, pause for a second, all right? For years, we've heard that illegal voting never happens,
right? Or that it's extremely rare. But if one person can do it seven times,
then the obvious question becomes, well, how many others slip through the system?
Now, if you know anything about this legislation, what the Save America Act does
is that it makes it impossible for illegal aliens to vote in our elections.
Pretty common sense. Now, I think that's pretty easy, right? We don't want illegal aliens voting
in our elections. My favorite thing is whenever I bring this up, you'll have some Democrat on
TV who will say, well, we don't have to worry about that because illegal immigrants voting
in our elections is very rare. Well, number one, how about we put it to zero, okay? Even if you're
right. Number two, you're not right. It happens way more often than a lot of people appreciate.
In fact, just this week, ICE arrested an illegal immigrant. I'm going to read this because I want
to make sure I get it right. An illegal immigrant from Mauritania who's voted in seven federal
elections since 2008. And I haven't got good authority that at every single election he
voted for Don Davis. No, I don't know about that. I don't know where he voted, but I guarantee it
wasn't for us, okay? It wasn't for America First policies. Now, here's the thing, though. Even if
you take the Democrats at their word, even if illegal aliens voting is very rare, then why
don't we ban it anyway? It's not that complicated. It is one thing to say, I don't get it. The
Democrats say this never happens or it happens only very rarely on the one hand. And on the
other hand, we must not stop it. It doesn't make a damn bit of sense. We need to get all illegal
aliens stopping from voting in our elections. It's very common sense stuff. This is the point
that JD Vance is making. And right here is where you might want to do something interesting.
Think of that friend who always says voter fraud never happens. Send them this video and just say,
hey, watch this part because the next revolution makes the debate even bigger. Because according
to JD Vance, the American public actually agrees on this issue far more than politicians admit.
He says roughly 85% of Americans support requiring proof that voters are citizens,
85%. Now that's not a close vote at all. This is a landslide. So naturally the question becomes,
well, if nearly everybody already agrees, then why hasn't Washington already fixed this? Why is
there still a fight about this? And this is where JD Vance started pointing out something deeper
inside Washington politics because when huge majorities of Americans support something,
but it still doesn't happen, it usually means powerful people benefit from the system
staying exactly the way it is. A lot of other members that really care about this. Frankly,
most Americans look at the polling in every demographic group. This poll is over 70%
because Americans recognize the sanctity of the vote is at risk when you have either illegals
voting because states don't check a number of states deliberately don't want to check whether
or not somebody's here legally when they register. And then they mandate in some states that they
can't show picture ID. That's a recipe for voter fraud. Larry, we need to fix it. We need to ensure
that everybody's vote is protected because one person, one vote only matters. If you're having
So this is when the story suddenly shifts from elections to crime and immigration,
because according to the Trump administration, these two issues are deeply connected. Now,
most people never read the fine print on their Medicare plan. They just don't. And this is
exactly how insurance companies like it because buried inside of those pages are the little
details that cost you money, copays, deductibles, drug coverage limits. And let's be honest, guys,
most people don't even realize that those details are there until a medical bill shows up.
Fair. Exactly. This is why I partner with chapter. Their advisors actually go through the fine print
for you, and they explain it in plain English. No tricks, no confusion, nothing but clarity.
One viewer told me something interesting. She said, I finally understood my plan for the first
time after talking the chapter, I realized I'd been paying for coverage I didn't even use. Now,
think about that for a second, right? Nobody wants to pay for something they don't need,
right? It's just a waste of money. Exactly. So the real question becomes simple. Would you rather
stay trapped in the fine print or do what thousands of other viewers are already doing
and have someone explain it clearly? Now, most people, they're calling the phone number at the
bottom of your screen right here, 909-563-8279, or they're clicking the link down below to go to
askchapter.org slash Ron, just to see if their plan actually makes sense. And the average senior
saving about $1,100 a year, thanks to chapter. Now let's get back to the investigation because
the next part of the story is where things really started heating up. So now this is where the
conversation moved from elections to public safety because according to Donald Trump,
violent crime in the United States dropped dramatically after the administration increased
immigration enforcement. Millions of illegal aliens poured across our borders, totally
unvetted and unchecked. We now have the strongest and most secure border in American history by far
in the past nine months, zero illegal aliens have been admitted to the United States,
but we will always allow people to come in legally, people that will love our country and
will work hard to maintain our country. The flow of deadly fentanyl across our border is down by a
record 56% in one year. And last year, the murder rate saw its single largest decline
in recorded history. This is the biggest decline, think of it, in recorded history,
the lowest number in over 125 years, year 1900. In fact, substantially before my wonderful father,
I had a wonderful father, Fred, before he was born. We're talking homicides, carjackings,
violent assaults. The argument from the Trump administration is simple. If you remove violent
criminals who enter the country illegally, crime goes down. That's the logic. And J.D. Vance says
this is exactly what they've been doing. Critics immediately pushed back, but J.D. Vance flipped
that argument. He said the real question isn't why enforce immigration law. The real question is,
why wouldn't you? Do we want these things to happen? Do we want these arrests to be so chaotic?
No, we don't. These guys want it least of all, but if we had a little cooperation
from local and state officials, I think the chaos would go way down in this community.
President Donald Trump's crime crackdown here in Washington, D.C.
has led to the lowest murder rate since 1900. So far, the Make D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task
Force has arrested more than 9,100 violent fugitives for an array of crimes, including
murder, narcotics, weapons offenses, and sex offenses. Now, that's a bombshell right there.
And this kind of brings us to a moment that completely stunned Washington during the
State of the Union. President Donald Trump reportedly said something incredibly simple.
He told members of Congress, if you believe the American government should serve the American
people first, stand up. That's it. Stand up if you agree. If you're watching the show right now,
would you stand up with Trump on this one? And according to J.D. Vance, who was sitting
directly behind the president, something strange happened. If you agree with this statement,
then stand up and show your support. The first duty of the American government is to protect
American citizens, not illegal aliens. You should be ashamed of yourself not standing up.
You should be ashamed of yourself. That is why I'm also asking you to end deadly sanctuary cities
that protect the criminals and enact serious penalties for public officials who block the
removal of criminal aliens. In many cases, drug lords, murderers all over our country,
they're blocking the removal of these people out of our country. And you should be ashamed of yourself.
Many Democrats didn't move. They stayed seated. Now, imagine that moment, right? Television
cameras everywhere. Members of Congress looking around at each other like kids in the classroom,
wondering if they're allowed to raise their hand or not. And figures tied to leadership like Nancy
Pelosi are watching the room. The result? A moment that symbolized just how divided
Washington has become. But the biggest revelation was still coming because next,
the investigation begins. Now, here's where the story shifts from politics to investigation,
because according to J.D. Vance, Donald Trump gave him a very specific assignment.
Look into the government fraud, not just one agency, not just one state across the country,
programs funded by taxpayers, programs sending out billions of dollars every year. And J.D. Vance
said something that should make every American stop and think. He said the deeper investigators
looked, the more fraud they found. Programs nobody had audited in years, payments nobody questioned,
money flowing out the door with almost no oversight. And this is when investigators
turned their attention to one place in particular, Minneapolis, because what they say they found
there shocked even them. According to J.D. Vance, investigators believe as much as $19 billion in
fraudulent activities may have occurred in and around Minneapolis, inside the state of Minnesota.
Let that sink in for a second, alright? This is not pocket change. This is the kind of money that
could build highways, fund hospitals, or support entire school systems. Instead,
Vance says investigators believe massive amounts of it may have been stolen through fraudulent
programs. Now, here's the part that really makes this whole story especially disturbing.
Some of the programs involved were designed to help vulnerable children. I'm talking about
children with disabilities here, guys. Children who needed extra care. Which means, if the fraud
claims are true, the victims weren't just the taxpayers. They were kids. And the next part of
the story explains exactly how that happened. They spelled learning wrong. None of the daycares
featured by Nick Shirley in his viral YouTube video have formal allegations of fraud against
them. But most of them have other violations, according to the Minnesota Department of Human
Services. For example, the state's website shows Quality Learning Center featured primarily for
its misspelled sign had 121 violations over the last three years, most recently for areas used by
children in disrepair. Was this place also a Feeding Our Future meal site? Okay. As first
discovered by the Minnesota Star Tribune, several of these daycares received money through Feeding
Our Future, whose leader was convicted of facilitating the theft of 240 million taxpayer
dollars during the pandemic. According to Carol Evans' records, Minnesota Best Child Care, located
in this unmarked building, received 1.5 million dollars from Feeding Our Future, claiming to serve
702,000 meals to children. Quality Learning Center received 509,000, claiming to serve 208,000 meals.
The now-closed Mako Daycare received 1.5 million dollars, claiming to serve 626,000 meals. In all,
five current and two closed daycares Shirley featured received 6.3 million dollars from
Feeding Our Future, claiming to serve 2.8 million meals to kids from 2018 to 2021.
But according to J.D. Vance, investigators discovered that parts of the system may have
been exploited. Money that should have gone to help children may have been redirected through
fraudulent claims. This is when the investigators began looking deeper into how those claims were
being filed. According to the investigation described by J.D. Vance, some of the fraud
appeared to involve organized networks taking advantage of the system. Families were allegedly
encouraged to file claims for services that were never actually provided. Businesses were set up to
collect the payments, and those businesses would then take a percentage of the government money
being paid out. In other words, a system designed to help children was allegedly turned into a
business model. Investigators believe that some of these operations were tied to groups operating
in Minnesota, particularly Minneapolis. If the allegations are proven true, it would mean
millions, possibly even billions, of dollars were redirected away from the children that the program
was meant to help. And then the investigators uncovered something even stranger than that.
Now, this is the moment within the story where things really start to sound almost
unbelievable. During the investigation described by J.D. Vance, officials reportedly discovered
organizations receiving large amounts of taxpayer funding with very little oversight. One example
J.D. Vance pointed to was a school called Quality Learning Center. Normally, when government money
goes to schools, there are layers and layers of inspections, paperwork, and compliance. But
according to the claims J.D. Vance discussed, this organization was still receiving funding
despite obvious red flags, even something as basic as spelling mistakes on the sign that
raised questions about how closely anyone had looked at the operation. And that became symbolic
of a bigger problem, a system that had simply stopped checking. So after laying out the election
debate, the fraud investigations, and the programs under scrutiny, J.D. Vance ended with a very direct
message. This investigation isn't just about exposing problems. This is about consequences.
Now, according to J.D. Vance, the administration of Donald Trump intends to pursue criminal charges
wherever fraud is discovered. So this means investigators looking at contractors,
organizations, and anyone who knowingly exploited federal programs. The goal,
he said, is simple. Restore trust, make sure taxpayer money actually helps Americans,
and rebuild the system around a principle that the administration keeps repeating.
Government should serve American citizens first, period. And if these investigations keep expanding,
Washington may be looking at the largest government fraud crackdown in modern-day
history. And this kind of brings us to the question that everyone in Washington is now
quietly asking. If this is what investigators have already uncovered, what else might they find next?
Now, if you enjoyed this breakdown, guys, remember to hit the like button on your way out,
