Moving to Arizona Waterfront Living in Glendale Arizona Will Surprise You

Most people moving to Arizona picture desert, cactus, and no water anywhere. But what if I told you you could live on the water right here in Glendale, Arizona? Today I'm taking you inside a gated waterfront home located in the Palomino neighborhood within Arrowhead Lakes. And this one feels completely different from what most people expect in the Phoenix area. Now if you're not familiar with this area, Arrowhead Lakes is located in Glendale in the northwest part of Phoenix metro. It's a master-planned community built around a series of man-made lakes and it's all part of a larger area that also features two championship golf courses. So it really offers a lifestyle you don't typically associate with Arizona. Today's home was built in 1997 by Shea Homes. It's a single-story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home.
