PREVIOUSLY LIVE SIBERIAN HUSKIES LIVE | Gone to the Snow Dogs Live Q&A

Streaming live. Is it working? I have no idea. But we'll find out. Receiving your content. Your audience will see it in a moment. Get ready. You are live. The internet can totally see you now. Apparently the internet can totally see us now. According to this thing. Hopefully. Hopefully it's working. Apparently it's working. Holy hi. Hi. That's a lot of hi's. Alright. So tell me if you can hear me. Because that will make a difference. I can't read any of your comments. They're going by a million miles a second. Love your dogs. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. I can. Yes you can hear me. Yes you can hear me. We're good. Yay. Loud and clear. Good. No echo. No craziness. And you can hear me. Awesome. That definitely helps a lot. The dogs are kind of lazy it seems but I think that's okay. I think that we'll be able to have fun with it anyway. I wish you guys could actually see how fast these comments are going because it's a little crazy. I mean it's a lot crazy. So how many of you noticed that we didn't upload a video at our normal time today? Was that something that you guys noticed? I think I had one or two people like tweet at me and say oh you didn't put up a video yet. For those of you wondering where Miss Oakley is she's down there. She's here I swear. Whoops. Let me put that back the way it belongs. There we go. Hopefully it's not laggy or anything. Hopefully everything's working good. Oh my gosh so many comments. I said the same thing. How fast are the comments going? Fast enough to where I read that one and now I can't read any because they're just flying by. I'm getting 299... 396 messages a minute according to what YouTube tells me. So if that tells you anything that's how fast the comments are going by. Which is ok. That's ok. I gotta check my stream health to make sure everything is good. Everything's good. Everything looks good. Everything is working. Alright so we didn't put up a video on this channel today. We did put up a video on the vlog channel which I'm pretty sure all of you that are here already are subscribed over there but if you're not subscribed to our vlog channel there is a link I'll switch this back to this so you can see all of us. There's a link up in the cards and down in the video description below that actually goes to our vlog channel. We're almost at 100,000 subscribers over there so if you aren't subscribed over there yet you should click it and go over there and subscribe because that would be cool. Maybe we'll hit 100,000 today. I mean I think we're like 210 away or something like that so we're close. We're getting there. These girls all look so tired. I didn't know we were going to have live stream naps. I didn't know that was what was going to happen. They're like oh live stream? We would nap. We would nap at a live stream. So if... I don't think I posted it anywhere yet. Not even on the vlog. It might have went up on Mike's vlog already. Nora from Press Record, Mike and Brittany and their dog Nora from Press Record were up here for the weekend so we had a lot going on this weekend. We kind of had a plan to make some videos with the dogs yesterday but Oakley decided to change our plans. I don't know if you can see with that camera so we'll use this camera real quick so you can see what happened. Well I mean you can't see. Oh sure. Hide your paint. Hide it. I see how you are. Oh see the little pink thing on Oakley there? She tore her dewclaw. We're pretty sure she tore it on the steps and I don't know if you've ever had a dog that's tore a nail or tore a dewclaw but it was pretty bad. I actually took her to the vet today. They got it all cleaned up real good and but anyway it kind of made it so the one video we had kind of talked about doing yesterday we didn't end up doing so for today I thought you know what we're just going to do a short little live stream and come on here and talk to you guys. I almost did it on Instagram instead of on YouTube but I don't know how many of you guys actually follow us on Instagram if you don't you can. Instagram.com slash gone to the snow dogs. There's our Instagram if you guys want to follow us. I don't know if that link works. Instagram.com slash gone to the there. That should work. So yeah you can follow us over there and I'm going to start doing Instagram live shows so if you're not following us over there maybe you should be. The other place the vlog channel link I'll put that down in the comments too I don't know if that will actually work you guys probably won't see it but anyway it's in the cards and in the video description below as well so you can check those out so yeah anyway Oakley tore her dewclaw. Apparently it was cracked and then she kind of just finished cracking it so it was messy and blood all over the place and it was kind of gross but she's doing alright. She's definitely feeling pretty good today we just got back from the vet there now you can see her little pink pink wrap on her foot. She's so cute. She's got her little squirrel. It's like guys I'm just going to lay right here and you can watch my fluffiness sleep watch my fluffiness sleep Mike, Brittany and Nora from youtube.com slash press record did go home. They left about two hours ago and they have an eight hour drive as for if they found a house and all that fun stuff I'm not going to tell. You guys are going to have to go and watch their videos. I don't want to ruin it for them so if you want to find out you just have to go watch their vlogs and find out She's actually surprisingly even though she did tear her dewclaw and such. She doesn't really seem to be in a lot of pain. It actually doesn't seem to bother her that much I think these dogs are pretty tired from playing so hard. If you watched the vlog that went up today on Saturday there was six huskies here right? One, two, three, yeah six huskies there was six huskies total here on Saturday so they played hard all day Saturday and then they played quite a bit on what was it? They played quite a bit today too. They played quite a bit yesterday so they're all kind of like we're just tired tired is good right? A happy husky is a tired husky. That's the rule right? Hi Oakley Are you going to wake up? Want to say hi to everybody? Now you're going to lay back down Oh the queen of fluffy Look at this, look at this queen of fluffy You're so cute Questions! I'm sure you guys have questions Now that the comments have slowed down a little bit maybe I can actually answer the questions What time is it here? It is 7.47pm Yeah all the dogs drool on the couch Not by much What's the snow situation here? Not good Icy, crunchy and not not good enough to go sledding again yet which sucks because we only got to do that twice so far Oh I missed that one How Oh here we go Poor Oakley. Oakley, she's alright She's really doing okay Have you ever had a dog other than a Husky or St. Bernard? Um no Well I had like my own dog I've only ever had Huskies Growing up we had different dogs Opinion on giving hip bones to dogs Hip bones are softer than Talk to your vet. I'm not going to give you an opinion on whether or not you should give those to your dog. I would definitely talk to your vet What are you doing? She's like I ran and ran and ran with Nora guys I'm so napping So napping How was your day? Crazy busy I spent a little while at the vet When are you coming to Atlanta Georgia? Not in the summer time Can you come to Canada? Maybe eventually Maybe someday Did the Black Lab find it's owner? Yes we updated that on the vlog channel like the day after it happened Have your dogs ever been to the beach? Yeah we live in Michigan there's beaches all over Wake them up I'm not waking them up They might get grumpy if I wake them up They actually like I said when I thought about doing the live show one of the things I thought was they are probably going to be kind of tired but because I didn't end up uploading a different video today I thought well we'll do this and it will be fun See they are awake Memphis are you awake? She's like I am awake I am awake Yes they are all female Are you ever going to get a male? I don't know You guys ask me that all the time It's the same answer every time Tell the girls that I love them How old is Oakley, Memphis and Shelby? Shelby is nine Memphis is three almost four and Oakley is twelve and a half I've done a sixty mile dog sled race says Nadia that's pretty cool That's definitely pretty cool Love your show Well thank you Greetings from Germany Slow down What do you do when it's too icy for them to go out and play? Well we usually give them a bunch of toys and let them play inside because that's about all you can do when it's too icy for them outside That's part of the problem we've been having the past couple like it feels like weeks now I think it has been like a week or two now They can't really play a whole lot They played outside with Nora Over the weekend and with the other dogs because we had a little bit of snow so it wasn't super super slippery which was nice but it is still It's pretty treacherous out there Treacherous in the yard Let's see if I can scroll up and make these pause again Have your dogs ever That sentence doesn't make sentence That sentence didn't make sentence Would you rescue from Harry Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue? Maybe someday They just took in a whole lot of dogs so maybe someday Guys you should slow down Jess wants us to be slower That never works I can pause the comments on my own and scroll back up as you guys keep commenting but it just makes it so I miss quite a few in between but I think I miss quite a few anyway because they go so fast Are they always this lazy? Yeah why not? No they're not always this lazy I was just saying They played with dogs all weekend Shelby's not lazy She's like I got this This is mine What if I want to take it? I would like to take this Can I have this? No? Okay you can have it When are you going to do a treat video? Did you watch the one we did last Monday? Or the one we did the Monday before that? Is it okay to feed your dog uncooked pigs feet? I would talk to your vet about that When you guys ask me if it's okay to feed your dog something I have my opinions which are my opinions but you need to talk to your vet because I don't know your dog I don't know what your dog's teeth are like I don't know what your dog's health is like I don't know their weight There's a lot of things that goes in There's a lot of different things you need to feed dogs that are safe to feed a dog which is one of the reasons I always try to say in the treat videos and I put in the video description I'm not a pet nutritionist I know what my dogs can have and what my dogs are okay eating but that doesn't mean it's okay for everybody's dogs So it's definitely something that you should talk to your vet about That's just my opinion Have you ever had more than three dogs at a time that you own? No, but we had six Huskies here at the house over the weekend and it was insane but it was manageable so maybe we should get three more Oh, I totally forgot I can turn that on How do I do that? I don't remember how to turn slow mode on Oh, that's why Limit chat post every 20 seconds per person Oh, that's how I slowed it down Hmm What's the red thing on Oakley? You must have just joined Let me show you Let me find my little thing I can do it this way You can see it on her foot right there Right there Oakley cracked a dewclaw and had to go to the vet and get her paw wrapped We had it wrapped before that We're actually going to show it in the vlog Not show it because it was like a murder scene But we'll show it We'll talk about it more in the vlog Oakley's actually going to get her teeth cleaned next week Friday as well I think it was next week Friday Not this Friday Now I'm second guessing myself Maybe it was this Friday Either way, she's going to go get her teeth cleaned just like Memphis did Look at how sweet she looks when she's laying there She's like, I'm so sweet guys I'm so sweet Somebody asked what are dewclaws You can see right there That's a dewclaw Oakley had one right on her other foot on the other side and she cracked it They have a quick at the end of them I don't know if you've ever cut dogs nails When you cut their nails and you cut them to the quick they bleed really bad Oakley cracked hers I thought that she cracked it way up at the top and was going to have to get it cut way up at the top by the vet When we unwrapped it Jamie and I wrapped it yesterday It happened yesterday I took her to the vet today When we unwrapped it at the vet's office It actually wasn't cracked as high up as I thought The vet wasn't as worried about it which is awesome He gave me some antibiotics for her because he wants to make sure that it doesn't get infected She's on antibiotics for seven days I think I feel like all the dogs are on medicine except Shelby right now Memphis is almost done Memphis Belle Memphis is almost done with the medicine she was on Is Oakley that lazy? No! You guys have seen 15 minutes of the dogs Trust me, they don't act like this all the time You've seen them in videos too They definitely don't act like this all the time They're tired from playing all weekend That's why I said I almost didn't do a live show because I had a feeling that was going to be what people were going to say No, the dogs are so lazy No, they just had a really busy past three days Puppy Noro was here Puppy Ruger was here Axel was here There was people here Somebody else just asked why slow mode is on Slow mode is on because you guys comment the same things over and over and over It makes it hard to read comments Somebody said bye Firewolf said bye Bye Firewolf, have a good evening If it's evening where you are I don't know if it's evening where you are Make them play I don't think they're going to play I have a feeling they're kind of tired I was only going to pop on here for about 20 minutes Maybe half an hour Just say hi to you guys Kind of talk a little bit Tell you about Little Miss Oakley Tell you to go subscribe to the vlog channel Because we're so close to 100,000 subscribers It's crazy Can you... I saw a question Do Huskies make good therapy dogs? I would say yes I think Memphis should be a therapy dog Because her whole attitude on life is amazing Would you ever consider fostering a Husky? I would It would just have to be a Husky that would fit in well with mainly Oakley's personality We've talked about it quite a few times But actually getting and fostering a Husky Maybe someday I never know Never say never Oh my goodness Scroll back up Will you ever come to Missouri? Maybe Or New Hampshire or Maine? Maybe If you ever ask me if I'm going to come somewhere The answer is always maybe Unless it's somewhere in Michigan Then it's a probably We do travel a lot in Michigan Does Oakley ever get cabin fever? Did you watch last week Wednesday's video? I think that answered that question If you didn't watch last week Wednesday's video I actually think that's one of the ones That's up in the cards Yeah Up in the cards Is a video that is called Cabin Fever Huskies You should watch that That will answer your question Do you have a play button for this channel? Yes, it sits over by my fireplace Every time we do a video in front of the fireplace You can see it Sometimes when we do Fan Friday you can see it It's going to get moved eventually though I keep saying that but I haven't moved it yet First stream I didn't miss you Awesome! We didn't really know we were going to stream It was kind of just a random thing What is Memphis allergic to? We have no idea We know she has a hypersensitivity to something That caused her face to Have spots That's the only thing we know Which seems like There should be a better answer Than that But it's really not Have you ever had an aquarium? Yeah, we had an aquarium a long time ago What is the difference In behavior between male and female huskies? There really isn't A difference in behavior based on Whether or not a husky is a male or a female The difference in behavior is based on The personality of the dog itself Cause like Memphis Has a super different personality than Shelby Shelby has a super different personality than Oakley Oakley has a super different personality than Memphis They are all girls Even Nora We can throw Nora into the mix Nora is a very high strung, high energy Super crazy husky My girls aren't They are all girls though It's not really whether or not It's a male or a female It's more or less the actual personality And upbringing of the dog More than it is anything else Can you feed chicken to huskies? Yeah At what time of the day Are they the least active? Usually after they eat And they actually ate not that long ago I had to feed Oakley cause she had to go to the vet So they really did eat not that long ago So I'm sure that's another reason They are probably kind of sleepy But I mean come on, look at how cute they are They are so stinking cute Even when they are sleepy How do you stop your other dogs From licking the stitches of Memphis? I didn't have that problem They kind of like checked them out But they didn't really seem interested In licking them or anything Are huskies hard to take care of? No They are not hard to take care of They are a lot of work I think that's different than being hard to take care of They are a lot of work, they are a lot of responsibility But they are not hard to take care of Not if you enjoy it Does she not rip at her bandage? Is that why she doesn't need a cone? Nope, Oakley doesn't bother her bandage If she starts to then we'll probably Put the cone on her But I highly doubt she'll bother it She's usually pretty good Usually Would you ever think about Opening a P.O. Box for Arcade Snow Dogs? No, you can just use the P.O. Box we already have We use it for all of them There's no reason to pay for Three P.O. Boxes Oh my goodness Go read back Further, what's going on? Oh, everything jumped Everything jumped, hold on Let me hit this button and see if I can go back up here Okay Did Shelby ever get stitches? Yeah, just a couple videos ago She had stitches in her eye I guess I wouldn't say a couple videos ago Before Christmas I think it was Yes, I need snow Send me some from Green Bay, that would be amazing Will you ever get a Malamute? Maybe Is Memphis okay from the stitches? Memphis Hey, will you look this way? Oh, that's the wrong side of your face I was going to show them That your stitches are out and you're doing okay She's like, no guys, I'm tired I ran around with Nora It was great I'm just going to lay here and be comfortable Adventures of Memphis and Nora Maybe when Nora moves up here How often do you bathe and blow out their coats? Bathe them? Probably only once every three months Blow out their coats? Probably once every two weeks Whoa, whoa Push the wrong button Try that again Can you give them orders now in this situation? Give them orders Like tell them what I want on my pizza? Do they ever get sick? Yeah, that's why I've spent the past two weeks At the vet's office it feels like Have you ever used an easy walk harness So they don't go out in front of you and are dominant? Eh That dog walking in front of you thing Makes them feel like they're dominant Eh, that's a theory I don't know that I necessarily agree with it Because technically if that's true Then whenever dogs pull a sled They all think they're dominant Of everybody I mean that just doesn't make sense to me No, I don't use an easy walk harness I actually allow my dogs to walk in front of me And I use a walking belt And I use Four foot leashes and I hook them all to the walking belt So they can all walk in front of me And I use harnesses And my dogs are allowed to pull Because that's what they're bred for And when you use a belt it's easier to hold them back I can keep more control of them that way And when we're hiking long distances And I need help being pulled up a hill They kind of help Which is kind of nice Hi from Michigan! Hey, that's where we are! Can you make a new dog treat? Did you watch last Monday's dog treat? Can you make more DIY dog treats? Have you watched all 60 other dog treat videos That we have on our channel?
