Happy Wednesday. I am on my walk today. I want to thank you so much for joining me.
Whoever else is out there walking, I am on my walk today. I want to thank you so much for joining me.
Whoever else is out there walking, all right. I am out with Cooper, of course, who has his
best friend jacket on, but I don't think we're best friends right now. He's being a little
but he loves the outdoors. So, all right. We are on our way early this morning, 7 a.m.
Motivation, ladies and gentlemen. Whoever's walking, let's go. Whoever's walking, let's get going.
Let's walk. Let's go. Whoever's walking, let's get going. Let's walk.
So, I want you guys to motivate yourselves this morning. Motivation starts within.
That means hopping out of the bed, you know. And, you know, I don't know if I believe in
hopping out of bed even though if you don't feel like it. I don't know about that one.
I gotta feel that way sometimes. Maybe you have a feeling on that. You know,
put it in the comments what you think about jumping up out of the bed even though you
don't feel like it or doing something even though think about jumping up out of the bed even though
you don't feel like it or doing something even though you don't feel like it.
Is that a true, livable statement? Let me know in the comments. Or doing something even though
you don't feel like it. Is that a true, livable statement? Let me know in the
comments. Other conditions, I've always walked. I guess I haven't walked last
year a lot because I had a double hip replacement because of injuries from my
car accident. So last year was a lot of recuperating and stuff like that. Anyway,
so motivation starts from within. Hmm, that's what I woke up and I felt this
morning for you. Motivation starts within. We often want people to motivate us, get
us stirred up. And I think that's some reason, that's a reason why most people
attend church services because they want motivation. They want the answers
instead of finding the answers and, you know, finding the questions to ask
themselves. You know, you've heard the statement, what is the real question?
Remember that on iRobot? Remember that? On iRobot, that's not the question that
the Mirage told them. And then so now you're asking the right questions, which
is pretty cool. I thought that was cool. Anyway, so now what are the right
questions? What are the right questions to ask ourselves to kind of motivate
what we're doing in our lives? Are we motivated? Do they motivate us? That's the
question. Do they motivate us? The questions that we ask ourselves, the
questions that we're given, do they motivate us to do the right thing? Or do
they motivate us to start and complete the task? That's a
question. That's a good question. Are they the right questions to ask? That's
even better. But most of us, if not all, always look on the outside of us to
answer questions. You know, what school I should go to? What job or career I should
look for? You know, who I should marry? Where I should live? You know, what kind
of pet I should have? We look to other people to find those answers. But they're
all so simple just to ask yourself because you're the one that's going to
be living in it. And I get so many clients that say, I really don't want to do this. I
really don't like my job. I really don't want to go there. I really don't want to
be here. And instead of living their true selves, they listen, they adapt, and they
do what other people want them to. Then they end up in a query in their 20s and
30s, right? Saying, this is not what I want. You see, motivation was instilled
in you when you figured out, or you knew, in your younger stages that when you
figured out, or you knew, in your younger stages that what to do, or you knew, in
your younger stages that what to do. For example, when I was younger, everybody was
good and a fire person. My mother's like, you know, that's dangerous, right? I say,
yeah, but I think I could save people. You getting the picture now? Okay. So I
didn't become a full fledged fireman. I was putting out people's fires. So I
thought, you know, saving people, becoming the hero of the family was the thing to
do, was the thing I was supposed to be doing. But in actuality, I was not. I was
supposed to put them out in a different way. I was supposed to get put the fire
in them to inspire them instead of putting the fire out. Because don't we
always put out fires for people? Always. We're always there to rescue. Where's our
hero people at? Raise your hand if you're a hero person. You know what I'm
talking about. Family hero. The one that keeps the peace. The one that saves
everybody. Yeah, that's the one. Right? And we're always putting the fires out.
Now, does that motivate us? Probably not. That was a quick one, right? Yeah,
probably not. It probably not. It doesn't motivate us at all. Pretty sure of it. So
what is it? What do we do with all of that? What do we do? How do we work with
all of that? Well, when it comes to motivation, it really does have to come
from the inside out. It really does. It doesn't have, it doesn't come from
everybody. And it shouldn't. But it does. And, and I could tell you how short
lived motivation is. I could tell you, I could tell you with all synchronicity
that exterior motivation lasts about three hours. And before you eat, and
after you eat, it's, it's a, it's a, it's a mystery. People can ask you, what
did you learn in church today? What did you learn at this conference? What did
you learn at the meeting today? And you can remember, you can remember three
word phrases. But I could tell you one thing, you can't tell them the meat and
potatoes of the conference, of the sermon, of the meeting. You can't tell
because it's an external motivation. It's just a light under your foot. It's
a light under your butt for momentary stage. But if you're motivated from the
inside, come what may, even things that don't bring you joy, even things, even
things that don't excite you, or not excite you, but you know that there's
struggles with it, you're going to keep moving because you know, movement brings
momentum. Momentum brings miracles, right? Movement brings momentum, and
momentum brings miracles. So you know that, you learned that, you lived that,
you experienced it. So you stay motivated from within. So I guess that's what I'm
feeling today is motivated from within, regardless of what things look like on
the outside. I'm learning to bend the spoon, to bend the spoon. And see,
internal motivation does that for you. Internal motivation does that for you. So
you have to think about it like that. Where's our walkers at? Are my walkers
out yet? Let's go. You should be outside, walking, putting the work in, 20 minutes,
20 to 30 minutes. If there's any walkers out there, please send me a heart or say
walker on the comments. If there are any walkers out there. Let's go. All right.
Gotta get the walking in. No matter the weather. Some days you're going to have
to get on the treadmill and walk or some days outdoors. It's always good to have a
breath of fresh air. It's always good. You know, if I can't go outdoors, but maybe
because of brutal weather or, you know, torrential rain, I do a couple of minutes
out there. Then I come in and then I jump on the treadmill. So Cooper doesn't get on
the treadmill. Anyway, he's trying to man the area. It's kind of calming down out
here with the weather a little bit. The drizzles is going away. So I can't wait for
that. Anyway, so we'll talk about motivation today. We're talking about
motivation today. Motivation today. Internal motivation, not external. Oh, I
must tell you, too, that when you're speedwalking, it's so different than
regular walking. I came out here with a regular jacket on and now I'm kind of
sweating and gross. Anyway, so just so you know that, too. However, so here we go.
Some internal motivation. It's more than I have to get up to make the money to
motivate yourself from the outside, because if you hate what you're doing, all
you're doing is mixing hate, aggravation, stress and hurt in your body. So then
what you do is literally hurt yourself. You set yourself up for failure because
going to somewhere that you hate all the time only brings you pain for you.
Doesn't bring pain for them. Doesn't show them that you could do it. It shows your
body that you're going against it and it gets diseased and therefore you form
this disease. OK, so that's probably why I don't believe in get up even though
you don't like it. That's probably why I don't like that. But anyway, tell me your
thoughts on that. Tell me your thoughts. What do you think about that saying that
you have to get up even though you don't like what you're doing? Just tell me about
that. So we've been here how long already? Anybody walking out there? Let's walk.
Let's go. Let's walk. All right. I'm going to be doing this. Oh, let me tell you
something. Seven between seven and seven thirty a.m. So any walkers out there would
like to walk with me at the same time, no matter where they live. Put me on your
phone. Get motivated for the day and walk. All right. All right. So we're almost
finished with our walk. Now, I know when you're walking, they say you have to cool
down. You do. Especially if you're doing speed walking, just so you know.
Just be aware that this is not yet. Not yet. Not yet. All right. Hooray to those who are
walking even on the treadmill right now. Thanks for walking with me. Anyway, today's
motivation is motivation internally. Motivation internally. Thank you all who
came on, who are on. Just having a problem with my phone because I'm putting my glove
on. OK, so thank you for those who are on today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
We are walking. Walking early a.m. Thank you much. All right. I know it's early for
some of us. It's always good to get a walk in before. Before we start our work day,
whether we're in a business, whether we're working for someone. No, we're working with
someone. Let's say that not for working with someone. You have to get those that
breath of fresh air and clear your head. It's good to meditate, too, while you walk,
which is just really paying attention to all the things that are happening, happening
around you. Be aware of it. Energy wise. So, yeah, it's all that good stuff. So Cooper's
wet, but he's still walking. He's trying to run now. I think we're going to go across
here. So anyway. So now we're at how do we do that? How do we motivate ourselves even
though we feel like not doing something? I still don't agree with that. But let me just
go back to internal motivation. Internal motivation has nothing to do with finances, has
nothing to do with who you're with, has nothing to do with anything external. It has
nothing to do with that. It doesn't even have anything to do with the why. Because we do
things why we do them. You know, we do them because there's a purpose. We do them
because there's an agreement we agree to. We do them because the right, we say it's the
right thing to do. Right. But motivation internally has to do with your competence, your
certainty, and your peace. It has nothing to do with anything more. It's the main reason why
you jump out of bed. Because you're certain that you're in the right life. You're certain
that you're going to get all that you need for the day. You're certain that you have the
ability to get all that you need. You're certain that things will come to you. There's a
certainty around all of that. So you're very certain on a lot of things. Then you're
confident. You're confident with no need of any external validation. You're confident. You
don't look for validation from anybody or anything. And you don't care what they say if
they have anything to say. You don't care. And then there's this peace. Peace, I heard them say
passes all understanding. Well, peace, understanding means anybody that's under
you. Here's what you say. Well, I don't think I have anybody under me. I want the peace that I
know I need. So how do I establish that? Most of the things that we should be establishing in that
peace realm is boundaries. And some of us haven't gotten there yet with boundaries. Some of us are
not okay with being by ourselves. Some of us is not okay about doing the inner work. So we have
no peace. It has nothing to do with anybody else bothering you, anybody else, you know, getting in
your space, anybody else doing those things. Because if you had boundaries, those things
would not happen. Okay, so having that peace is paramount for you. Okay? So that's your
motivation every morning. Do I have a confidence? If I don't, work on it. How do I work on it?
Well, what do you do? Well, believe in yourself. You don't need anybody to believe in you. Believe
in yourself. Get the work that you need. If it's a worksheet, the workbook, if it's education, if
it's knowledge, get it. Get it. Then there's certainty. Certainty about what? Certain that you
know, you have the tools. If you don't have the tools, get them, find out what they are, find out
how to use them. You know, if, if you are full of shame, full of negativity, and you want to
change, that's the whole deal is, do you want to change? Do you want change? Do you want a new
life? Do you want a new direction? Do you want that peace? Do you want that motivation that you
you need for yourself? Not for everybody else. And I find too, a lot of people, a lot of women give
away their internal motivation to other people. And then when it's time for them to be motivated,
they have to get some motivation from external to light their fire in order for them to move,
to realize, to verbalize, to believe, right? They have to do all those things before they can have
that clarity they need. So get those things in the crosswalk right now. All right. Oh, please. He
everybody that talks to Cooper says he's so cute. And then he's barking at them. Who thinks he's
the boss? He really thinks he's a Rottweiler. That's what he thinks. All right. Down to the
cooling stage. Now, ladies and gentlemen, to the cooling stage. All right. Slowing down the pace.
So I hope you're getting something out of what I'm saying to you. Thank you all who are here.
Hey Z, how are you? Um, let's see. Who else can I see without messing, trying to see everything?
Send me some hearts, ladies and gentlemen. I need your love. Let me see your love here so I can
continue these walks. Show me this love. Um, and comment on the things that I'm saying. All right.
As you keep moving, let's go. We're cooling down a little bit. Cooling down. Oh, yeah. This morning
I started, got up at 630. Made sure I got everything kind of together and, um, completed
my meditation. Yay. And I don't know if you, um, I've been meditating to, now what is it called?
The golden, golden something. 432 megahertz it is. Something they call it. I have a name for it, but
and so I've been meditating to that and that's actually been able to open my crown chakra,
which is amazing. It's amazing. I can feel it tingling. It's amazing. Anyway, I was able to
meditate today, do my exercises and get outdoors. Get outdoors. So it's the cool down back at the
park. I used to do this several years ago. Walk with people online was great. And then people
started joining me while I was walking was great too. So walking is always good. It has a lot of
Once a week. And she is going to be doing hiking like I'm doing now. And then I'm going to be doing
walking, um, motivation. I'm walking something, inspirations or something like that. So we're
going to be doing that separately, but together we're going to have once a week, we're going to
be together. So look for that. If you're 60 plus look for us on YouTube, I'll have the information
down below so that you can join me and join in. I'm in New York. She is in Florida and
we're going to be talking about the great migration. I'm in New York. She is in Florida
and we're going to be talking about the great migration, the death of yourself. You're losing
yourself because that's the only place you know how to go to, to keep you warm, that you could
spend your time, your last part of your one third of your life there. And what you experience,
you know, the things that you experience when you're at that stage, the loneliness, dating woes,
disconnectedness from family, disconnectedness from your children, not being useful to your
children, seeing your friends pass away, maybe even your children die. All those things you
experience at 60 in your sixties plus, we will be talking about. So look for us. The link will
be on the bottom of this video, just so you know, which is going to be there. I'll try to put it
there. Um, but yeah, so we are cooling down and we're just about close to ending this walk.
Is there any questions, someone who questioned someone?
The dog is chasing a good walk. It's been good for me. And I know that if you begin to walk,
it will be good for you. Remember you can bend the spoon. You just have to. Okay. So I am actually
going inside. So I hope that this walk was good for you today. I hope you did get up, get out
and walk. So I hope that this walk was good for you today. I hope you did get up, get out and
walk inspired you in a different way. All right. So have a great morning. Have a great, great,
great morning. And thank you for being here with me today. Bye for now.
