Good morning guys, welcome back to a brand new video Welcome back to another juicy vlog I'm looking a bit sun-kissed today, shall we say Today's video is starting in the best way ever The guys here came out to me this morning and said The chef here has freshly cooked you all Mainly Codes because it's his all-time favourite And he's been talking about this since we said we're coming back to the Philippines Panda Coco Smells so good, look at that, the glaze on it Freshly baked I'm so excited to try this But I'm even more excited for Coda to have some Darling? We had a reel that went completely viral Of Coda saying Panda Coco in an English accent And then a Filipino accent And he was two, which is crazy My plate this morning is bacon and eggs Tomato and cheese Have you turned into bacon? Brilliant You do look a lot like bacon Rice, sauteed vegetables And some pork adobo But no one can convince me otherwise When you're out in Asia Don't bother with bread for breakfast Just have rice, it's just so much better Great start to the day Thought I'd hit record At a time where we usually wouldn't hit record And document a little bit of the chaos A little bit in between the nice bits that you see on the vlogs In the 18 to 25 minutes Whatever length our vlogs are The bits you see in the day These are the bits in between Of us getting ready and it being chaos And just as I hit record it actually all goes quiet So Coda is actually such a helpful big brother He has been helping Remy Tried to use a lamp as a tripod and the whole lamp fell Oh and I'm falling on a chair, right So the plan is The plan is By the way, if you hear us say like Remy Burgs Remy Burgs is a Radio 1 DJ in the UK Picture here And we just listen to Radio 1 Extra Quite a lot at home And when Remy was born we were like Ah, Remy, Remy Burgs So Remy Burgs is a little bit of a nickname for Remy Anyway, we're getting lunch We've all had a Right, Lizard, Hulk and Straw Man are coming to lunch, yeah? No, it's not on wheels Oh, this side's got wheels Here We had some laundry done at the hotel So we're staying I don't know if we said it today yet We're staying at Four Points by Sheraton It's an hour and a half away from Port-au-Princess City But it's still part of Port-au-Princess No, no, no, no, too much Maybe not, maybe not, maybe not, maybe not Good boy And I have to say Like, my highlight of here How nice of the staff Like, everyone is so nice And chatty And almost like You feel like they're your friends They're just like chatty They'll come over and hold Remi, chat to Coda You wanna hold Remi? You wanna hold him and let go? That's a bit mean Maybe not, mate I mean mommy let go Oh So you wanna hold him on your own, I see what you mean Yeah, we can do that You hold him on the bed If I lean on here Yeah Are you wet, mate? I'm getting drier Okay, let's do it in a minute When you'll be a bit more dry It's a good point Lucy and I always say We kind of observe how other guests interact with staff And often what we see I mean there's exceptions Obviously there's really chatty people in the world But often what we see Is that it's kind of a transactional thing You're seen to your table You say thank you You order your food You say thank you But for some reason Lucy and I always get the whole life story From whoever we're talking to We give them our whole life story If they ask If they seem interested And we just seem to make friends with everyone we meet In terms of like the staff and stuff Okay So, we will see you at lunch We're gonna head there now Super hot day today 1.30pm Porta Princesa, Philippines On our big Asia trip of 2026 Let's go So I went for the chicken inasal wrap How good does that chicken look? And fresh salad with it Delicious It's just what I wanted I'm not sure what the sauce is What do you reckon? I might try a piece of chicken on it's own first First chicken inasal in two years So good, it's like barbecued Very happy I just want chicken inasal now With rice Order some rice So my favourite time of day is nearly with us once again My favourite Well maybe my third favourite After breakfast and lunch Dinner time However Before then We are gonna head down to the beach Because we are on a slight sunset mission this evening Because we have not yet The sunset is outside But it's gonna be like the sky colour changes The post during and post sunset sky arrangement You're making it sound quite serious I'm making it sound like a conference schedule We've got an event at the beach front Well there is an event There is an event going on tonight But sadly we're not invited Well we actually are technically We did actually meet It's like a corporate event And they did say we're welcome to watch the fire dancing So that'll be fun Never seen fire dance before No I'm looking forward to that Anyway Sunset mission That is the plan Okay we're down on the beach now It's a really nice sort of sunsetty time of day Look at Remy's face I love the like reflection of the sun on the sand behind me It's very windy but it's beautiful Then a hazy mountains behind Watch this And then again like an equally beautiful view that way With just like hundreds of palm trees And a huge row along the beach And then like the mountains in the distance It just looks beautiful Oh it feels so so good Coda promised me I wouldn't get my feet wet So he's just telling me where to walk Aren't you Codes? Walk over here Over that way Okay I won't get wet will I? No No you promise? No No definitely not And walk over here Over there Oh my toes! What's that? It's cold But I'll need to just I'll need to just walk over here You keep tricking me I won't trick you this time Okay you won't trick me this time promise What's that? Wow It's just Look at that behind us Unbelievable So so nice here No Go back in Lucy and I Ah it went up my leg Okay we need to Okay it's coming in It's coming in fast We need to get up a little bit more Lucy and I were talking earlier Just when you think you've kind of got The idea of your life And how like it's been set up We've obviously got the house in the UK And our kind of routine of Being home for a while Then travelling Travelling some Europe Coming out to Asia Philippines etc And we had this kind of thing earlier Where we said What would it take for us to move back And I mean the big thing about We've said this on the vlog before The huge thing in the UK for us Is the family And there's aspects of the UK life That we really do like as well But I mean once you get here And maybe there's a bit of like novelty Because we haven't been for so long But I don't think it is that I think there's something That just feels like home here I think it feels special It feels different I don't know I don't know what it is I think it's a lot to do with the people How warm people are And how welcome they make us feel Constantly Seemingly wherever we go In the Philippines And that feeling has not changed In 8 years It could be like You go somewhere on a vacation Or a trip or something And you're like Oh yeah people were really nice And that could have just been Your one off experience But I think 8 years on 8 years of coming to the Philippines For I can't work out Like the days or hours That we've had exposure to the Philippines And the Filipino people But that can't What I'm trying to say is That can't just be a fluke It can't You can't call 8 years a one off It's just impossible So it just is fact At this point And so I think a lot of it Is to do with that We love the diversity Of the country itself In terms of like BGC the city And all the cool things We can do there But then coming somewhere like this On an hours flight But we don't know We don't know There's like the school conversation With Koda Because he's like Coming up to UK school age So do we like Do that for a couple of years See how we feel Nothing is permanent in life Like we can change What we want to do But if we ever did want to Like move back out here Could we persuade some of our family To do a move I don't know Like I'd love to say yes Realistically probably not So how would it happen And how do you actually move to the Philippines If you're a British person And you want to move your family To the Philippines Because obviously we don't have any Filipino relatives or anything like that How do you actually do it How do you move here I don't know There would be so much to think about It's just like kind of a A version of our lives In our minds at the moment Like an alternate universe That could exist where we are here I don't know Food for thought Stuff we think about all the time Stuff we talk about off camera a lot So I thought I'd Talk about it on camera For a change now Or a coconut tree Wow Because that's the roots And it's fallen over And then the sand Has all gone on top of it PJ Masks Wow yeah PJ Masks Oh yeah So that's the bottom of the tree And then it's somewhere Deep down under here now The roots are crazy look Yeah I know And also we always get comments saying They're not palm trees They're coconut trees I think I'm right in saying That coconut trees Are a type of palm tree Am I right Controversial Or am I being wrong I don't know I think I'm right If I'm wrong I do mean I generally mean coconut trees Most are coconut trees right I think so But the general rule of thumb Anyway Koda's loving this Is Remy happy I can't actually see his face He was until I started Talking to him If you could as well Speak to your son That would be great Oh his mouth So we'll have to be careful He loves it It's so loud isn't it The bus Yeah And the wind's really nice actually I'm glad we did this When the sun's gone Because it was so warm earlier It would have just been quite Intense doing this At midday So I'm glad We came down A bit later on We're heading back to dinner At the hotel now Great day Koda just went This is the best day ever Wouldn't he say This is my favourite day ever Yeah Or something Cat Huh I'm a cat boy Because you're a cat boy He said I'm not scared of cats I'm not scared of cats I'm a cat boy Oh it's so good Koda's so happy here isn't he He's loving it He's come alive today He said earlier Was it yesterday or something I said oh mummy and daddy Used to live here And stuff And he was like what I said would you want to live In the Philippines He was like yes And I said what about families He was like we can go on holiday To England I was just talking about all of this Really Yeah The whole entire family Is the only thing isn't it For us But he was like we can just Go on holiday to England So I was like yeah It's a good point then Yeah he came up with that He was like Good idea Well we'll just go on holiday To England and see everyone Yeah He's fixed it He's fixed our problem I said we have to get Some family to move out here Yes That's quite a big job Quite a big ask Yes We'll work on it There's some kind of Barbecue event Going on here Looks very nice But for us Our time here Has come to an end Sadly So we're actually going to End off the vlog here Before I forget to do it Or I'm unable to
