College Day In My Life At Nyu *Living In Nyc* Uni Vlog!

hey guys what's up it's kaila and welcome back to my channel. so today i'm gonna be walking you guys through what a day in my life looks like as an nyu student, what my class schedule looks like, what i do between classes, and what i do outside of class. i am a sophomore at nyu studying media culture and communication. sorry if my voice is a little dead, i just woke up so it's gonna take some time for my voice to adjust to being awake. today i have three classes so i'm gonna be taking you guys with me to all three of them and then i'm also going to a movie premiere tonight which i'm really excited about. so yeah today's gonna be a pretty jam-packed day and you guys are coming along with me so we need to start the day. my first class today is at 11. i'm gonna finish getting ready and i'll see you in a bit. okay guys so i just got out of my first class and we have like an hour, hour and a half until my second class so i figured we should use that time to go shopping because i've really been wanting to go to aritzia. i heard that their new spring arrivals are really good and i've been meaning to check it out so we have time, we're gonna go, we're gonna see what's going on there. i also really want to go to aloe. we have like an hour and a half, i feel like that's enough time for literally every time i try to film there's an ambulance going by. this is so new york. all right guys i'm on my way to my second class right now. i realized i was shopping for a little too long and i'm kind of late so i have to be quick. i definitely lost track of time. my next class starts in 10 minutes and i'm like 20 minutes away so i'm trying to rush right now. i'm walking really fast. we'll see if i make it in time. probably not. actually definitely not. i definitely just went over time in aritzia. had a little too much fun trying on things. guys we're in the podcast studio and i is trying to figure out how to lower the ring light. my nail just popped off. yeah i'm okay. all right guys so we're currently in the podcast studio. it's currently 3 48 right now so we're gonna be here for a bit but let me show you the studio because it's super cool. there's four mics so you can record up to four people. this controls like all the microphones but yeah the studio is super cool. so basically like nyu allows you to rent out these podcast studios to record literally whatever you want. love nyu for that. also i can like hear myself through a mic right now but i don't- i realize you guys can't hear the cool vocal features on my voice right now but yeah the studio is super cool. and then we'll be right back. say hi. naya brought blank street which was so smart of her. i should have done that. see you in a bit. all right this is the setup. can i click record? should i? yeah because then i'll just edit like this part out. and the screen did lock us out. oh it's still recording. okay we're good. we finished recording and we're getting kicked out because we went over the time limit. did we though? we went over the time limit by two minutes. it's 5 02. okay guys what's up? it's a little bit later. i just came back to my dorm after finishing the podcast. i straightened my hair and i changed into this black leather jacket. i'm actually in a rush right now because i need to go meet my friend and we're gonna get dinner. and then after that we have the movie premiere to go to and i think i'm gonna bring this jacket to change into because it's just a bit more formal and i don't know what the vibes of a movie premiere are. so i'm just gonna bring this. but yeah i don't know if i told you guys but the movie that is premiering is called you me and tuscany and it's with haley- haley bailey and then that guy from bridgerton i think. so i'm really excited to go to that but i am gonna bring this jacket. i don't know where we're going but i know that i'm late. when am i ever not late? so we're gonna go. i'll see you when we get to dinner. hey guys so it's a bit later by a bit i mean a week later and i'm just now realizing i never filmed an outro clip. so here we are. anyways i just want to say thank you all for watching my little day in my life. i hope you enjoyed it and let me know if you want to see more videos like this one. i will leave all my socials down below but yeah that's pretty much all i have to say. so i love you guys so much and i'll see you in the next one. bye guys!
