All right folks, we are back with the top 10 nastiest bathrooms we have ever seen
and used mobile homes. We tried to put them in order. If you think we got the order wrong,
let us know down below. Which one do you think is the worst? If you can make it to the end.
Um, well on this one it's not all the way around. Just on that one side.
Don't pan to the right. All right, I always have Donnie look first.
There are two sinks. Now this one's for the women, right? And this one's for the guys.
Do I have that right Donnie? Yes. The small one's for the women. Yep. The big one's for the guys.
That's for the ladies. And then this one is for the guys. So he has a place to put his razor.
Okay. And this is the garden tub. The huge mirror. There is also a mirror over here.
And then there is also a mirror over here. I can't show the bathroom, the toilet.
And then yeah, there is a toilet over this way. And there is a walk-in shower.
So walk-in shower plus the huge garden tub. Donnie, I think we made a mistake.
What? I said that this big one was for the guy to put his razor on. Yeah. But it's laying right
there on the floor. I noticed that. So it's probably over there for that. Okay, maybe that's
the guy. Maybe. Maybe. The guy gets the small one? Maybe. Probably. H-H-V-A-C or maybe H-V.
Very spongy, Donnie. Stand back a little bit till I get past it here.
The bathroom, I have never seen one like this. It's a lot bigger than they usually are. I guess
this would qualify as the master bath because it's in the hallway outside the master bedroom.
It's got the bathtub sideways, which I have seen it like that before. I have never seen
the vanity like this. I have never seen the window over the vanity like that.
Toilet. I mean you can see there's just holes all in the floor. Them leaving the back door
open all this time hasn't helped much either. But what? Everybody talks about this stuff here.
You know that was the jump back in the day. That's what busted that gray pipe. Yeah.
They mixed PEX with that gray. That was the original PEX pipe. The fittings was what the
problem was back in the day, but everybody blamed it on that pipe.
They actually mixed it right there. Yeah, it's like the old school PEX.
That's a little bathroom. A little tiny bathroom with the green linoleum flooring. Yeah, don't step
in that. It's collapsed. So here's your problem that you have in homes a lot of times. There's
the flooring is collapsed in it. You got to be very careful. There is a bathtub in there.
So here we have the vanity. I'm going to assume the toilet is over there. Yeah it is. I can't,
I literally can't go in there people because the floor is collapsed. And then there's your bathtub
with surround. It's a kind of just a standard bathtub. It's not the jacuzzi or the, I mean not
the jacuzzi, the garden tub that you usually see. And that's the back of the shower there.
Don't look to the right in here. That's rough. All right we'll uh. Remember that mobile home we did
it had the uh the big lady. She stepped through the sink. I mean the commode. Yeah. I mean the
bathtub. Yeah. Yeah on this one too. Somebody stepped through the bathtub. All the way through.
All right folks I need to go see. Slam through it. Wow. And it's through the wall there too.
That behind you. You don't want that on camera. Yeah the toilet's a little rough folks.
And there's now a new smell. Yeah. It's just had a lot of water damage.
Notice there's double doors on the uh bathroom. Pretty cool. I can show you without stepping in
there. The bathrooms are the worst. The bathrooms in the kitchens. Stand up shower. Okay so there's
one bedroom on this end with the big old garden tub. Not to be confused with the jacuzzi.
I got a Frogger back across this. Yeah. I don't remember the theme music or I didn't.
Now the bathroom has something we just saw in the one next to us here actually.
There is a garden tub that's missing but there's a big mirror all the way around the garden tub.
And then also a mirror uh over the vanity. And you got the table lining in the bathtub.
Holy crap. Yeah so you got to be careful. Toilet over here. And then the shower.
Ceiling's collapsing above your head. Yeah we haven't even got into that yet.
So the ceiling has problems. So you know could you fix this? Yes you could fix this.
It you know it kind of needs. So this bathroom needs completely redone right? I mean who's
going to live in it with a with a counter like that. You got uh $7,000 in a bathroom brother.
Yeah that's if you're basically doing it yourself. This bedroom of course needs new flooring.
Uh the ceiling actually isn't bad. You only got probably $700 in here. Yeah.
All right yeah so this thing is in horrible shape. I mean lots of water ingress um egress
whatever ingress egress. Water comes in. The floor is just crap. People ask us a lot. Oh you're
pointing at the floor too much. Folks literally you could break your freaking leg literally.
So uh I'll brave it a little bit. But I mean look at the damn door hanging off.
That's how the uh doors are made. Yeah. And they uh. Look that door's an inch thick.
There's a live one in there. Put that put that back Donnie so that we don't uh drop it.
See if you can. We're not trying to break anything when we come in these places.
This thing is actually for sale you know so. Okay so here is the bathroom. All right.
So garden tub which is kind of shallow actually. Usually they're deeper than that. Garden tub with
the carpeted step on the front um and mirrors around it and curtains around the mirrors.
Actually it kind of looks kind of nice.
Uh vanity with curved with a curved top on it. That probably took some doing to cut it like
that. I like that too. This damn thing was probably fancy as hell when it was original.
I'm gonna take my life into my own hands and take another step because there is another room.
Yep stand-in shower. Now remember we just we got also got the garden tub.
Now you want to be real careful in these bathrooms because everything gets wet
and the floor was all rotted. See the little lump here it's because there's plywood there.
And so that is actually the laundry room I suppose. Or where was there laundry connections
in there? So it's just a big closet then um and you have access to the water tank.
Now the uh I can't go farther in there folks or you'll get killed. Um this is probably the panel
that goes over the water tank. So I'm carefully going to get out of here and we'll go back and
show you the kitchen. All right so here's here's the damage that we've got. A lot of mold. The
ceiling has caved in there. There is another skylight there above the bathtub. Big old garden
tub with carpet on the side of it. You see the access panel there in the front so that you can
get to the plumbing if you need to. Little tiny toilet. Um big old bathroom with all kinds of
room in it. Stand-up shower. So yeah this was a three-bedroom house with extra room. They could
have put two more bedrooms in here because they've got two living rooms and two dining rooms. This is
probably 22, 2300 square feet. Yeah this is a big old house. Now here comes the master bathroom. Are
you ready folks? Are you sure you're ready? Brace yourselves people. The first thing I got to say
is it was a damn nice bathroom at one point. In 93 this would have been a nice bathroom but now
there's a hole in the roof. So you've got a full-size stand-in shower with someone's bra hanging on it.
That's fine. You've got a pretty decent vanity with again the oak cabinets which have held up.
Clearly the house is falling apart and the cabinets have survived the house. So I mean
that tells you all you need to know about the cabinets. You need some oak cabinets people.
You got the Graceland mirrors. You got the Graceland mirrors around the
garden tub they call that. You got a step into the garden tub. Now I'm going to try to go in here
without falling through the floor. Now the floor has a visible wave right there right. So I can tell
that there's a beam here and there's a beam here. They are trying to sell this folks. So there's the
corner of the home holes in the roof to the point that it is literally the floor has collapsed.
And then there's the toilet. So this was a nice bathroom. Think about it. Somebody lived in here
and used this bathroom and used this bathtub for 20-30 years you know. I mean it's kind of sad to
see them let something like this go this way. I just don't understand why you would let the water
come in. I don't understand why you would let your your dog use it as his own personal toilet.
I just don't understand that.
It's really it's not bothering me that much. It's really getting on Donnie but it's not
bothering me that much. Yeah I suppose maybe there was a dog living in this room. But again folks
we're not affiliated with these people. We're not trying to sell you a mobile home. We're just saying
the layout is interesting. So this is a Norris home. Creative layout. Big square bedroom. Yeah
they had a screen door on the bedroom because apparently they're letting the dog live in it.
The ceiling has collapsed. Not sure why because the you can see the top is still intact. I don't
get that. And it's saying who did the down. It's saying it's got GE appliances in it.
Flexwear smoke detector. GE microwave. And it's actually giving the model numbers and all of them.
Okay so we've got the garden tub. We've got a little vanity here. A little linen closet.
Is that dog food in the vent? There's a shower
and the toilet. It's just a shame to see people just completely abuse this.
