A comprehensive tour of the 2024 Balietto T52 superyacht \"Akula,\" a luxury vessel optimized for high-end charters. The video showcases the yacht's innovative engineering, expansive entertainment zones, and a sophisticated \"earthy\" interior design, emphasizing the seamless integration of modern technology, curated art, and professional-grade crew facilities.
$315,000 will get you a week on board of this super yacht. Welcome aboard this brand new 2024
Balietto T52 named Akula. Every single Balietto is unique in its design and features. So let's go
check this one out. Really beautiful passerelle, really sturdy, really wide. So cool thing it's
not just a straight platform, it also extends out in the back with stairs. Very nice. I feel like
passerelles gotten like way crazier in the last three, four years, don't you think? Yes, for sure.
Way more practical, like there's a big focus on really comfortable boarding staircases and
passerelles. So then we have the sunken cockpit here, actually kind of like your beach club,
your open-air beach club with the fold-down swim platform, the transom actually of the boat.
So this is a unique feature of the T52, this tiered beach club. You don't have this sort of a typical
big fold-out, pantograph door. You just have a very different design. It's all part of our
aft deck. So we have two really comfy layout cushions here. So if people are swimming,
hanging out there, you can lay out. This is a pretty big space, great for toys. So we have
our mooring equipment here, big bollard there, another two bollards here and the cap stand. Okay,
so immediately the first unique feature to T52, to T52, this convertible pool. So it actually
retracts down to create this really nice sunken-in pool, but the whole floor can come up and have one
flat surface and you will never know that there's a pool here. There are extensions that go around
there to kind of protect the space if needed. They don't have them in right now, but yes, it's all
one big connected space. Alright, welcome to our aft cockpit here. We have a really comfortable
sitting area on both sides. It's all loose furniture, so you completely rearrange it in
any way you like. If you change your mood, if you want to put it together, you can totally do that.
One of the features that I really love right here, personally, I love how they build in this
indirect lighting into these structural columns. I think it's a really nice touch. Another thing
is they actually have glass right here in these spaces, which is protecting you for that extra
windage that you have underway. So it creates a really calm, cozy spot here. I propose we go all
the way forward. Look at this vents! Engine room vents! Engine room ventilation! Are we talking
some big engine or why they're so big? It's a big boat! It's a big boat! It's true! I know! It keeps
reminding me! Quick, quick, quick! Big boat! Okay! I like the handrail here! Beautifully done! Really,
really pretty! Wow! Do you see the windows? Wow! Sneak peek into our salon! Whoa! Okay, that's
enough! Let's go forward! So we have an entrance door to our main foyer here, that you can take
stairs all the way down to our staterooms and of course you can take it up to the sky lounge.
Is this a door you were looking right? This is a door! Yeah! This is a door here! Yeah! When we
side to our side boarding door. Interesting! It opens out? Yes! Aha! Okay, so we need to have a
little space there when we enter. Okay, going up! Ready? It's kind of tall! This is gonna blow your mind!
Welcome to Aobao! Of course, we have our entrance to the pilot house right here. We'll check out in
a moment! Wow, it's so wide here! This is absolutely crazy! This is what T52 kills it! It's insane!
Well, first of all, technical stuff! Yes, we do have a wing station here, which is nicely protected!
Okay, here we go! There we go! Go ahead! So wing station here with bow thruster, main engine, shift
and throttle controls, rudder control, a VHF radio, B&G plotter and then of course our rudder indicator
and horn switch, as well as emergency stop buttons. I'll put this back on and let's look at the visibility.
It's fantastic! You can see all the way to the back of the swim platform to the stern. Pretty good!
And of course forward as well! Very good visibility! Speaking of visibility, this is a prime spot! So
this bow is not just a working bow. There is so much entertainment space! Don't forget, we are
shopping for a charter right now, right? All together! We're dreaming together! We're looking together!
This is an ultimate charter bow, right? And you haven't even seen the sun deck, which is
literally one of the coolest ones I've seen in a long time. So this seating area, if we're going to
be counting, I mean 12 people charter, right? You can have like 24 people here and it will not feel
crowded. Like a real party! Easy! DJ booth up there! Huh? Huh? Oh, like ball party! Yeah! Yeah! You've got a
DJ booth right there and everyone's here! Okay, let's go forward! So obviously there's tables and
loungers and everything and of course we have a working bow. So what do we have down here? This is
so tall! Wow! Oh, and then you have the anchor wing stations here! Yes! Which flips out!
Pretty cool! Explain that real quick! It actually slides out! You unlock it and it slides out!
You can stand on top! You can stand there! Yeah! And watch your anchor, you know, when you lift your anchor
make sure that it's, you know, the chain is just hanging straight down! On both sides! That's
fantastic! Because it's a very tall bow! So we have our two windlass here, which are slightly big! Slightly!
Of course, pocket anchors! Enlarged! Pocket anchors! We have a carbon fiber crane here on the bow, which gets
placed. Let's check this out! Which gets placed into this receptacle here! Yes! That launches
our jet skis, which are here on the bow! This is so cool! That's pretty cool! I've actually never seen this
before! Me neither! Very clever! Yeah! And this my friends, if you've been watching our
channel for a while, you should know what this is! And if you haven't, we're about to tell you!
This is the forward mast headlight! Forward mast! It's a forward mast with the light on top of it!
Correct! Why do we need a forward mast? It's retractable, because it's over 50 meters! By
regulation you have to have a forward mast headlight! Exactly! Underway at night time!
Correct! So you have one on the main mast and one on the forward mast, so everybody who is out on the
ocean with you will immediately be able to identify that you are a very large boat over 50 meters!
Correct! So if you ever see two lights like that, you know the boat in front of you is over 50 meters!
We have two storage compartments here! Wing doors! Oh wow! Looks like we have our emergency
generator in here! Technical space! Technical space! Yeah! Very large technical space actually!
And brand new shocks! There's no way I could do that, huh? It's really strong shocks! Oh! You did it!
Make sure the Balietto sign is properly straight up! Okay! Okay! Good! Okay! Good! Awesome! Okay! Let's
walk aft! Actually, no, no, no, no, no! We're gonna do something different this time! We are actually
gonna go all the way up to our sun deck! You don't get to do this on every superyacht and this is one
of the really cool features of the T-52 we filmed last year. If you haven't seen that tour, I'll put
the link in the description of the video. It has the craziest helm we've ever seen and I guarantee you you've
ever seen! So if you haven't seen that, go check that out! But anyway, the owner of that vessel
wanted this and Balietto designed it for him and now it's a feature on all the T-52s going
forward. Because hey, when somebody comes up with something great, why not give it to everybody!
Welcome to our sun deck! Wow! Wow! Is... I don't know how many square meters, but like
70 square meters! What do you think? What 70 square meters? It's way more than that! It's more than that?
Of course! Okay, I'm gonna go all the way to the other side! You go there! Can you see me?
Yeah! That's crazy! You can see me? Of course, I see you, but you're really far away!
You are like this little! Okay, fine! Let's do this quickly! Okay, let's tour this sun deck!
See how quickly we can do this! So big layout cushion right here forward! As the crew told us,
this is the most used space on the boat so far. The owner has taken position about two months
ago. They've had a lot of guests on board and they said this was the most popular spot on all their
trips. People absolutely love it and I can see why. Easily 12 people can hang out here, six people
here, four people maybe in here and then people on the lounge pad. I mean for charter, for entertainment
it's incredible! To keep the party going, they do have an entertainment bar here with a large sink.
I'm pretty sure they've got their... oh yeah, drink fridge, ice maker, storage, everything you need to
make some cocktails and we're walking aft. We have a huge skylight here! Yeah, that's beautiful! With
perfect visibility onto our mast with the open array radars, all the commercial equipment, of
course, which we expect on a superyacht like this and our satellite communication domes as well.
How do you like this wooden features on the side? Beautiful! Yeah, it's really nicely done as well.
Everything just feels really tall and really protected. This is really cool! This table is...
Rico is all about round dining tables. He loves them whenever there's space and they certainly
have a lot of space here for that. This looks like a lazy Susan, but I don't think it is. I think it's
just the feature, right? To be able to elevate this table a little bit, but yes, it's beautiful!
So right now seating for eight, but it could be easily seating for ten, because the chairs are
pretty spaced out at the moment. Absolutely, yes! I mean technically 12 people could probably squeeze
in to have dinner here. This is a really beautiful lounge area. This is really nicely laid out. I gotta
say this is built-in, the furniture here and some loose furniture here, so you can rework the space
any way you like. There is a grill back here, there is a large sink as well, so really you can just
be up here half a day and just come down to use the restroom maybe. Did you see the TV? Yes! I just
saw it! Yep, you can do your lunch service here, but also your dinner service here. Did you point
it out? Yeah! Did I miss that? I didn't point it, but I showed it. Oh, okay! So they have loungers here.
We have a quick connect shower, which is also a proper shower. What an amazing place!
You watch yourself! Of course, this space is protected by this really thick glass,
so if you're sitting low it's nice and protected from the wind, but you still have some air coming
through, which is really nice. And full visibility, nothing is obstructing your visibility. I mean
just take this in, this is an absolutely ultimate charter sundeck. And down one level to the bridge
deck. Fine! We've got it all to ourselves. Love that! Come on down! So if that wasn't enough
places to hang out, we still have a really cool lounge space here. Loose furniture can be
completely converted, made into a different space. I mean it's really the trend now and I totally get
it. I absolutely love it. I think the time of this building furniture that you cannot do and change
is kind of gone. I think so too. Exterior furniture, yacht furniture. On the larger yachts for sure.
Come a long way. Yes, beautiful space. I love the navy. Gotta be honest, sometimes the navy
could look a little dated on the super yachts, but this is beautifully done because it's such
contrast. It's really really nice. Props to the designer. Fantastic! So here we still have
another entertainment bar with a sink, drink fridge, ice maker, the typical suspects.
And welcome to this space. One moment, before we go in, I love this feature. Yeah, well the grills
of the support. Very Vallejo and honeycomb Vallejo feature. Yeah, really like it. Is my Vallejo
pronunciation getting better? Let me know in the comments. All right, welcome to our
Sky Lounge. Sky Lounge, which also could be our former dining and also could be our alfresco dining
as well, if that wasn't enough. So this is cool. Definitely a game-changer when you have these
massive sliding doors on all three sides. You can open up the space in a day like this and have just
a fantastic breeze coming through. Or when it's really crappy weather, you just close it up and
you still feel like you're almost outside, but it's really nicely protected. And this is a gorgeous
table here as well. Yeah, this table is for 10, at least right now it's set up for 10. Yeah! So what
do we have going forward? Obviously, we have a massive TV, which retracts out of the ceiling
and can be turned. I think the door wants us to go in. Yes! Okay, come on into the interior. Can we
show the art or no? I think so, yeah. Look at this art. How beautiful is this? Art is one of the things
that the owner of this vessel is very proud of and there's quite a bit of it on board. Even in
spaces like heads, you've got to pay attention to the art because it's stunning. So welcome to the
interior. Speaking of the art. It's everywhere and also organically looking like almost like water.
Yeah, it's gorgeous. So that space was kind of exterior space still, extension of exterior, not
exterior. Now we're walking on the interior and the very first space we see is this very comfortable
office. Office with a sitting area, actually a space you can get away, make a phone call or just
having some private time, have a private conversation actually. You know you could sit
around here, oh pretty much take a meeting, which is pretty cool speaking of art. There's a massive
tv here. I mean not a bad place to work, right? But I want to point out right away that the whole
idea behind the interior design was very earthy. Earthy tones, earth colors. You're going to see a
lot of yellows, rusts and neutral tones with pops of earthy colors. What about this art? Pretty cool!
Okay, let us know in the comments which piece of art that you're going to see in this tour
is your favorite. Okay, let's pop in here quickly. Oh actually no, we do have to go this way. So this
is our stews pantry. This is large. I'm very happy with this pantry. So we still have a technical
space back there, but check out this this stews pantry. If there are two, three people working
in this space, it's very nice. I've got a drink fridge, there's full chrome boards. I'm not going
to open everything, but it's a really nice space to be able to. Proper setup for a charter vessel.
Yes, very good. Sometimes you know the Italian builders get that wrap that's it's not you know
not as friendly to the crew. I think this is fantastic. So what do we have here? We have an
AV equipment locker here. Oh it's a little desk here actually. A little desk with your radio
communication. Instead of building in a door, they actually just put in a curtain here to be able to
keep the lights out if necessary. But there's still a door back there. There's a proper door
to separate the stews pantry. Welcome to our bridge. Feeling up to this? Sure. Okay. Do it!
That's a nice bridge. Nice bridge. We have another workstation here for the first officer or whoever
wants to use it and is on the bridge. Got three helm chairs here. Of course the center one is the
most desired one. We have five screens here, which could be obviously used for chart plotter, radar,
CCTV, boat management, yard management and alarm monitoring system. So then let's start on the
center here. We have the helm wheel right here. Got the rudder indicator here. Our bow thruster,
steering, windshield wiper control, remote controls for the plotters, search lights,
ENG weather station, night vision camera. Moving over to the right. Got our shift and throttle
control here. One of my favorite controls. The horn control right here. Remote controls again
of the handle there for the VHF or the communication. We have another one right here.
Easy to grab. Grab handles everywhere. True. Yep. To hold on to when you're on the way. Got a printer
obviously. Always need a printer on board. Beautifully integrated. I like how they're done.
Then we have shades of course, which are open right now, but probably normally if you would
be at anchor, you probably close them up just to keep it cool in here. Or you can also use them to
almost like a like a sun blind. Oh yeah. Just to lower a little bit. Just lower a little bit if the
sun is really low. Also because these windows are straight. They're not angled. So you kind of need
to have something. So it's great that they have that. Yep. So then we have a little, oh hang on,
right behind us. Yeah. We have a massive, massive breaker panel. Huge breaker panel and alarm system
still. Alarm monitoring as well. We got some manual switches there as well for our navigation
lights and pumps and so on. Look at these breakers. There's so many breakers. Yeah. So we
got the upper deck panel here. Wheelhouse panel 400 and 230. And we also have the 24-volt panel
here of course. And I learned earlier from the engineer that this boat is outfitted with 240
and 120. Oh. So they have both on board because they're charter vessel and they have a lot of
American clients. So they want to make sure that the boat is outfitted also with 120. Wow that's
very interesting. So of course there's this sitting dinette space here that also space to
work. Being able to take a seat here instead of sitting in these chairs for extra crew. Or even
if the owners or guests visiting there's a spot that they can spend a few minutes here. Right here
is our captain's cabin. We're going to respect his privacy and leave him alone because it's a boat show
and it's hard enough. But we are going to be able to show you the crew quarters and possibly a couple
more crew cabins that were prepared for us to see. All right let's go. Which way? Going all the way
down. So we still have a side entrance here, which is also nice for provisioning and to be able to
bring some stuff here as drinks and stuff. Don't need to go up and down. Now we're gonna go all
the way down and check out the stables. Okay we're gonna chat about the walls here in a moment. Let's
make our way down first before it gets busy down there. All right walking all the way aft.
Let's go starboard first. Welcome to our starboard aft cabin. It's a king-size bed.
Looks like it. At least European king. Yes for sure. Really really nice indirect lighting. Just pay
attention to all the indirect lighting on this boat. It's really really pretty. As you can see
this is unique. Don't see that very often. It really looks like a skylight, but of course it's
an artificial skylight. Another thing here look how pretty. All the indirect lighting all the way
at the wall. Really really nice. They left some open shelving here to give it kind of a homey feel.
We have a linen closet right here. Quite large. And I guess all your hanging lockers are right
there. We'll open one up just to give you an idea if you're chartering this boat what you're going
to be working with. Oh this is beautiful. Check this out. Again all the indirect lighting and
there's another one right there. Built into the wall. I like that. Looks really nice. There's a
makeup station or an ability to put a computer here and work. This is a massive TV right here.
We have these pocket doors here. I like that they did this to allow you to have more space in your
cabin. I like the strength. Feels like it's in a super yacht industry. I will volunteer myself
into this shower. What do we think? Big rain shower head. What do you think? A very nice two-person
probably a three-person shower. Probably a three-person shower. This is a really beautiful
brass fixtures. Not your typical. It's like a brushed brass. Looks really pretty. Alright
let's check out the other cabin. What about the head? Skylight here as well. Ah there is a head.
It distracted me. How cool is this? Instead of it hanging on the wall somewhere or just sitting
loose they build it in so you never have to worry. Look I love that. Very cool and here's our head
with indirect lighting here. Told you. Beautiful art everywhere. If you're in the house. Look I'm
glad it didn't say hello. They always say hello to me and try to invite me in every time.
Makes noises. Alright now we're on our port side. Mirror image. Same cabin. Exactly the same. Really
beautifully done. So we have two more cabins to check out. Let's go. What's here? It might be
locked. This is a two storage. There's a vacuum cleaner in there and some cleaning supplies so
they can just pop in. They don't need to bring anything with them. It's all right here. So now
we're going forward. Starboard side. Can I do that right? See how the colors changed a little bit here.
The color of our nightstand is different. These lights. So cute. Love these. Look when you pop
this out the light comes on and you put it back light goes off. Really pretty. There is a poolman
berth right here. This is same size bed actually. I think like you said it's a Euroking.
Very large TV. Actually here you can see how big the TVs are. Crazy. Oh actually this is a smaller
one. Over there they're even bigger. Yeah. Here we have a sitting area, makeup space. How beautiful.
Look all the details. Have your little notebook. If you are chartering this how cool. Oh yeah everything
you need. Nice. Right here we have our hanging locker. Also nicely done. Luggage mats. I mean
you know you're on the proper charter yacht. You have all these things. So here we have our head,
medicine cabinet here. It's beautiful. All the little details and check out the shower.
Wow. Well that's really cute. You've got a pretty large bench. I mean it would have been like a
four-person shower but with the bench it's a very comfortable two-person shower. It's
fantastic. Look at the size of this. Crazy. Really loving this brush brass. Okay now
I'm gonna pop into our port cabin. This is a twin cabin. Got two beds here and then
poolman that comes out right here as well. And it's kind of a mirror image here. I gotta say
with the artificial skylight here it makes this room or makes all the staterooms so bright. I've
actually never seen this on another vessel this bright. I agree. Yeah they did a great job. It's
really beautiful. And they have spotlights built in as well to bring in the specific lighting to
all the artwork that's on board. Very nice. All the TVs and everything. You've got your iPad to
control stuff. So state-of-the-art everything. Alright. So bathroom you said the same? Yeah
exactly the same. Here we have our entrance to the crew quarters. Like a stooze entrance here
to be able to pop in and out of the crew quarters. But we're gonna go and check out the other way.
It's obviously locked because they're at the boat show and people are walking here. People like us
are trying to open doors. So let's go one deck up, show you the salon, the galley, the owner's suite
and then check out the crew quarters. While we're here we got it all to ourselves. We quickly would
like to talk about this staircase. It is so beautiful. It looks like glass, right? I think it
changes color depending on whichever way the lighting hits it. Really cool sculpture here.
Built-in sculpture, lighting feature, which is fantastic. Looks like bamboo. Beautifully done.
All these features are designed by the interior designer of this vessel that we've met. Fantastic
work. Let's go show you the salon. Alright, let's check out this space as it was intended. Coming
in straight from our aft deck. Right away we have this bar area here, which is like a proper bar.
You've got storage, everything. Nice to be able to service this space and also the aft deck.
Right here is the entrance to... you did use it, I didn't. It's a secondary entrance to the engine
room and the gym, which we're going to show you later. Okay, great. So welcome to the salon.
Check this out. This is gorgeous. Look at those windows. The windows are framed with indirect
lighting. They're huge windows. They kept all the furniture off the windows to kind of give this
feel of... they've got the beam, they've got the size to be able to do that, right? So it allowed
the space to live right here in the center and all these windows to be completely exposed with
just stunning, stunning views. And actually the couch is low. See that in the back? All of these
are just pillows. Love the table. Wow, it's so cool. The furniture is fantastic. The ceiling
lights, all the indirect lighting, it all works together. All the shapes. Love it. Very cool.
You never get sick of this, right? Like it's just comfortable and calming to be in this space. Yeah.
And just a little bit of pops of color. And then, of course, we have a very large drop-down TV right
here on the ceiling. And the cool thing is with the furniture being moved away from the walls,
any crew member who needs to service the space or just go to the aft or service somebody who's
sitting actually watching TV, instead of walking in front of them, they can actually walk behind.
I never thought of it that way. That's very true. Very true. Without interrupting, you know, whatever
game you're watching or movie you're watching. This is a massive TV. Wow. So also when the TV is
down, that interrupts a little bit your walkway on the starboard side. So having it on the port
side actually comes in pretty handy. All right, let's go real quickly and show you the owner's suite.
Art! Dan! This is so cute. Come on in! How pretty is this light? The mirror, look everything's got
like a built-in space. I don't see this often. It's very nicely done here. It's this here.
Trash? No. Maybe it's trash actually. Maybe it's trash. Okay, let's go forward. Walking into our owner's suite.
Wow! This looks actually like somebody was really angry with an ax
on a very beautiful piece of metal. Statement of somebody who doesn't understand art.
Okay. Same thing here. Look what they did. Loose piece of furniture. So you can use it either way.
You can sit this way, you can sit that way and watch the scenery go by if you'd like.
We have a king-size bed here. Look at this feature here. It's like a focal point of the design.
The shapes, the moon, the sun that follows. It's really beautiful. All about that art. That's pretty
cool. I would totally hang it over our bed right now. Right. We don't have anything there. How cool
is that? I like it. Probably the cost of our yacht that we're building, but it's gorgeous.
You see that size of the TV? Yes, very large TV. We have open shelving right here. I love the frames
that's keeping everything in place. It's not going to slide out. Then this is a little seating nook
as well here. They left it loose furniture because they wanted to make sure you can change it up and
possibly, you know, move this here, put this here. Really cool. Large, large windows here with shade.
There's a hanging locker here, but that's not all. We have a full walk-in closet here.
Check this out. Wow. Oh, it's a dream. It really is. Look at it. So pretty. I'm like a sucker for all
this indirect lighting in the closet. So nice. Pretty cool thing what they did here. So they
aligned the frame of the window with stainless polished stainless steel. So when you look out,
it actually looks a lot larger and brings more light in. Walking into our head, this is beautiful.
And I gotta say one of my pet peeves is that there's nowhere to put your hand towel. And look
how cool they built this in. You have dual vanity right here. Really nice indirect lighting. Is this
storage? Oh yeah. Look. Oh, just everything is so pretty. Really pretty. Okay. Here.
Or actual head. Yes, we do have an actual head. Again, working with the lighting here. Really
nicely done. And here we have a, oh my gosh, I don't know, a five-person shower with a steam option.
Oh, wow. Really cool. This is pretty. Wow. Is it too late to have a steam shower in our boat?
Probably. Probably. I don't know. Maybe not. Okay. And here there's another head. Yes. His and hers.
Fantastic. And we see have a little makeup area getting ready spot right here as well.
Where are we going next? Going to the galley and coupons. Do you see, I'm just looking behind you
how the light is playing on the ceiling, just from the window. It's pretty cool, because if you're in
the blue waters, the colors will change. That's the beauty of kind of keeping a light interior.
You know, and if the water is darker, the colors will change as well. Where are we going? Galley.
Okay. All right. Come on in. So we have a stews pantry here that we walk straight in, which is
almost like an extension of the galley. There's a crew mess on the other side. I think this split
that is open to both sides, it's a bit unusual. I like it. It's a great way of kind of for crew to
get in and out of each other's way. There's an ice maker here. There's a sink. You see the two
different, I'm pretty sure the filtered water here and the regular water right here. So this
will take it up to the second, the upper stews pantry that we saw up there. Remember? Space
across from the office and of course our bridge. And then we're walking into the galley. Fully
commercial galley. Here we have a lipair. Lipair? Lipair. Fridge and freezer here. Mealy commercial
dishwasher. I've never seen one like that. Me neither. What is that one? That must be short cycle.
That must be new because I've never seen that. Maybe available only in Europe. So we have upper
storage of course. A large single sink here. Two dishwashers. Check! Very nice. Induction cooktop.
I don't even know what this all is. It looks very, very commercial and fancy. The combi pro
that every chef loves, that you must have. Look you have all your colored cutting boards for different
and the most important thing you just jumped over. No, that's the hood. What is that? Pizza
oven. A pizza oven. Oh a proper pizza oven. Nice! Okay, this boat we need to come back for lunch.
So here look they left this window. By regulation you have to be able to completely enclose this
galley for fire safety, but they did leave a window so you can communicate right there with
the crew. Everybody can see what's happening here and you don't feel completely closed in.
Of course, there's storage and then let's go. What? And then right here we have a food warmer.
Oh yeah, nice. Yeah, pretty cool. You can put the plates under there if you're not ready yet and
keep the food warm. That's not all the refrigeration. Just wait. Then right here looks like we have a
little bit of pantry space and your dishware and stuff. And we're walking into our crew mess.
This is a nice crew mess. Check this out. You have cups, glasses. Oh, that's cool. Yeah, really nicely
organized here. So easily I would say very comfortable for six, eight people can be here
at the same time. You've got a sink here and they've got a coffee machine and microwave and
all that good stuff. And let's go real quickly pop into the crew cabin that we can show you.
Come on down. Okay, so there's our infamous door that is locked that leads us to the
staterooms that we couldn't get in and show you. But as you can see, you would come right in here.
Look, they obviously were servicing stuff. Right here you have a refrigeration. Oh, wow! Walk-in
fridge and freezers. Oh, that's cold. It is very cold. Make sure it's closed. You definitely need
that to do proper service and proper charter. And this stateroom we can show you. So come on in.
Engineer's room. Really nice. Check this out. Oh, that's a big stateroom. Big space. You have your
closets actually with locks. Quite nice. And then of course here you have your toilet. A really good
shower. Wow! I think it's the largest shower I've ever seen in the crew quarters. That's really big.
Maybe like in the captain's cabin, but this is crazy. You've got a sink and everything. Very,
very nice cabin. All right, let's go back up. Oh wait, laundry. Really important as well. The ladies
are doing laundry. So just real quickly, you have two sets of washer and dryer and a good amount of
storage. There's a sink. We need to add a sink to our laundry. We're missing a sink. Why do we need
a sink? Because you need to be able to treat stuff and wash stuff and throw it in the laundry. Every
proper laundry has a sink. Look! All right, we're going to the engine room. Wow! This is a very nice
staircase. Wow! And this is your side entrance. It's kind of cool how they found a solution for the
small amount of space and then having two ways of entering it actually. Did a really
fantastic job with it. I agree. Very cool. Look at this space here. So technical space, but we're going
here. We are. Open. Oh, okay. Wow! Okay, so our engineer space. Yes, we are in our control room
here. Here's a watertight bulkhead right here. And then we have our engineer space here.
Big huge switch panel here on the aft side. Control for our generators. Then we have of course
the management system here. Little workspace for the chief engineer. Shift and throttle controls
here to main engine start and stop. And then we get into the engine room. Immediately where we're
walking in, if you had to starboard here. Right behind here, we have our shore power converters.
This is actually a large converter from 240 to 110. 120 actually. So then right here we have
our treatment plant. Black and gray water treatment plant. This looks like a massive plant. Yeah, this
one is pretty large. And then here, look at this exhaust system. That is pretty elaborate and pretty
large. And one reason why it is so large, it actually has a, in the car world, it will be the
DEF burn off for the diesel vehicles. So this is a very clean exhaust vessel. And we're going to see
that more and more. It's going to come more and more and more. But that's one of the reasons why
the exhaust system is so large. And we have all the sensors here. And then of course we have the
liquid, which gets infused during the burn offs. So I'm moving forward. Can I ask you a question?
Yeah! Would you be having one of these overalls on our boat? Would you be wearing them when you
work on the boat? Sure! Can't wait to see it! Why? I think it's super cute! So walking forward here,
got one of the manifolds here. Pumps there. One of the big generators here. So we should probably
go around the other way and then actually look at the generator from the other side.
But very easy access to everything. The main engines. Oh wow! Look at this here! Apparently
looks like somebody's working out in here as well. It's actually a great space for that.
We got toolboxes here. Of course they're on rollers, so you can move them away if you need to get
underneath. It's air-conditioned right? It's air-conditioned. Yeah! So why wouldn't you work out in here?
I think so. I felt like some cool air here somewhere. Oh you know what, that's from the engine
room vents actually. That's coming from the outside. So we have our two main generators here. Oh wow! With
pretty good access for service. If you look at it, you can take the panels off easily. No problem!
All the air-conditioned equipment is over there on the port side. Emergency escape for the engine
room is right there on the starboard side. You can see that behind me there. Look at this! Yeah the
ladder, that's the door that we saw on the starboard side. Yep! Fire extinguishers everywhere.
It's an understatement. Look at the height of this fire extinguisher. Look at how big the fire
extinguisher is. I know right! So then moving over to the port side. Got some water filters here.
Have our water makers, both of the water makers right here. Fresh water pumps down there. Big
exhaust system again, same like we saw on the other side. And then forward, like I mentioned
already, the air-conditioned system. And then more firefighting and bilge pumps. Wow! The size of that!
Crazy! The firefighting thing! That's just an expansion tank I think. Wow! That's it! Alright!
For the engine room, now you give me the camera and you go. But it's not it right? That's not it!
Okay, I haven't been here you guys. So Rico is guiding me through here. And then out.
Out here? Yep! And back in here. What! Oh this is massive! Yes! Wow! Oh this is a real gym! Proper
on-board gym! When you said there's a gym, I thought like oh there's a you know there's a gym.
There's a gym! This is a proper gym! So if you're looking for a yacht to charter and you want to make
sure you have a proper gym, this is one of them. I think we have exactly the same weights at home.
Yes we do! Do you feel special right now? Yep! I have exactly the same ones. What do you mean? I use them
too! We have exactly the same ones. When I'm editing the videos, I'm standing there and doing the weights.
Yeah! Okay, there is a head here! Very cute one! Yeah! Beautiful head actually! Yeah with
the obviously toilet and the sink. Very nice! But no shower right? Yeah, no shower! No! I mean you
could have done it, but they obviously didn't request to have it. But yeah what a nice gym this
is! Right! It's unbelievable! Is the pool above us? The pool is behind us I think. Yeah! This is the
Very cool! That's a huge space! Didn't expect it at all! Right! So anyway this completes our tour! I
hope you guys enjoyed it! Let us know in the comments what you thought of it! Do that share!
Do the like! Really, really appreciate it! And we'll see you on the next one! So you know! Tall step!
