AI GeneratedThe speaker criticizes Kamala Harris for alleged political inconsistency and \"flip-flopping\" on key issues to position herself for a 2028 presidential run. The video argues that her outreach to progressive and pro-Palestinian activists is opportunistic and lacks authenticity, suggesting she is a product of the political establishment who is disconnected from grassroots needs.
Kamala Harris is trying to be sneaky. Kamala's trying to be sneaky. She is trying to tiptoe
her way over towards the pro-Palestinian side after she sat there and she told you that she
was speaking. And after she sat there and she told you that she would not withhold weapons to Israel,
it pains me to say this, but it is very clear that Kamala Harris is on a path as of right now
to run for president again in 2028. It doesn't make me feel good to say that,
but that's where this is heading at this point in time. She's known for doing a flipperoo.
Matter of fact, let's go back to 2020 and I'll show you her flipperoo on Medicare for All.
You don't have to go through the process of going through an insurance company,
having them give you approval, going through the paperwork, all of the delay that may require.
Who of us has not had that situation where you got to wait for approval and the doctor says,
well, I don't know if your insurance company is going to cover this. Let's eliminate all of that.
Let's move on. Exactly. Well, we were together and you'll remember and roll the tape, please.
We can roll the tape. Well, you support the Bernie Sanders bill, which essentially gets
Medicare for All. But I really do need to clear up what happened on that stage. It was in the
context of saying, let's get rid of all the bureaucracy. Let's get all of the way, not the
insurance companies. No, that's not what I meant. I know it was interpreted that way. If you watch
the tape, I think you'll see that there are obviously many interpretations of what I said.
Let's not be duped by a messaging campaign that has been waged for years by the insurance
companies to have you into believing that you need to defend them. You need to defend yourself.
You know what? Ninety one percent of the doctors are in Medicare. So the idea and the suggestion
they're trying to make to you is really a false one. You will be able to have your doctor.
Ninety one percent of them are in the Medicare system.
Who here would abolish their private health insurance in favor of a government run plan?
Yeah. All right. So you saw the hand up by Kamala Harris, but then she sort of clarified that
response this morning on Morning Joe. Do you believe that private insurance should be
eliminated in this country? No, you don't. I raised your hand. But the question was,
would you give up your private insurance for that option? And I said, yes, I do.
The role of private insurance, are you limiting that to something like cosmetic insurance or
what is the exact private insurance to cover what is not otherwise covered?
So that includes what? Very little, because almost everything will be covered.
So then how does this plan differ from what Senator Sanders is proposing?
I think that they're very similar. I don't know. I mean, I don't think that I'm supporting his bill.
So to the extent that he's talking about his bill, I don't know what else he's talking about.
Yeah. Justice Democrats had shared that at the time. That was when she ran for president in 2020
and she actually went through a primary and didn't get very far.
So she flip flopped quite often there on Medicare for all. And I wanted to show you
that because to show you that she has a history of doing this. And that leads me to this announcement
that was just made recently. Brace yourself for this one, ladies and gent. Kamala Harris
reaches out to mom, Donnie pro-Palestinian activists in run up to 2028 guys. She's doing it.
She's doing, this is in saying at this point in time, Kamala Harris privately called New York
city mayor Zoran Mondami last week and has been holding lengthy closed door meetings with other
prominent progressives, including pro-Palestinian activists. I feel you. I feel you Heather for
humanity. What the ****? Let me pause here for just a second. And we'll get back to the article.
First of all, Kamala Harris, this woman has some nerve. Like I just, for the love of God,
just go away. Just let it go. Let it go. Because to me at this point in time, like this woman
is just dying to be president so bad. Like this is driving people crazy. Let it go. You ran in 2020.
You didn't get far in the primary. You ran in 2024. You didn't wanna, the one thing,
the one thing she could have done to distance herself from Joe Biden, she was not willing to
do. She wouldn't even call it a genocide at that point. She didn't wanna withhold weapons from
Israel. She wouldn't withhold weapons from Israel. She said, no, I will always support Israel.
I'm like, what the hell is wrong with you? She didn't want to allow a Palestinian activist to
speak on the stage at the democratic party national convention. She did not want them there.
They were begging her outside, crying, please let one of us speak. She would not let them speak.
This woman has some nerve to now all of a sudden she wants to speak to the pro-Palestinian
activists. When you pretended like we didn't even exist, she is reaching out to Zoran because
she needs help. And she realizes that in order for her to even possibly have a chance
of winning the presidency in 2028, she's gonna need to get some help from the pro-Palestinian
side. Mind you, Kamala Harris did not go to meet with Palestinian Americans and other Arab Americans
in Dearborn, Michigan. She didn't even go meet with them. She spoke in Detroit multiple times
and she would not even meet with them. She let Donald Trump walked right into Dearborn,
Michigan and he met with them. She would not meet with them. She wanted to pretend like they didn't
exist. You've got to be kidding me. And so now all of a sudden we're supposed to believe all of us
who marched out in the streets, all of a sudden we're supposed to believe that Kamala Harris
isn't pro-Israel anymore. Get the **** out of here. Get out of here. So here she goes again,
trying to do another pivot for this 2028 run. Why it matters. It's the latest sign the former
vice president is laying the groundwork for a potential White House run in 2028 and looking
to strengthen or repair her relationships with left-wing Democrats. Driving the news,
Harris called mom Donnie last Thursday to talk about the party's future and a plan for a longer
conversation. A person familiar with the call told Axios. So she's talking to Zoran about the party's
future, the future of the democratic party. Problem is Kamala, you're not the one that should be
having that conversation because the thing is you ran away. You ran away when it was tough. You ran
away when it was hard. You had AOC get up there and lie to everybody and say working tirelessly
for ceasefire, which you were not. You took all that money from AIPAC. You ran to the right
on the border and people didn't, Democrats didn't call this out. That was surprising.
It just, it's all these different types of things. It just drives me absolutely insane.
And now she's supposed, we're supposed to believe no, no, this woman is pro Israel,
has been pro Israel. Kamala who occasionally has text mom Donnie in the past few months
called him two days after the mayor's handpicked candidates swept three congressional races in New
Kamala met with AOC in Chicago on the sidelines of the power rising conference,
a summit for black women empowerment. Boy, I tell you, they be killing me with this empowerment
empower. What are you empowering people to do? What are you empowering them to do?
Harris and her team also have been reaching out to pro Palestinian activists during the past year,
including at least one who helped lead the uncommitted movement, which grew out of
opposition to former Biden's policy and the war on Gaza. Let's all remember about the
uncommitted campaign in 2024, the uncommitted democratic delegates said that Harris campaign
denied their request for a Palestinian American to speak at the DNC. Ultimately, many of those
activists felt politically homeless and split on rather to endorse Harris. Last week in Detroit,
Kamala met with a co-founder of the uncommitted movement, Abbas Allaway, who is now running as
a Democrat for a Michigan state Senate seat. He has said he voted for Harris in 2024.
Harris also talked recently to James Zogby, a longtime member of the DNC who has advocated
for Palestinian rights, according to sources familiar with their conversation.
Allaway told Axios that Harris requested the meeting after months of private conversations
she initiated. So you see this, she initiated it. But when these people were in front of your face
and they were begging you for just two things, ceasefire, arms embargo, you didn't want to hear
it. You said you were the one who was speaking. During their talks, he said he reiterated my
long standing position that American tax dollars should never be used to target civilians or
destroy entire communities. Abbas, who stressed he wasn't speaking for the uncommitted movement,
added that he shared with her that members of the community that I'm seeking to represent
have recently lost family members in Israeli airstrikes that have been supported by the US.
Zogby and spokespeople for Harris and Mom Donnie declined to comment.
Herod has also reached out to former aides and other Democrats to discuss, get this guys,
China and artificial intelligence, Venezuela and other issues. Flashback, many on the left
were disappointed that Harris didn't distance herself from Biden's reflexively pro-Israel
stance during the 2024 general election. Yeah, Harris wrote that in her book that she was
sometimes frustrated with pro-Palestinian protesters interrupting her campaign events
in 2024. There was no other way to reach you. How else were they supposed to get your attention?
The other side, some pro-Palestinian voices expressed doubts that Harris would be able to
win over Arab American and left-wing voters in the future without major concessions.
Why should we trust her now? Said Rania Patrice, a progressive strategist and Palestinian American.
If this change is real, she has an opportunity to prove it. Until then, skepticism isn't just
understandable. It's warranted. So this is interesting. This is interesting. Between
the lines, Harris remains at or close to the top of most nearly polls of potential contenders in
the 2028 Democratic presidential primary. But she faces doubts from the left center.
And of course, the one that matters the most to the party, which is the donors.
Guys, can we talk for a minute? Can we talk for a minute? Kamala Harris has a harder time
this time, despite what some people believe. And I'm going to tell you why.
And it's not just because of what happened in 2024. Kamala Harris has a harder time this time
around because she has to go through a primary. She can't get out of the primary. She struggled
in 2020. That's her kryptonite is getting out of the primary. If there were eight people running
in 2028, I don't even think she'd be in the top to the last two standing.
Tevin Campbell's yes. Can we talk for a minute? It's laughable at this point in time. And
a lot of people have died. A lot of people have died because she didn't want to split
from Biden. And my thing is, is this. I don't care what Biden said to you. It's your presidential
campaign. If you can't distant yourself from Biden, if you're afraid to, if you're afraid
to push back against Biden and you were the presidential candidate at that time,
why should people trust that you would push back against other things as president?
I just want to take you back to this moment when Rachel Maddow did ask her about endorsing
mom, Donnie at that point in time, Kamala wouldn't even say his name. Watch this.
What do you think of him and his candidacy? And what do you think of
mainline Democratic shyness and agitation about the prospect that he's going to win?
Look, as far as I'm concerned, he's the Democratic nominee and he should be supported.
Do you endorse his candidacy? I support the Democrat in the race.
Sure. What do you think of him?
See, you guys noticed that notice how she said, I support the Democrat in the race.
She wouldn't even say mom, Donnie's name. That, that was something that kind of stuck with me.
It's like she was afraid to say his name or something that was weird.
So she is reaching out to mom Donnie now because she needs help. She wants him to help her. She
wants him to get out there and help get, you know, the, the DSA folks and stuff and the
pro-Palestinian activists on her side so that she can win in 2028. Has Kamala Harris apologized for
the way that she behaved towards the pro-Palestinian activists? No, no, no, this is
important. No apology, no, nothing. Just go out there and help me go out there and help me mom,
Donnie. And it's, I guess what's really telling is that again, she reached out to him. He didn't
reach out to her. She's going on this rehabilitation tour. Kamala Harris has spoken at multiple APAC
conventions. Kamala Harris has said, she has always supported Israel. Always. She said,
doesn't mean people can't change, but this woman ain't change. She didn't change.
The best thing that she can do is just step aside, right? But she's not alone. There's more.
This is what I mean about a new beginning. You're going to start to see how they are moving in such
a way. Now you got Nancy Pelosi's family member here. Gavin Newsom also has been in touch with
mom, Donnie. So everybody see, see what's happening here.
So everybody's reaching out to him to try to get the quote unquote, progressive side,
the pro-Palestinian activists to endorse. That's what's going on. That's what's happening right
now. They know they can't win without that base. They can't win without the youth.
Even Biden had the youth come out and support. Let's put Kamala face back up here. Cause I want
to make a point. Gotta say something about this. Um, Kamala Harris made a decision a long time ago
that she was going to be a part of the establishment. This is long before she
became vice president. She made a decision a long time ago and she rubbed elbows with people that
would get you there. She was backed and supported by the Clintons before she even ran for that
Senate seat. Donald Trump is so funny. Donald Trump even donated to her when she was running
in California that gets glossed over sometimes, but he did. He supported her too. Back then
she was rubbing elbows with those type of people that would get you into places where you, they
would get you where you want to go. That's why I keep telling you nothing is given. It's given
to you in life just because you work hard. You have to have connections. You have to network
in some way, shape, or form Kamala Harris. This is not even just about the pro-Palestinian
supporters, right? When it comes to black voters, Kamala Harris made it very clear in 2020,
or I'm not going to sit up here and only do something for black people.
The repair that needs to be done by Kamala Harris is not just repair for the pro-Palestinian
activists. Kamala Harris needs to do repair with the black community. And I'm not talking about
the black bullae who was going to vote for her anyway. I'm not talking about them, the shills
that just suck up to the Dem establishment. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about
the grassroots black community. Some of the things that have been said by her and some of the things
that she has done till this day does not sit right with the grassroots black community.
And Kamala Harris needs to acknowledge that. The best thing that she can do
is not run for president in 2024, but it looks like she's going to try to do it anyway.
And I think this is going to be an embarrassment because like I said, this time she has to get
through a primary. I don't think she's going to get through it. What it also goes to show you
is the importance about local politics. One of the reasons why Mamdani has been able to do a
lot of the things that he's doing is because he's a mayor. He doesn't have to go through
the house of representatives and the Senate and then the president. Now he may have to work with
city council and stuff like that every now and then the governor may have to approve some things,
but he doesn't have to go through Congress. The things that he's been able to get done,
that he's been able to accomplish, and I still disagree with him on some things, right?
Like I disagree with him on Venezuela. I think he needs to go further on that. I still think
he should have fired the police commissioner, Tish and stuff like that. So there's still areas
where I disagree, but the areas of improvement, they just announced they're doing this $1,000,
what is this? A savings bond or whatever college fund for kindergarten kids.
They just announced this in New York. These things that he's doing for working people,
it's being done on the local level in New York City. And to be honest, I feel like every week
I hear something else that he's doing for the working class. And I'm sitting back and I'm
kinda looking at these other mayors with a side eye. What he is showing you is what you can do
instead of what you can't do. For years, we have heard Democrats sit up there and say,
well, we can't do that because we don't have the money, but they got money for all these wars
and I don't really work anymore. For years, we have heard politicians say what they can't do.
Instead of talking about what you can't do, he's showing you what you can do.
And so I'm kinda looking at my mayor with a side eye. I'm looking at a lot of these mayors
and I'm just kinda like, your city is smaller than New York. You can't do anything. I'm looking
that type of way. In other words, he's showing you that these things can be done. And so people
like Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom, he's kinda showing the Democratic Party up. They actually
have to do ---- now. You get what I'm saying? Since 2016, they've told you that they're not
Trump. Since 2016, they have been running on we're not Trump, but they're not doing anything.
Now they have to do something or they may have to at least prove that they're gonna do something
to get your support. So the new beginning that I'm talking about is, first of all,
I would have never thought you would see those two reach out to Mamdani. They're doing so though
because they need his help. But this is the same type of establishment that told you that he would
never win anyway. Then they said you couldn't do those things. Oh, you're not gonna be able to do
those things because you don't have the money. Now he showed you, you could do it. So they have
to know now that yes, and I'm telling you guys, everybody do it. Make a list, start making lists
now of your demands for 2028. Stop voting for politicians just because. Come with demands.
And then when they tell you we can't afford to say that, that, that, no, no. Yes, you can
because you had this defense budget that you keep adding to every year. You send money to Israel
every year. Yeah, you can do it. You just don't want to. Otherwise, if this doesn't happen,
if they don't get things done, they know what's coming and that's a revolution.
And I know they don't want that. So Kamala, we are not fooled. You owe people apologies. I know
that much. I know that much. You owe some people some apologies. I'll say that, but we are not
fooled. I'm not falling for it. We're not falling for it. Just step aside for one. Just go away.
Thanks. Geez. Hey guys, this was a savvy clip. If you like what you saw,
