Lemon Love notes- feeds 6 people

Crust: 1 cup flour, 1/2 butter soft, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp salt
mix up and press into bottom of 8x8 pan. bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Filling: 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt, whisk all together and pour into hot crust. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool before cutting.
