Beautiful Florida New Construction Homes for Sale Only 15 Minutes From Lake Nona! Check These Out!

In today's video, we're going to check out a brand new construction community in St. Cloud, Florida. It's actually very close to Lake Nona. It's right off of Narcoossee Road, so it's in a fantastic location and they have great floor plans that we are excited to share with you. And with that being said, let's go check out some of these homes. Well guys, we just made it to this brand new community here in St. Cloud by Risewell Homes. I'm excited to show you guys this first model. It's called the Alexandra model. It's a beautiful floor plan. It's got the primary suite on the first level, vaulted ceilings in the living space. And it's actually more closer to Lake Nona than it is majority of St. Cloud. It's right off of only 15 minutes away from Lake Nona. It's got a low HOA, no CDD. It's very close to 417 as well. You can get some home sites that will give you no rear neighbors so you can get like a nature view, things like that. It also has resort style pools, trails, and then it also has some playgrounds as well. So pretty good amenities for having low HOA and no CDD and the location is phenomenal. So let's go ahead and jump into the specs. This Alexandra model has a base price starting at $539,990. You can get it built up to 3,070 square feet between four and five bedrooms and two and a half to four bathrooms. So really can customize it however you like. I'm excited to show it to you guys. So let's go ahead, turn the camera around, get right, actually right here to the front door. So let's go ahead and get inside and check it out. All right, folks. So here is a look at the very front of this model. Look at this. I love the high ceilings that you have just right before the front door area. And then you have that window up there, which gives light to the second level, which you'll see more of once we, once we get to that point. But let's go ahead and get inside and take a quick look. There we go. There's my beautiful wife who is going to be giving us a quick tour of this property. As you guys know, she is still in YouTube tour training. So the only way to get better is to continue to do them. So I think she's doing a great job. You're going to do a great job on this, on this tour. So let's get going. Thank you. Here's my, my husband. He's great. All right. Hello friends. Welcome to this model home. Let's go inside right away and see how beautiful this entrance is. High ceiling. You can have a preview of the second level. You have a beautiful chandelier and throughout this first level, you have your luxury vinyl floors, and you can have an idea of the selections that you can do for your design of the home. Cause obviously usually you want to build it in this community. So you can see and feel ideas of what you can do. But here to the right, you have the first bedroom space. And what I like about these model is that this space can be converted into different things. You can have here a flex room if you would like to, instead of a bedroom, this is like a guest room, or you can have it as an ensuite and maybe connect these bedroom to the bathroom that's next to it. And let's go around so you can see the size of this bathroom. Beautiful countertops, like they did a very, very good decisions on like the stones and the tile. And you can see different options if you want the blue, the white tile on your shower. So you're going to see a lot great features in this house. Here is a little closet space for your towels. And when you walk into the house, the next thing that you're going to see is the formal dining area. And it has its own window with great light coming inside. And I love that mirror that plays there. It makes this space look even bigger than what it is. And I love the separation here. It's like a little, you know, private area. And right in front of it, you will walk into the laundry room. It has its own closet space under the stairs, which it's good because you have more storage space. They play some cabinets here, which is great for everything that you need in the laundry room. And here, this door on the left will take you to the two car garage space. It's a regular size and your water heater is going to be in this garage. Moving forward, we're going to see the beautiful living area and the heart of the house, which is the kitchen. And I love the space of this kitchen. The island is beautiful. It has waterfall counters. I love those. We got those in our house and I am in love. And all the cabinets have like soft clothes. You have stainless steel appliances. You have your refrigerator, your microwave, your wall oven, and you have your cooktop, your hood. And then in this particular model, they have a farm sink. People love those. But here on this space, you have your pantry. I would like you guys to see the size. It's a good size. It's almost like a walk-in closet size. And you also have your dishwasher. And what I love about this gourmet kitchen, when you decide to go for it instead of the regular, is that they come with more like cabinet space and drawers, or you can put your pots and pans. And this one has its own space for trash and recycling. It's very convenient. And here next to the kitchen, you have another space. It's like a breakfast nook and with light, lots of tons of light. And we're gonna go outside through the sliding door. So you guys can see the space in the lanai. This is what they call the extended lanai. It's all the way to kind of like half, a little more half of the house. And you still have a lot of space in this backyard to build a pool or to do a little space, the fire pit, put some more furniture outside and make it your own. So yeah, let's go back inside the house. It's a big house. So a quick look, because if not, we're gonna be here like for over 10 minutes. But look at this space. This is my favorite area. High ceilings, big windows, and it makes it look luxury. It's like a luxury home. And you don't have to pay millions of dollars for it, right? And then you have a big wall that you can make it your own. You have all those accent walls and you can see and get ideas of what to do. Right in front of me here, you're gonna walk into the owner's suite, which is the benefit of this home. It has it on the first level for those of you that don't want to be going up and down the stairs. It's a really big size bedroom, has its window and beautiful decoration for you guys to decide what you want to do. And then here is the primary bathroom with his and her things. And it brings all the great features of the kitchen, great countertops, forced countertops, all the white cabinets and you have this tub. I'm pretty sure they have more different designs in the design studio to select which tub do you like, but this one is amazing and beautiful. And you also have your walk-in shower, good size and your separate toilet space, which is Caleb's second office at the house. And here you also have a big walk-in closet where you have enough space for your clothes and then your husband will have to go somewhere else. Okay. And let's go now to the second level. I love the way they designed the stairs. They have the railings to the seat that you can see through. It's not a wall in there. And let's go first to the right side and it's a beautiful loft, great space, but you can do whatever you want in this place too. I mean, it's an open, a blank canvas, let's say you can do, you can have a game room or you can have a space for your kids if you're doing homeschooling. And this has actually a closet here. So like in the future, maybe if you want to convert this into a bedroom, you could close it and do that as well. Okay, let's go to the left and we have another bedroom, good size, which is closet. These closets, they go all the way to the left and the right, so you can have all the wall as a closet. So it's a good space. And what I love about being on this second level is what I mentioned before. It's like the openness, you can still be a part of people on the first level. You have this great view because the house has big high ceilings on the living first floor. It's amazing. And this is like the, let's say, the surprise area that we didn't know it had at the beginning. It's a media room. You can make it a little movie theater or you can also have it like as a game room if you want to keep the other one a lot. But it's a good space for you to be creative and have imagination about what you want to do there. But look at this view like this. First we saw it from the first level up. Now we can see it from the second level. It's important that you get a chandelier this big and beautiful because it's going to be breathtaking. Next, we're going to see the last two bedrooms. Let's go to my right side. Another good size bedroom. They are not small size bedrooms. I'm telling you this house is huge. Great windows and another closet which great space as well. They do have here two like little linen closets to the left and the right of the bathroom. And then you can see here the size of this bathroom that's for the bedrooms to share and beautiful design as well. Tiles on the walls and then you have of course countertops. Great like ideas for you to select from. And the last bedroom is like a little like longer let's say. It's a nice size too. Windows and only one window sorry. And then you have another good space here in the closet. So I think that's all for this property. I know it's huge but I hope you enjoyed it and let's go and see the next home. Well on to the next model here in this community. The next one I'm going to show you is called the Meadowood and it has a base price starting at $459,990. Has 2,037 square feet of interior space. You can have it built between three and four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. So really nice floor plan. Let's go ahead and take a quick tour of this property. All right so here is the front door. It is undercover. So you have about I want to say maybe five to six feet of space before you get to the door. That's completely undercover which is fantastic. As we enter you have beautiful tile flooring all throughout. We have the first room just to the right hand side. This is actually the flex room and as you can see it's staged right now as a office space. So I think you'd make a great office space. As we move forward we go right into the kitchen, dining, and living space. It's nice and open. I love the dark cabinets. You have the display cabinets all around the microwave and then we have the oven, white quartz countertops, beautiful island space, and then they also have some bar sitting areas right there so you can have a little bit more additional seating. We have our refrigerator, sink, we have our dishwasher, and then just to the opposite side of the island we have additional cabinet space. So I'm going to go and show you the pantry real quick before we move forward. Overall really nice size pantry and as we continue you notice you have a ton of windows all throughout this property. We have the dining room just right in front of me and then just right behind that we have the living room and then the sliding glass doors down there that will lead to the backyard. But next we're actually just going to go to this side because you do have like a separate living space as well. So you have two different living spaces. Here's a look at the next full bath. You have your double sinks, shower tub combo, and there's your toilet space right there. As we continue I personally really like this area here just because it's like an additional seating space. It kind of really is like a loft really but at least you have another space for entertainment watching tv. Maybe you could put a pool table there if that's something you really enjoy. Next we have our laundry room space. We have some cabinets just right above just to give you guys a little extra storage space which I think is fantastic. We'll go right into bedroom number one and overall really nice size space. Here's a look at the closet. And as we continue the tour we're going to go right across and check out bedroom number two. And this bedroom actually is a little bigger. Well at least it feels bigger than the last one. So keep that in mind if that's something that is important to you if you find yourself interested in this particular model. So we have concluded that side of the home. We'll go right back out. We'll find the dining. Beautiful living space. Really nice size. And then again tons of windows. I love the size of these sliding glass doors. And then also you have a lanai and then the backyard space I'm going to show you right now. As we make our way out you do have a decent amount of space for you know your outdoor chairs. You have a ceiling fan. So it's already pre-wired for that so you can go ahead put your fan out there. I would screen it completely in. It's usually a pretty pretty affordable cost to do that. And it makes a world of difference. As you can see too you have some really good yard space as well considering you are in a community. And you can also put a pool here. So that's something that I think is really important because at least you have enough room to do that if you did choose to do that at a later date. So anyways let's go to the third and final bedroom. And this is our primary suite. So we have the primary bath just right in front of me. We have our double sinks. Quartz countertops. Wood cabinets. And then a beautiful walk-in shower. It's really nice and spacious. And I also love the tile that they use for the flooring as well. There's a look at the toilet. And then just right behind this door here we have our linen closet. Right across we'll find the closet space. Not the biggest in the world but not the smallest. It definitely will work just fine. We have the primary bedroom which is massive. This is a really really big size bedroom. I do love the light fixture that they put in here as they're staging it. So it really gives you a lot of good ideas too you know in case you see something that would look good in your own home or if it's something that you would like to put in you know a model like this.
