A professional makeup artist demonstrates a high-performance, 15-minute routine designed for a flawless, natural finish. By utilizing multi-purpose products and strategic layering, she shows how to achieve a polished, high-end look in a fraction of the usual time without the makeup appearing heavy or cakey.
This is for my girls who are like me who are always in a rush
But you want your makeup to look on point
I think because I come from a makeup artistry background and I literally review makeup products for a living
I've been able to find the best makeup products out there that take the least amount of time to apply flawlessly
And also the technique makes a really big difference too
But for example, I don't want to be spending five minutes blending out a cakey looking contour
I don't want to spend 15 minutes on my winged liner
I want to spend less than one minute for both eyes combined, which is what I show you in today's video
I get a ton of compliments when I wear this makeup look and no one could really guess that I can achieve this all in
Under 15 minutes. So if you want to learn how to do it, keep on watching
So i've been kind of obsessed with my skin looking like skin lately
So i've been staying far away from full coverage products
I've been reaching for more light to medium products and really focusing on the layering technique
So working in very thin layers and building up to the desired results and let me tell you i've been getting
So many compliments on my skin lately. So let me just show you what i've been doing
I've been using this product in so many of my videos lately prepare to be sick of me using this product because I literally
Cannot put it down. This is the bare minerals complexion rescue luminous skin tint stick
This product gives me the most beautiful finish ever and let me tell you when you're in a rush
This is so convenient. This stick isn't like other stick complexion products
Okay, I have not been a fan of stick complexion products for the most part
I find them kind of like cakey and hard to blend usually but just watch me blend this in
This melts in like butter and again, it just gives the most stunning finish ever
It makes your skin luminous, but not too luminous
It doesn't slide off your face
but again
Just melt in like butter and when you're in a rush
It sucks so bad when you are blending out your skin products and it's just not blending or it's balling up or it's cakey
Or whatever. It's just you want to be able to blend this in quick and this does just that in my opinion
It really helps to use a big brush as well. This one's by patrick ta. I'm gonna link it down below
I like that. It's really like big so you can blend a large area in pretty quickly
I just want to zoom you guys in extra close to see the finish of this product on my skin
This looks gorgeous. All I have is a little bit of skincare underneath and newa is what I use
I'll also link my skin prep down below but
So natural looking doesn't look like makeup, but I feel like my skin just looks perfected
I do want a little bit more coverage than this
But my technique really has been to keep it light all over the place and then go in with more full coverage where I need
It so this concealer is my go-to full coverage concealer when I want my makeup to last really long throughout the day
Maybe it's hot outside. Maybe I have a long day
This is the concealer that I reach for because it lasts a really long time without creasing
This is the estee lauder double wear stay in place concealer and I hear a lot of people talking about the double wear foundation
But not really the double wear concealer, which I actually prefer the concealer over the foundation
This gives a lot of coverage so a little goes a long way, but this never looks cakey
And again, i'm so picky about concealers
I don't want something that's going to settle into my fine lines at all
if you're going to use a full coverage concealer like this for every day, I really do recommend going in with less at first because
The concealer step can really take your makeup from looking natural to pretty heavy and unnatural very quickly
If you over apply, I mainly just focus this underneath my eyes where I have a little bit of discoloration
I do a little bit on my eyelid too just because I have some veins and redness
And then I do a little bit in the center of my face
So just like on my nose and between my brows a little bit
And then I always get redness on the sides of my nose here
So I always put a little bit of concealer here that concealer just covered up that redness so easily
And then again around my mouth a little bit because I always have a little bit of discoloration here
And then on my chin area and then just really quickly i'm going to flip over this brush to the fluffy side
This is another patrick top brush
I'm going to link all the brushes and products and shades down below if you are curious
But this fluffy side I do just like to really quickly go over everything just to make sure there are no harsh lines
Nothing is left unblended and this base as it sits right now in my opinion is the perfect balance between light coverage and full coverage
The all over base is light coverage so you can see a little bit of my skin peeking through
But where I want that coverage this concealer really gave me that full coverage
So it looks way more perfected and flawless without looking heavy or cakey
I feel like we've all been in this situation where we apply our contour when we are in a rush trying to get out the
Door and it's not quite blended all the way out
so you have that like line on your face from contour not being blended and
I just never want to experience that again in my life
So i've been looking for more like soft easy to blend natural contour products and I found a few
But this one has really caught my attention. I love the shape of this product
This is the house labs precision sculpt shaping balm and precision
Is such a good word for this product because the tip of this contour is so thin so you can really be
Very precise with where you apply it
But not only that this definitely has the consistency of a contour balm
Which I appreciate because again when you're in a rush, you don't want to use something
That's very like I don't know what the word is like pasty and heavy and hard to blend
This just watch i'm going to blend it in and just melt like butter going in with my trusty refi duo-sided brush
this
Is one of my favorite brushes for any cream product
But specifically contour because I love to use this dense side to just press this
Into my skin. I like to start with a rough blend and i'm just tapping this brush on top of that product
Just to kind of push it into my skin
I'm, not dragging that brush at all more so like stamping motions and you'll notice i'm not perfectly blending in everything yet
I'm kind of leaving it a little bit messy almost i'm just like really quickly
Tapping over everything this takes me like a minute and then I just flip this brush over to the fluffy side
This is where I really airbrush everything in. Okay, I do the same technique
I just tap over everything with this fluffy brush, but for some reason
I don't know how they designed this brush, but it just disperses the product so nicely
It really just softens everything into the skin and again
So quickly this whole contour technique blending and applying and everything took me just like a couple minutes
I feel like this brush and this contour really gives me the most quick results
But also the best results because I love the color of this product. It's not too warm. It's not too cool
This has very quickly become one of my favorite contour products
I'm, just taking whatever's left over on the dense side of the brush
Just tapping that on my nose ever so slightly a little bit on my chin as well. Just super quick
Now it's time to add some blush
I've been really enjoying a more glowy cheek and this new liquid blush launch by NARS
I fear I am obsessed. This is the NARS insatiable liquid blush and this shade has a little bit of shimmer throughout
This is so pretty but i'm so annoyed and over the names that NARS picks for their products
I'm, not even going to say this name because
I'm over it. I will link the shade down below if you want to know
I don't know why they have to name their products such vulgar things, but
I am not
Having it. Is anyone else tired of this or is it just me? Am I just being
Lame? I don't think so. I'm taking this makeup by mario brush
It's double-sided, but i'm using the smaller side and i'm just gonna tap that blush into the cheek
Ah, this gives such a pretty glow without looking glittery and these blushes aren't too pigmented either
That's one thing that can really mess up your makeup
Especially if you're in a rush if you go in with blush and you apply too much
That is a problem because it's really hard to fix that once you've over applied like the rare beauty blushes
I find are just so pigmented makes it really difficult to just kind of like use
On the go because they're just so not forgiving this formula blends into the skin
So nicely again gonna zoom you guys in a little extra close to see the finish of this product
Really not shimmery like glittery. It's very much glowy
So I feel like with this kind of blush it kind of gives you blush and highlighter in one step
So if you like glowy products without having to do like separate blush separate highlighter
This is a really good option for you
If you never got to try the original formula the Givenchy prism leave powders
I am so sorry because those are some of the best powders ever. I really wish they brought them back
I feel like they would make so much money if they did but
Morphe just came out with this powder. That is supposed to be a dupe
This is a morphe bright balance bake and set loose powder quad and all of the quads have different shades
this one has a light lavender a pink kind of like a
Translucent shade and then a more yellowy shade and what I actually like about this powder that the Givenchy one
Didn't have is you can kind of customize what colors you are taking from so i'm going to take a little bit of the
translucent shade
A little bit of the purple lavender shade. I love a lavender powder. Let me tell you for my fair skin
I love it and then a little bit of the pink shade as well
And i'm just going to mix all that together in the cap and take a little powder puff
And i'm just going to go ahead and press that powder underneath my eyes because I really want my concealer to
Look blurred and flawless and stay in place all day
This actually does give a pretty nice brightening and smoothing effect to the under eye right off the bat
I think this looks pretty good morphe has been really killing it with their product launches lately
i'm not going to set all over my face i'm going to set my smile lines and around my mouth because
This area tends to move around a lot. So I just want this to
Stay in place
i'm going to powder my nose a little bit because it gets a little bit too oily throughout the day and then just whatever's left
On my puff i'm going to press it into my forehead
I don't want to like completely set the forehead, but I just want to put the excess on there
I've got to say that powder looks pretty good. Is it to the same level?
The Givenchy prism weed powder was the original formula
I don't know. It's really hard to give another powder that ranking because that was one of the best powders of all time
but for the price point
Like I don't think you can go wrong with this
I think the packaging of this powder actually beats the Givenchy powder
This is definitely one of the better powders to come out from the drugstore. I think this is really nice
I'm, actually going to go in with another morphe product. This has been my new eyeshadow palette obsession
I think this might be the perfect cool tone palette and for the price. This is insane
This is the new morphe underslated six pan eyeshadow palette and this is sixteen dollars usd
These shades are actually perfect. This is all you need. You have your bright tone. You have your crease shades
You have a darker brown to build a little bit dimension and you have a black
I'm going to go in with this shade right here for my crease shade on my refer
27 brush and I always just swirl my brush on my hand to make sure that
Eyeshadows evenly coated the bristles. This is going to prevent any patchiness or over applying
So I get it right the first time and i'm just going to define my crease
This is the perfect crease shade. I think overall makeup brushes are really important but specifically for eye makeup
I really just think a good eye makeup brush makes the process so much easier
I love the shape of this brush because it is so fluffy and it just diffuses all your shadows so easily
But the tip is kind of like tapered so I can actually go into my lower lash line and this hugs my lower lash line
So that it gives again a really diffused look underneath the eye
And i'm just using that exact same shade and just fluffing it on
My lower lash line if you're not into the cool tones morphe released a ton of colors in these eyeshadow palettes
There's a really beautiful warm tone one
There's a ton of different shades to choose from so you can pick the one that you like the best
It's kind of hard to beat these morphe eyeshadow palettes because the formula is so good
It's very blendable at such an affordable price point
Like I would compare this formula to my makeup by mario eyeshadows
Which is crazy because I love my makeup by mario eyeshadows, but it's hard because
When you have something like this for a literal fraction of the price, it's hard to beat and I can't lie
I've been reaching for my morphe palette more than my makeup by mario master matte neutral palette, which is
Ah, it is just crazy to me because I do love that palette so much
I don't know guys if you haven't tried any of the new morphe launches
I suggest going online and checking out their new launches because they are just so good
And again for a fraction of the cost
I think it is so incredible when more drugstore makeup brands can come out with products that compete with high-end
It's great
I'm going to pick up a little bit of this brightest shade in the palette and i'm just going to pack that all
Over my mobile lid. These shadows are just not chalky at all such a nice formula for morphe
I'm going to put a little bit of this in my inner corner as well for liner
I'm going to mix this brown shade with the black shade just to create a really dark espresso brown shade for eyeliner
I think doing eyeshadow as liner is the most beginner friendly way to do winged liner and it's also so
Quick, especially with this brush. I love this one. It's by prada
You definitely don't need to get this fancy of an angled brush
but i'm kind of picky about angled brushes and this one is
So worth it in my opinion that literally took me less than 30 seconds
That is crazy and you get such a nice rich color with this palette one stamp is really all you need
I recently just did a video where I gave you my tips for how to not mess up your eyeliner
And if you do mess up your liner just some tips to fix it really quickly
I'll put that on the screen if you want to check it out
It's basically just a guide on how to get your winged liner to be even which a lot of you were asking me about
That's pretty much all I want to do for shadow when it comes to eyes
I don't want to be spending a lot of time on them when i'm in a brush
I want something that takes me just a couple minutes
But looks really good and put together and this eyeshadow palette in particular and this technique when it comes to liner
Really saves me a ton of time because I could easily spend 15 minutes on my winged liner alone
If I was using like a liquid liner pen
But these two wings combined took me less than a minute to do both of them, which I think is pretty crazy
And again, it's just the easiest most beginner friendly way to do winged liner in my opinion
I do want to give my lashes a little bit of a curl. So of course using my shiseido eyelash curler
There is no better eyelash curler. This just lifts your lashes so much. It really just makes the most insane
Difference so i've actually fallen back in love with false lashes. I didn't wear them for a long time because
They do take a lot of time to do but these
They are no glue needed and they are heat activated, which I thought was really interesting
But before I apply those i'm going to go in with a bit of mascara. I'm using the urban decay tube job
Lash augmenting tubing mascara and i'm just applying a very thin coat of this to my lashes
Focusing more so on the inner corner lashes because I am applying a half lash
So these lashes are not going to be mixing with the falsies and I usually just stick with one thin coat
At least in the beginning I can always add more after I apply the falsies
But i'm just applying this basically so that my natural lashes kind of mesh with the falsies nicely
So you don't need to spend a lot of time here. You don't really need a lot of volume or anything. Just a quick
coat
Of mascara, so these are the lashes that i'm using
These are by lily lashes self-adhesive band half lash. These are in the style wild child
I am actually going to trim them a little bit
I might even cut these almost in half again just because I want a really natural result
I think i'm going to cut the outer two
large clusters
off and then literally all you do is you just bring them to
Your skin and as soon as the lashes like make contact with your skin
The glue heats up and they basically adhere to your eyelid, which is crazy
You don't have to take any time applying glue or anything like that
And yes, they do actually stay on throughout the day. Look at that difference
Like I really think lashes bring the makeup to a whole other level
But a lot of the time I just don't have like 10-15 minutes to do
Lashes these took me less than a minute. I just trimmed them plunked them on and we are good to go
And then again just doing the other side do a little quick
Trim another cool thing about these lashes is you can re-wear them up to five times
Which I think is great so you can really get your money's worth
It definitely takes a little bit of getting used to applying these but once you get it down, it's super easy
This next step is totally optional
But I actually really like to take the time to do this because I also feel like this makes such a big difference
It's so subtle and quick but easy to do
This is the suede bright satin coal liner and I like to just take this in my waterline right in the center of my eye
Don't bring it all the way
Across my waterline just in the middle and the key here is that this liner is not white
It's actually kind of like a pinkish color
But it really just brightens your eyes and makes them look a lot more bigger and a lot more awake
This is the best liner that i've ever used for this technique. I highly recommend this one specifically
I've just never used another liner that has this tone
That's this easy to apply a lot of liners don't stick to your lower lash line very well
And it's really annoying time for lips
We love a good lip combo on this channel. A lot of you are always asking me what I have on my lips
I recently discovered this lip liner. This is a new product launch and this color is absolutely perfect
It is the new mph the over liner lip pencil in the shade skinny dip
This is the perfect cool tone liner. It is so nice. I love the formula, too
It's creamy but not too creamy that it slips around all over the place. So good for over lining like
Look at that color. It is so perfect. It's not too pink. It's not too brown. It's not too purple either
It's literally the perfect shade and look how much bigger my lips look
For my lip color i'm actually just gonna go in with that nars blush that I used earlier
I'm gonna just tap that on my lips and this blush actually works surprisingly well
On the lips and the glow of it is also really pretty it's like a slightly frosty finish on the lip again
Super quick and easy you have the blush already sitting out from when you applied your blush
But this next step is optional
I do think this might be the reason a lot of you are asking me for my lip combo because i've been doing this on
Basically any lip combo that i've been doing in my recent videos. This isn't a lipstick, but i've been using it as one
This is the merit perfecting complexion stick
So this is like a foundation slash concealer stick that is actually really good for all over the face
I love this as a concealer and foundation
So good for traveling, but I do actually like this to make my lips a little more nude
So i'll just tap this right in the center of my lip just to give it kind of
that perfect nude
Look
I don't know guys. I'm a sucker for a concealer lip. I love a pale nude lip
I just think this looks so pretty if you are not into it
You don't need to do it, but I love it
And since we've got a bit of a frosty look going I kind of wanted to go in with a frosty shimmery lip gloss
This one is by ysl. This is the love shine plumping lip oil gloss
I'll link the shade down below because weirdly enough
I saw like doesn't leave the actual name of the product on the packaging, which I think is kind of silly but
Uh, it's so gorgeous. These really do plump
So if you don't like a plumping gloss, you're not gonna like these but I don't mind this shade is so pretty
It's just like a very pale pink
shimmery
gloss like oh
I have to zoom you guys in so you can see how truly beautiful this is
This is one of the prettiest lip glosses. I love how this color looks in the bottle. I love the packaging
I just think this is gorgeous. I feel like we need just a little more sculpting
So I did just want to show you this really pretty palette that I discovered recently for the face
This is the smashbox cali contour all over face palette and I actually think this is a really well-rounded palette
You have contour here. You have a highlight shade. You have a couple shimmery kind of highlighter shades
Although I feel like these are going to be a little dark for me. These might be pretty as eyeshadows actually
Anyways bronzer shade blush. I just think this palette is really pretty but i'm going to go in with the contour shade today
Going in with my refero5 brush if you kind of want an all-in-one face palette
This one might be good for you again a really great way to save time to have all of your products in one place
I just wanted to kind of set my contour give a little bit more dimension
To the face putting a little bit of extra on my cheekbone a little bit on my jawline
Just really quick dusting takes like 30 seconds
Oh, and before I forget I am wearing contact lenses today. These are really pretty natural brown shade
They would look so good on dark eyes, but they look really good on light eyes like mine as well
I'm going to link the exact pair the exact color that i'm using down below because these are so
Comfortable. I just think colored contact lenses are really fun
But they can be kind of unnatural looking or really uncomfortable and these are neither of those things
So i'm gonna link them down below and there you have it my quick everyday glowy natural makeup
Look, you would never guess this is a quick makeup look
But again, it really is just about the products you use how you apply them the techniques you apply them with
It can really save you a ton of time
It can make the difference from your makeup being 15 minutes or like 45 minutes
Truly, please let me know if you want to see more of these 15 minute makeup looks
I really enjoy recording these for you guys
So if you like them give this video a thumbs up, so I know you want to see more
I did a video recently where I show you how to fix cakey makeup
If you haven't seen that already make sure you click it on the screen
Thank you so much for watching and i'll see you in the next one
