Prince Harry and Meghan to move back to Britain

When Harry and Meghan revealed they would leave the United Kingdom and step back as senior members of the royal family in 2020, the announcement sent shockwaves around the world. Now, news of their impending return is having a similar effect. I don't know, it's very odd. It's all been a complete surprise to us, hasn't it? I'm not especially happy about it because they trashed the whole country numerous times. The Daily Telegraph reporting the pair have enrolled their children in British schools which start in September. The imminent return comes after Harry, Meghan and their two children met privately with King Charles last month. The relationship had been troubled since the publication of Prince Harry's memoir Spare and the book particularly strained ties with his brother William. While Harry and Meghan opted for life in America to step back from the spotlight, the pair have continued to attract considerable media attention. When they came to America in 2020, they did a number of things. They sent a big deal with Spotify. They signed a big deal with Netflix. Harry had a big book come out, a memoir, etc. etc. There was a little bit of ghosting and maybe a sharp elbowing with the Trump administration and then a lot of cuddling with the Biden administration. And for a couple that said that endlessly, endlessly said how they wanted their privacy respected, they seemed to make endless documentaries and films and audio books and podcasts about themselves. According to British media, King Charles was informed of Harry and Meghan's decision to return over the weekend. The couple will reportedly be staying at a private non-royal residence outside of London. For now, it's unclear if there are any plans for Harry and Meghan to become working members of the royal family once again.
