Looking for a smart outdoor ceiling fan that actually looks good and works with Alexa? This Lumary gazebo fan review covers the Lumary smart outdoor ceiling fan, a 20 inch hanging patio fan light built for gazebos, pergolas, porches, and covered patios.
In this Lumary 20 inch fan review, I unbox, install, and test the outdoor fandelier review unit as a waterproof outdoor ceiling fan and smart outdoor fan with light. It is an IP65 outdoor ceiling fan with WiFi Bluetooth ceiling fan control, app access, a gazebo fan with remote, and voice control as a smart patio fan Alexa setup.
The standout feature is the lighting. This outdoor ceiling fan with RGB lights uses RGBAI / RGBCW, so the Lumary RGBAI fan can do color scenes, tunable white, and outdoor mood lighting. It works as smart gazebo lighting and a patio RGB ceiling fan for dinners, parties, or everyday use. The 6 speed outdoor fan motor is reversible and quiet enough for a hanging patio fan light over seating.
If you want a pergola ceiling fan with lights that is plug and play instead of hardwired, this RGBCW gazebo fan is one of the easier outdoor smart fan light options to hang and control.

The speaker reviews a Lumary smart ceiling fan with LED lights installed in a backyard gazebo. The product is praised for its affordability, ease of assembly, and versatile control options, including a remote, app, and voice integration. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a waterproof build and a protective cage for safety.
Hello and welcome. This season I put together a gazebo for my backyard. I've been very happy with
it. The performance, quality of the build, as well as the materials. The one thing that I was missing
was an overhead light. I wanted it to be a fan. I wanted it to be LED. I wanted it to look good and
I wanted it to be smart so that I had all the bells and whistles that I could control either
with an app or remote control or whatever options were available. Well I had looked around most of
the summer. Nothing really came across my screen that I was really interested in. A couple did but
they were way out of my budget price. So a couple weeks ago I saw that Lumery, which is a very
popular brand. I've even seen them at Best Buy and other big box stores. Well Lumery had recently put
out a ceiling fan with LED lights, smart options, all the stuff that I was looking for and it was
just released and at the same time the price fit my budget. So I decided to pick it up, take a closer
look, test it out and if you're interested in those findings stay tuned. So I received my fan within a
couple days. I went ahead and unboxed it. Saw that the packaging was excellent. Product was very well
protected. There were no scratches. Nothing had shifted in there. So that's something I like to
see right from the unboxing. Now inside there weren't too many parts. Very simple to put together.
A couple different pieces as far as the stem length. One is about six inches. The other one's
about 10 inches. I opted for the longer 10 inch rod when it came to mounting because the ceiling
on my Gazebo was pretty high. There was a little manual that easily explains the assembly process.
Just a matter of removing a little rod in there that has a clip that's built onto the stem in the
light itself. Choose whatever length rod you want to put in there. Undo a couple of the screws that
are set in there. Some set screws. Reverse that order. Put the pin back in. Tighten down those
screws. Connect the electrical wire and you're pretty much good to go. My Gazebo already had
the attachment on the roof or on the ceiling that I can just go ahead and click the little carabiner
into in order to be able to mount the light. But if your setup doesn't have that, this ceiling fan
does come with various options and the attachment for you to be able to mount the light. And what's
cool too is whether you're attaching it to wood, cement, metal, all the extra hardware or the screws
and bolts also come in the packaging with this fan. You can run the power cord. It's just one
power cord that you need to attach in order for the light to function. And for me, it was just
easier across the top or the roof of my Gazebo. And my power source was right there at the end.
So that worked out pretty well. Still not really sure if I do want to keep that power
cord on the roof, especially through the winter and things like that. So I'm not 100% yet. I might
rerun it and do it on the inside so that that power cord has a bit more protection from the
weather. But from what I see, the way that it's built, it's good to go. It's meant to be outdoors.
It's meant to be in extreme weather. So I'll be addressing that in the near future. But knowing
me, I'll probably leave it exactly the way it is since it's working well. There are various ways
to operate this fan. It comes with a remote control. Keep in mind that it's going to need two
AAA batteries that do not come with the package. A little disappointing, but not the end of the
world. I happen to have a couple in stock. Through the two batteries in there, I was able to easily
pair the remote control. Once again, all that information is in the little manual. It'll walk
you right through it. You can use a remote control. There is also a Lumary app that has every
bell and whistle and color combination for LED lights and many more options that you'll probably
ever use, at least in my case. But it's nice to see that they're in there and to have those options.
And you can also use your voice because it does work with Amazon Alexa and Google. So it's very
nice to see all of those options because I know in the past, if I misplaced my remote control,
now I can't use my light or use my ceiling fan. So having those couple extra options,
if your batteries die and your remote, definitely a thumbs up in my book. The fan is made for indoor
and outdoor, so it is waterproof. There is also a cage around the fan that helps to protect not
only your own fingers or if you're up there doing something, but also any wildlife, you know, birds,
insects, kind of helps to keep them out of that range. The app itself, you can actually set it
that the lights will blink and change depending on your music and the sound.
There's also an option for gaming and it to be able to control by the way that the gaming is
moving or the sound in your game is moving. As I mentioned earlier, the possibilities are
endless. Keep in mind that I will put much more information in the description as well as my
affiliate link if you do choose to purchase one of these ceiling fans. So be sure to check out
that information and like, subscribe, all that good stuff. Very appreciated on my end. So some
of the specs on this ceiling fan from Lumery. It is designed for patio, balcony, gazebo. It works
both indoor and outdoor. The power source is AC-DC. It offers adjustable height, LED light,
remote controlled, waterproof, and Wi-Fi enabled. The controlling methods are app, remote, and voice.
As I mentioned, the lighting source is LED. You can control it via Amazon Alexa, Android, Google
Assistant, remote control, and iOS. And the connectivity protocols are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The total light output is 3,000 lumens. So bottom line, if you are in a market for an outdoor fan
that has countless possibilities when it comes to lighting because of the way that the LED is set up
and the way that the app and remote control operate, one that is waterproof, built to last,
looks great, and super easy to assemble, definitely take a look at this ceiling fan light from Lumery.
