Authorities in Nepal have reported 469 deaths and 1,545 injuries following devastating floods caused by the Botekoshi River in the Rasuwa district. With nearly 1,000 people still missing, including hundreds of foreigners, a massive rescue operation involving over 13,000 security personnel is underway. Spain has confirmed three of its citizens are missing, with no reported deaths.
