The ALPAKA Stash Pouch EDC Loadout

This might be one of the thinnest and most compact EDC kits I’ve ever put together.

For this loadout, I built everything around the ALPAKA Stash Pouch Slim, keeping the entire setup extremely flat while still packing in a surprisingly capable selection of everyday carry gear.

The goal here wasn’t just to make something small. I wanted a kit that could disappear into a pocket, backpack, glove box, or larger EDC system without taking up much room, while still giving me useful tools when I actually need them.

Inside this tiny setup I was able to carry a compact ratchet, multitool, flashlight, notebook, pencil, bits, and several small accessories without turning the pouch into a brick.

This is the kind of EDC setup I really enjoy putting together: small footprint, practical gear, and very little wasted space.
