In the Russian city of Volgograd, a FP-5 Flamingo missile strike on September 11 completely destroyed a building at one of the Volgogradpromproekt plant's workshops, the Exilenova+ monitoring channel on Telegram reported .
According to monitors, an industrial building covering approximately 380 square meters was destroyed. This is confirmed by the published image. Specifically, this refers to a section of the main workshop measuring 20 by 15 meters.
Volgogradpromproekt produces ferrocene-containing combustion catalysts and develops technologies for the production of chemicals for Russian industry. The company's products are used, in particular, in the aviation, shipbuilding and special industries of Russia.
Media previously reported that, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, the Slavyansk-EKO oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Russia, was hit on September 13. The operation damaged a key oil refining unit and the facility's tank farm. The Main Intelligence Directorate noted that the thick smoke and glow from the massive fire at the Russian refinery were visible for tens of kilometers. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the damage to two oil refineries in Russia: the Slavyansk Oil Refinery in Krasnodar Krai and the Taneko plant in Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan.
Media also reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a series of strikes against Russian military infrastructure on September 12 and into the night of September 13. Specifically, in occupied Donetsk, Ukrainian forces struck a base used by the Russians for storing, configuring, and launching attack drones. Several facilities in the occupied Kherson Oblast and Crimea were also hit. In Russia, a target tracking radar station was hit near the village of Revni in the Bryansk Oblast, and a storage site for enemy weapons and military equipment was hit near Rechitsa. In particular, in occupied Donetsk, Ukrainian forces attacked a base that the Russians used to store, configure, and launch attack drones.
Additionally, several targets in the occupied Kherson Oblast and Crimea came under fire. Ground-based repeaters used by the occupiers to control Geran and Gerbera drones were disabled near Zhelezny Port, Skadovsk, Chornomorskoye, and Olenivka. An enemy antenna complex was also damaged in Olenivka. Military facilities directly on Russian territory were also subjected to strikes.
"In the Bryansk region, near the village of Revny, a target tracking radar was damaged, and near Rechitsa, a storage site for enemy weapons and military equipment was damaged," the statement said.
