$22M project aims to bring historic Mount Vernon Armory back to life

The city of Mount Vernon has secured $22 million in funding to revitalize the historic Mount Vernon Armory. After being condemned in 2021 due to deterioration, the facility will undergo a full redesign to expand its capacity and restore essential community services for local residents.
