Caregiving can be heavy, exhausting and unpredictable... but one thing about me, I’m still going to show up as MYSELF.

I still joke.
I still laugh.

Because humor has become part of how I survive this journey. Dementia has taken a lot, but I refuse to let it take every ounce of joy too.
