Mama Was Chatty Cathy! Threatened a Nurse & Feet Up Like She Owned the Place! 💜

Today’s visit to the memory care facility was a whole show! 😂

I walked in and Mama had her feet up, stretched out like she was on vacation at a resort. And baby… she was TALKING. Up. A. Storm.

This is huge because the nurses always tell me, “She doesn’t talk much.”

Well… not today! She was sassy, she was fussy, and yes… she even threatened a nurse (all love, all personality!). Dementia may take a lot, but it did NOT take her attitude.

These moments remind me why I share our journey — the joy, the chaos, the unexpected breakthroughs, and the reality of caregiving with compassion and humor.
