Meet another of Jamaica's most prize resource, our people. This time Jimmy, the #JamaicanCharcoal maker in rural St. James.

He has be doing his craft for over 30 years but admits at 12:45 that 'this is hard work, you have to dedicate yourself to it". That said, he will continue to do so as long as he lives.

He provides some great lessons on #CharcoalMaking, aka #CoalBurning though.
