Atesh partisans announced they had obtained internal documents from the Russian Federation's 127th Motorized Rifle Division, whose units operate in the South Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia sectors. According to the movement, the documents detail thousands of dead and missing, over 9,000 wounded, as well as numerous cases of unauthorized departure and suicide among servicemen. Cyber-Atesh representatives claim to have conducted their own analysis of the materials they received and compared them with open-source data and research by specialists who studied the division's losses. An analysis reveals significant discrepancies between the figures in internal reports and the scale of losses that can be reconstructed from the available data. Cyber-Atesh believes this raises questions about what information the division's command is communicating to higher-ups and how accurately it reflects the actual situation. The movement also reports cases of suicide among Russian military personnel. The materials it receives, it claims, contain not only general figures but also information about specific incidents and service members who were unable to cope with the consequences of their participation in the war.
Before this, it became known that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were advancing on another section of the front. A source close to the Presidential Office reports that, in addition to Operation Vivaldi in the Liman sector, Ukrainian Airborne Assault Troops are conducting offensive operations in another sector of the front. According to him, the trend is shifting against the Russian army. In turn, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced important achievements by Ukrainian troops in the Liman sector of the Donetsk region. This included Operation Vivaldi, conducted by the 3rd Army Corps, as well as another active defense operation involving a group of Airborne Assault Forces troops. According to the president, Ukrainian units continue to destroy Russian troops, and certain objectives are being achieved. Zelenskyy reported that Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi had reported today. "There are important results achieved by our troops in the Liman direction in Donetsk region as part of Operation Vivaldi, and by the Air Assault Forces group as part of another of our active defense operations. The destruction of the occupier continues, and certain goals are being achieved," Zelenskyy stated.
