Boys, I missed you.

Okay, fine.
We'll include Falun, too.
Thank you.
We're going to start a honky-tonk bar.

they're see-through shoes y'all yeah uh saint uh what
is it saint saint laurent saint laurent
makes transparent plastic shoes people
on the internet says the commenters say he's the only
man in the world who could kind of pull them off yeah
the rest of us would look like we wrapped

how about a birthday you know people celebrate
their birthday all over the place people celebrate

That's right.
Yeah, you're going to eat it.
Ladies and gentlemen, I missed her so much.
It's Falun.
That's right.
Hello,
beautiful.
Welcome back.
Who has the next birthday on our staff?
Jeff.
Yeah.
Jeff is our next birthday.
December two months from today.
Okay, then we need a lie.
Wait, Ryan's birthday.
Oh, Ryan's next.
Okay, our security guard, Ryan.
Okay.
I want to go on that fast food field trip.
Oh, to get a birthday empanada.
Yeah.
We'll get it for Ryan.
We'll throw, yeah.
Wait, are we taking Ryan or are we getting him for Ryan?
Yeah, we'll take Ryan.
At the very least, we'll be safe.
Let me tell you, I needed Ryan in Nashville this weekend.
I'll tell you that.
What's happening?
Well, first of all, thank you for sitting behind the big desk.
You did a great job.
You and Pierre did a great job.
I appreciate it.
You did great.
Thanks.
I always love seeing you sit back here.
I'm like, oh, look how comfortable she looks.
You're just waiting for me to kick the bucket, aren't you?
No, I'm not.
I'm waiting for you to come back.
I like my couch.
I like a cushioned seat, you know, with a pillow.
So I prefer my area.
So I'm glad you're back.
Thank you.
I did miss you.
I missed you horribly.
And I don't overly share my emotions.
I know.
I'll cry at the drop of a hat,
but I don't overly share like I miss you vibes.
But I did share it because I did miss you.
I missed you.
And he said, I'm going to be gone more often
because you're nicer when I'm gone.
I did say that to her today.
She came in, she ran in the dressing room,
she hugged me, and I'm like, I'm going to go more often.
You're much nicer to me.
You know how it goes.
You know.
Distance makes the heart grow fonder.
Girl, I have so much to tell you guys.
Was this your first time in Nashville?
Thank you for asking.
Kind of, sort of, kind of, sort of, kind of.
Got it.
I won or I was nominated for a radio award
and they flew me in literally that night I lost the
damn award and I got back on the plane
and flew right back out and it was in Nashville so I never
got clap for me losing
an award it confirms everything I
have always thought I was gonna
feel bad about your vertigo not anymore that's right she's dizzy
y'all she's dizzy yeah anyway
No, we had never, Colin and I, we literally did fly in like that.
We flew in, went to the awards ceremony,
and then we went to bed and flew right back out.
I have so much to say.
I'll have more specifically about Nashville a little bit later.
Nashville, by the way, is one of our new Jason Show cities.
Hi, Nashville.
I love you.
Y'all are great people.
Y'all are good people.
There's so many things.
Okay, first of all, audience, I'm really not being cagey.
You know I tell you too much.
But I was there for work.
I heard Falun say yesterday, it really was,
I sound like Stone Phillips, I'm on assignment.
No, but I really was, I was there,
I was there on assignment, I was there for, I was there,
I was, here's all I can say,
because I was on the set of a TV show, and it hasn't aired
yet, so I honestly, I'm going to tell the studio audience later,
but anyway, but yeah,
yeah, well come and be in the audience,
and I can tell you stuff, anyway, so I was there,
I was there on the set of a big TV show
and I interviewed a big star
and when I can tell you
and I have so much to tell you about that
when I can tell you about that I will
all jokes aside
audience
I hope you have a moment like this in your life
this was so unexpected
I know we have three minutes
don't worry about it
I can tell us
Jeff just gave me the three minute warning
so I know this will shock
70% of the audience
but i had girlfriends go ahead
and laugh you can laugh at that yeah yeah and i uh my college
girlfriend holly um was i've often i've talked about
her occasionally i loved holly and i mean
i always think of the word adore
and i first assigned it to holly and if it hadn't been for
that pesky gay thing, Holly and I probably would have gotten married
because I loved her. I was so
in love with Holly and vice versa. I have not laid eyes.
Don't put it up yet, Leo. I have not
laid eyes on Holly since 1995. I got to Nashville.
I could cry. I got to Nashville and we were at
this place that I'll tell you about later.
And Holly DM'd me and we DM every so often and we
have over here she goes Jace she goes I'm shortening
this story she goes Jace I know you're
in Nashville would you and Colin ever want to meet
and I'm like yes yes yes yes yes yes and I looked
at Colin I go do you mind
and he goes no we met the next day at 1 p.m. and we're only supposed
to have lunch we ended up not separating until about 11
o'clock at night yeah come back to the
tv here's how it started
and here how it's going right now that's right here here we are there's
my girl okay so that's that's holly
and i going to likely an olive garden uh in in 1994 and there's
there's my love there's holly on the right uh
on the rooftop of our hotel a couple days ago what a
glow up for both of you
by the way isn't she beautiful yeah she's stunning she is stunningly
beautiful very beautiful and I I hope for I hope all
of you if you have a friend or a past uh like
a relationship this reunion uh Holly put it
so well she texted me the next day we were texting
back and forth she goes it was like a fever dream
and Falun she sat down at the booth next to me
and I looked at her and I just smiled for I was so joyous
and it took about five minutes and she
said i know we got one minute she said audience she said something
to me like real sassy and i
leaned back in that booth and i went she is exactly
the same she is exactly the same and i cracked up
and then Colin and her delightful husband Chris
they started like clicking and then we all just
got along and every time we went to a new place we
were all like well should we go to another place
yeah yeah let's go to another place
so we kept going we floods of memories came back and laughter
and she's they've raised two beautiful daughters she's
an incredible mom and he's a great dad and
i it was one of the best weekends i've had in a very long time
and it was so great so good and now
my mom loved her my mom loved Holly
and you know my mom she loves Colin too but she loved
yeah but we've now made a promise she just texted
me right before i came on i asked her permission
to show her face because she's a private person in the Nashville area
but i we've made a promise
to see each other at least once a year now um yeah yeah
and i have a feeling like you she's
gonna be that friend that i text like something judgy
of like girl did you see this yeah yeah
so Holly i know you're watching i love you
and i always will i love you i love you the hot dish
when we return back in a moment everybody back
in a moment we could find in the hot dish coming up
Next, Jessica Lange is putting her network on blast.
Wait till you hear what this legend had to say.
Then I had an unbelievable weekend in Nashville,
including a 30-year reunion.
I'll tell you all about it.
And the host of Betting on Beloit joins us live
to talk about season two.
That and more when the Jason Show continues.
It's
time
for the
hot
dish.
Roll it, Leo.
Here we go.
The witching season is here.
Right.
Yeah.
But imagine finding out you're actually a witch.
That is the concept of a new movie from Disney Animation,
the people that got you Frozen, called Hex.
The full trailer just dropped.
Let's look at this.
You didn't find her.
We're going to need help.
I don't know who y'all are, but you got until the count of get out.
Together.
Three eyes.
If you want to not die, you need to mind every kernel
of wisdom that comes out of this sweet mouth.
Now let's ride.
An ordinary child.
you want to prove yourself Boots
this is your chance i hit this part
of you i could protect you
allergies think you're allergic to your feelings
could be a grouch or you
could teach me microwave had
a family so let me tell you
who some of the
voices are Haley Steinfeld voices the teen girl named Billy
and go back and watch the evil queen
of the witches Jodie Foster that's right comes out november end
of november so cute it just you
know why i wanted to show this and not just
because i think you know i love when there's
family movies and i obviously love disney movies i love
that it's an original freaking story that
it's not a sequel it's not a an old IP it's
not a reboot yeah it's not a live action version of
Bambi you know what i mean it's just like you know i hope they never
do that ever that'd probably be
Well, they might do it.
You know, anyway, yeah.
But I just love that it's a fresh story.
Fresh and kids are going to go nuts for that.
Absolutely, absolutely.
I mean, witches.
I mean, people love the witches, you know.
They do.
I mean, that's what three out of four dentists say.
They do?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Thanks, Leslie, thanks, guys.
Are you allergic to me?
It's been going around.
I don't know what's going on.
I'm not sick.
I've just been sneezing a lot.
Did Pierre get you sick?
No.
I've been sneezing left and right.
I don't know.
Weather changed probably.
Yeah, I get it.
I get it.
Up next, time to head back to the 80s.
Miami Vice defined the 80s with its fashion,
its music, non-sock-wearing shoes, and sexy cars.
And it made a star out of Don Johnson, running for five seasons on NBC.
Well, now we're getting our first look at another,
speaking of reboots, a movie reboot of the franchise.
But this one I can get behind
because Oscar winner Michael B. Jordan will play Tubbs.
And Oscar nominee Austin Butler is Crockett
in the new movie called Miami Vice 85.
Now, look, I love that they put these they put
those photo of those photos up.
But don't get too excited because the movie's just now shooting and
it's not going to hit theaters until the summer of twenty twenty eight.
OK, you know what? Then save it.
And AI will probably kill us by then.
that's oh that's good it's hopeful it's hopeful yeah
um yeah i mean maybe save it till next year
thank you don't waste my time okay
no what's coming out this week you know that's what i
care about and look if it wasn't michael b i would roll
my eyes a little bit more because
we already rebooted this with Colin Farrell we already had
a Miami Vice movie really yeah and
yeah see see you're literally proving
my point what year did that come out though Jeff what year
did that come out oh '08 yeah
and I don't know let me just speak let me speak for the youth
nobody is clamoring wait are you now representing
the youth I am okay okay I love it I saw a lot of youth
in Nashville and I'm here to tell you they have a uniform
and would you like me to tell you what
that uniform is every Gen Z girl that I saw
in Nashville they looked like they came out of a
factory yeah because they all had an oversized sweatshirt
and oversized sweatpants and it was
like a conveyor belt i'm like oh
my good they all just kept walking by me in like the various
tall tallness and i'm like sweatshirt sweatshirt
sweatshirt pants britches shorts sweatshirt
sweatshirt sweatshirt do you know how mad i am of my generation
and not theirs when i was going out
i was wearing ill-fitted jean skirts that were up to here
and they were low rise and weird long
camis and everything was body con and now they're out
in sweats at clubs it's like come on i know
that's not fair at all good for them well you had
that we had to peg leg our jeans in my day i mean
you know what i mean what what's peg legging
a jean here let me show you come over here come
over here come over here Eric come over here
this is what you had to do so if this was your jean
leg Falun Eric you got this okay get close get close you had
to go like this, hi young people
this is this is what we had to do in the 80s, you took your thing
and then you rolled them up like
that remember that, yeah okay
or a pen, okay there we go, thank you. To be fair, I also did this during
my emo phase with my skinny jeans
but we didn't, I didn't know it was called peg legging, that's
what we called it in Indiana, that's what we called
it, yeah okay, let's go back over here, let's go back
over here, okay yeah, that's what we had
to do, yeah anyway, where oh the youth, I'm done, okay yeah
that's right, next the debate continues over
the beef between Kelly Clarkson and a store in Brooklyn
with a $15,000 robotic bird
I want to see the bird.
Yeah, anyway
Oh, where's the asteroid?
Anyway, if you aren't caught up over the weekend
Kelly Clarkson claimed the store called Art of Play
treated her badly,
acting like she couldn't afford to buy the animatronic bird.
Yes, that's a sentence I just said
And the store said the animatronic bird wasn't for sale.
then Clarkson, then Clarkson
then showed a price tag next to the animatronic bird
Art of Play seems to be cashing
in on the hoopla sharing dozens of messages of support on its
Instagram, they're saying that they only pointed out the price
because the animatronic bird in the
store was like bolted to the wall or something
so they put, they want, they only pointed it out
because they're like you can't have
that animatronic, you can't have that animatronic bird Kelly, but
there's a bird over here
and another animatronic bird store that's two thousand dollars and she
took it, she allegedly took it to mean like
a Julia Roberts moment of like oh that bird's
fifteen thousand, here's a two thousand dollar animatronic
that doesn't make any sense why would
there be why would you put not for sale why would you put
a price tag that doesn't make that's that
story's not adding up i don't agree
with maybe kelly clarkson blasting the small business
like over one person saying
no but that that reasoning doesn't make any sense you just put
not for sale yeah because i agree
with you i heard what you i heard you on your radio show
i listened to your radio show anyway yeah yeah
thank you fallon cold jenny wherever you listen
i heart radio thank you um even though i'm doing mine
while yours is on but that's fine yeah yeah
to me during your show yeah during
the commercial breaks i click over anyway no but i heard you and
I agree I and I've checked myself I've done this in the past
and I felt bad about it and I haven't
done it since like I there's bagel place I went
to one time scared me to death they were very mean
to me and freaked me out
but I did what I wish Kelly would have done I wrote an email instead
of putting them on blast I wrote an email
and I said this is what happened you know and they
explained so I just wish Kelly would have done
that so we got to go Jeff uh what's moving on
okay up next a trip down the river turns
into a nightmare in a new horror movie come back to the
tv oh my god this is from the team behind the breakup movies obsession
and back rooms and this
trailer
for the
river is
terrible
whoa
whoa
what is
he doing
i don't
know all
those
siblings
who
reunite to scatter their father's ashes along a river
and then that happens uh yeah it hits
theaters in january can i tell you what i thought
in that in during the trailer what
y'all start the boat just come
back you're getting close girl you
got it like i wouldn't
if i lived i would
never speak to those two morons again never start
the boat i'm kidding i'm a chicken but if that was
you in the water and i saw some crazy man yeah
and i'm in the boat i would block him i would
take my boat and i would block him before he got
to you thank you jason yeah maybe anyway yeah we'll
be right back back
in a moment everyone
the fall season is here
or is it autumn kim
will learn that
last night watch this man on the street autumn
and fall mean the same thing but with the weather
as crazy as weird as it has been i wonder
if everyone knows that what's the difference between
autumn and fall i guess autumn is more like longer
and fall is a little shorter
fall still got a little more humidity
and autumn is more cold and damp now what's the difference
between autumn and fall um i guess just like the way
that they're pronounced can you spell autumn
a-u-t-u-m-n so you can't what do you mean
by that what do you like better spring or summer
spring autumn or fall fall fall
or autumn autumn we
are absolutely doomed
no we have no chance no
no oh go ahead
and take us away anyway yeah next in the dish do not mess with a legend
Jessica Lange you guys have heard she's back
for season 13 of American Horror Story
but she's bashing the network it airs on calling them cheap oh
and you know I love when people
bust on an executive anyway during a recent panel
in New York Jessica said that she's still upset
that the network FX did not pay to have drivers
for the actors on the show in previous seasons
they said that she said they each had to drive like find their own
car or like a taxi from the
set in New Orleans they had to find a parking spot
and drive home at four or five in the morning
Lange filmed the third season of the show
in New Orleans back in 2013 and i know for
us mere mortals you're like well we have to drive from work
but when you're on a big show like that
having to find your own parking
and pay i mean yeah that does make me laugh out of all the things
come on FX does feel like they could have splurged
on that a little bit even like big time i don't
know if you guys know this but even like
the big time i don't even oh they still do this you know
your big time news anchors like Robin Roberts
and and and uh George Snuffleupagus and all them
they and then uh Savannah Guthrie they all have drivers i don't know
if you guys know that they
have a driver that picks them up in the morning
and takes them to their New York studio in the
morning yeah what a dream i know i wish i had
that meanwhile i paid for that pillow Falun's
on right there yeah thank you i love this pillow
no lie no lie Eric get a shot of those plants i
paid for those plants over there that's right right there
those those yeah but i love this
company that's right next imagine going to someone's house
and you go to use the bathroom
and you notice something very very odd about
the toilet paper again i'm saying a lot of things i've
never said before anyway this happened
to actor uh Peter Krause at uh a celebrity's house and he
shared the story last night on Watch What Happens Peter once attended
a celebrity's Christmas party
and discovered that every roll of toilet paper
in their house had a particular face printed on it
here's why i believe this someone came
to a Christmas party of mine once and brought me
wait were you at my Christmas party
no no oh someone brought Cynthia Rowley the designer
brought me toilet paper with my face on it
so it is a thing wow is it true yes it's true wow
you're not going to say
whose face again I can't okay every bathroom every roll every sheet a
particular person's face
was um wow why can you tell us why whose face I can't he won't I I I
would I can't tell you who it was I can maybe tell you later
but I can't tell you on TV all right oh he no
peter knows everyone so I I oh can you imagine I could see it being like
a funny bit for a christmas
party like if I put jake's face on all the toilet paper
that's a good that's funny to me that's
funny to me you know what i mean when colin
and i got married uh some friends of ours one i no
longer speak to but one uh some friends
of ours uh snuck into our uh snuck into our suite and
changed the bedding on our bed
and it was all of their faces on the bedding it was all of their
yeah and on the pillow and yeah it was all of their faces
and yeah that's hilarious but that's
one of those things we were like what do i
do with this after the funny bit you know like it's
toilet paper you just flush it you use it
but the bedding you're like i can't donate this what do i
do with this well after we stopped speaking i burned it
in a ceremony yeah yeah yeah got it
your annual ritual you do it's not jeff yeah no anyway uh no uh
and by the way peter i've been
We've been saying Peter's name wrong since Six Feet Under.
I've been saying Krause.
It's Krause.
Krause.
Did you know that?
I didn't know his last name.
I know him from Parenthood.
That's where I know him from.
See, and I know him from I Loved Him in Six Feet Under,
which still one of my favorite
shows of all time.
And I still need to get past the first episode.
You need to get past the first episode.
It's so good.
I know.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I'm going to try.
I'm in the middle of Carrie right now.
I'm kind of busy.
I know.
I got to finish Carrie.
I heard you.
Aaron and I are very far into it okay I need I'm in episode three
and then and and then I I need
to catch up it's kind of long it's like I think
each episode's like an hour long and there are
multiple episodes let's just say I didn't
do a lot yesterday yeah just watch that yeah well and
if you if you're watching uh Carrie
and I know the story I think you guys talked about it yesterday
um uh Mike Flanagan who does the uh uh Carrie
is doing the new Exorcist yeah and you and Pierre
showed it yesterday the Exorcist Martyr trailer I watched it
while I was in Nashville it looks so
good it looks so good there's a scene
at the end where Scarlett Johansson is going up to her little
kid and this is exactly why I don't like kids oh yeah she goes up
to her son and she goes and he
goes hi mommy and she goes
and Scarlett Johansson goes I really wish you wouldn't call me that
and I'm like what is little Timmy
is he possessed like that little kid is Satan
yes oh my god I thought he said hi Mary
and that was her name and she's like hi mommy that clip is
very different to me now I thought he said hi Mary
the whole time no he goes hi mommy and Scarlett
looked at him and said I wish you wouldn't call me
that Satan yeah anyway it opens later uh you watch
it uh search
for exorcist martyrs we'll
be right back back in a moment
everyone she was mad welcome
back as I mentioned at the top of the show I spent
the weekend in Nashville for a special work trip
it was the first chance i got to spend some time
in the beautiful city of Nashville
as i said a few minutes ago first
and foremost uh thanks to all the great people i met there
y'all are real nice my my i always say
this my dad's family's from Kentucky and Tennessee so
i know southern hospitality
and and a special thank you to our new affiliate there in Nashville
uh we air at 9 a.m anyway uh leo go ahead
and roll i shot some video for you guys some of the
places oh my gosh okay this place Peg Leg Porker look
at my meal okay this was some of the best
pulled pork that's my rack of ribs right there yeah yeah we got
your homemade mac and cheese
yeah you did we got your homemade green beans
and some pulled pork right there uh that okay and then
we headed up to Broadway i know it's touristy
but i don't care i'd never been there and i wanted to
see some bars you're getting ready to see
my favorite bar uh on on broadway and it's right
here it's called roberts it's a true honky-tonk bar it's
not owned by a music person it's been
there for years and years
and years as you can tell they got live music she was a great singer
she was doing patsy cline
but look at this fried bologna sandwiches yeah absolutely absolutely
freaking lully i sat we sat at the bar
and i stared at this grill that chef right there did
nothing but make those bologna sandwiches
for his entire shift he should receive a medal of honor
because he was fantastic and it was so sweet
this bartender you know me i love the service industry
and i always call it a successful trip if i can befriend a bartender
and there was a sweet woman
that was a bartender at roberts
and if any of her kinfolk watch this you tell her she was
so nice and she was dealing with a lot of drunk bachelorette parties
and yeah it's the central
hub for bachelorette parties yeah in nashville
so i kept helping her like i was you know some
moron was screaming behind me
or like trying to order i would grab the drink and hand it to me
and she got ready to get done with her shift
and she grabbed my hand she goes sweetheart you've
done this before haven't you
and i go what i go what like work at a bar and she goes no
help someone like me and i said i said i always help bartenders
and and she blew me a little kiss
and then went on her way this was i know it's touristy we did
a lot more places but i don't
have time to tell you right now we did
so many places uh the hotel was great we stayed the thompson
and the gulch which is like the north north loop
is the neighborhood here but nashville is growing
i now know why everyone goes there i know why bachelorette parties
are there it was just a
great top top five weekend of my year top five weekend it
was great yeah good we're gonna take
a break we'll be right back back
in a moment everyone tsr time
Welcome back to the show, my
friends, glad you're here. Welcome back. You could call
our guest today the Joanna Gaines of Wisconsin
she's on a mission to flip homes
and revive what's been ranked as the worst city to live in in
Wisconsin. Yeah, not my words, not mine.
The project is being documented in a home renovation
show called Betting on Beloit. Look at this.
Okay, so first impression. I didn't know we
owned this house. Do you love it?
What have you done? It's awful. You got it. Is that
bad? No, you didn't ruin it. We just need to sand it down
and start over. What? We're
trying to get new families moving to Beloit.
That's the mission. Well, I love her. Season
two of Betting on Beloit just wrapped
on A&E audience, give it up for the star of the show
Kanya Hendricks, chew under me too nice
to see you, I love that top, thank you
that is beautiful
great color, welcome to the show, yeah thanks
for having me. Okay, let me ask, what was, because I have so much
I want to get to, so I just want to get right
into it. What was the for people around the country that
don't know, yeah, and there's usually a city like
this in every state. What was the perception of
Beloit? What is or was the perception? We already mentioned it
was voted by USA Today as the worst
city to live in in our state, um, it was just
a really industrial town. The big employer left in
2000 and just businesses closed, unemployment
was high, like the residential and commercial
real estate just kind of nosedive
so it wasn't looking good there for a while i get it i'm from
a town and an industrial town in Indiana yeah
that all of the factories some of the steel mills
closed up and they had to resort
on tourism they're turning around hello Michigan City but i
but i get it what was the so how did you get involved
in this mission to revive it um well
actually i was just going to say it reminds me
of like a small town boy or a Detroit
oh it's kind of like that you know except paper was our industry
but anyways um how do i get
involved my parents uh our main family business is there in Beloit
so all of our employees and we
a few businesses in Beloit and everyone lives there
and we just decided to stay the course.
And my parents, when Beloit Corp was that big entity
that closed down, left the city,
they were like, okay,
do we move our headquarters or do we stay? And we really-
And you bet on the people.
Yeah, and they did.
And they stayed and it still had a lot of hurdles ahead of it.
and our downtown is awesome now like little restaurants
and new you know stores and the
retail and everything so it's very up
and coming now it actually is i feel like truly becoming kind
of a tourist destination for well you were just in Nashville
but if you don't go to Nashville
like girls weekends and you know get
those party buses ready yeah get those party buses yeah i get
the trolleys um so yeah we don't have any
of the little ride around what are they called when you
drink like the pedicab oh
the pedicab yeah yeah we don't have you don't need those no no they're
obnoxious um what's the reaction ben
because you know i'm not naming any shows but some of these
shows go into these towns and not all the not all the town folk love it
and it's not all positive
what has been the reaction to people that you know
the actual good people that live in Beloit yes
okay so like i said my parents were really focused
and then my mom stayed the course with the
commercial and the kind of economics of the town yeah
and then i jumped in because my background
is real estate and design
so then i started doing you know these renovations yes you're right
everyone doesn't love me in town
but um i've got i've got my my haters and there's some keyboard
warriors but for the most part honestly i feel like it's
been really well received i don't care
what you do there are keyboard warriors
for everything i you have to just because don't
you feel like what makes what allows you to kind
of forget about that is you feel good about what
you're what you're doing obviously yeah
and you see the what does it feel like to you so my next
question is what does it feel like
your family's there you're there what does it feel like when you
see it coming back to life and you can be humble about it
but i will i will compliment you you have
a large part to do with it
so for yourself what does that feel like i'm i really am really proud
really proud when I drive down the street and I see,
I know what it was and what it is today.
So I love it. The houses,
some of the pushback is these homes in this historic neighborhood,
which is a really, really cool neighborhood.
They're big, but they've been just completely
abandoned and they're just like falling into a state of complete decay.
Disarray. Yeah.
So no one else is tackling them
and no one like a traditional flipper and like a do it yourself
person doesn't want to take these out
and they're just too big like they need everything and so and
they're old they're give me i don't mean to put you on the spot yeah
but i love stuff like this
yeah what is some of the strangest things you found
in these old homes okay i always go back
to this one okay two things one we found
this little creepy going up into this very creepy
attic and it was a child's shoe
so it looked like undisturbed like a little black little girls like
a two-year-old's shoe sitting on the stair like
with dust for you know decades and decades like
sitting around it and it just sat there
so none of us wanted to touch it because it just felt like
an omen like burn it yeah we don't know it's out there forever
the whole house was almost
completely renovated and new and fresh
and that little shoe just sat and we just stepped over it
yeah so eventually one day it was gone i don't know
who made it disappear and how they're a priest
yeah yeah yeah go ahead so yeah so that and then the other thing
which was in season two which just
came out um matt who's here my husband
and Pete my contractor they found an old literally just
demo phase ripping off drywall like woman's lingerie look like
the weirdest like a lacy
little number like pulled out like what
are you all doing in the bungalow it's got wild stories yeah so any of
that those were probably the top two well i can't wait
to watch we we gotta go but i do want to say
a shout out to your husband because i come
from a family of plumbers so i respect plumbers
that is hard work right there that is yeah yeah he deals
with that you know what ai isn't going
to replace matt yeah yeah
