Woman shot in arm during Phoenix domestic dispute, man in custody

Developing now, police say a shooting involving family members sends a woman to the hospital. It happened here at Glendale Avenue and 19th Avenue in Phoenix, and that's where we find Fox 10's Andrew Christensen tonight. With more information, Andrew, what do you know? Well, the Phoenix Police Department is still here. They have several vehicles here, but earlier today they had even more. I actually saw that man in the back of a police vehicle. They also still have some tape blocking off some of the apartments, but the Phoenix Police Department says this all happened around 7 tonight. They got a call about a shooting at this apartment complex near 19th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. Police say a man and a woman who are family members got into an argument. Investigators say the man shot the woman in the arm. And we spoke to a neighbor who says he saw the woman taken to the hospital. I've seen her around here before. It just looked like she was holding her shoulder. Might have a little grazed wound or a little shot, but didn't look like she was going to die or anything. And officers took the suspect into custody.
