The Pokemon Center Cafe’s prettiest beverage. Tapu Cocoa and other Pokemon elements are property of Nintendo. Here's how to make it.
What You Need:
1 cup milk 1 tsp cornstarch 2 TBL white chocolate Red and yellow food color
In a small saucepan, combine a little bit of milk and cornstarch until dissolved. Add your white chocolate and the rest of your milk.
Bring the milk to a low boil, stirring constantly. Pour into a small french press and pump for a minute or until thick and foamy.
Pour into a small milk pitcher and swirl while tapping out air bubbles. Fill a cup 3/4 of the way full. Stir in a little yellow food coloring. Dye the rest of the milk in your pitcher with some red dye until it’s nice and pink.
Pour slowly into the yellow and swirl with a knife. Serve immediately.

Let's head down to the Pokemon Center Cafe
for a lovely cup of Tapu Cocoa.
Here's what you need.
In a small saucepan, add a little bit of your milk.
Mix in the cornstarch
until it's completely dissolved. Then add
your white chocolate and the rest of your milk. Bring
it to a low boil, stirring all the while. Sweet!
Now pour it into a French press and use a special
move I like to call latte pump. It's super effective!
Pour your primed milk into a small
little milk pitcher and tap out some of the air bubbles.
It should look like white paint. Alright,
Alright fill your favorite cup 3 quarters
of the way full and add a few drops of electric
yellow.
Stir it in.
Now add a few drops of fairy pink
to the rest of your milk in your pitcher.
I like leaving a few white streaks.
Okay now tip your cup slightly and pour slowly.
I like doing it in two places and then get kind of crazier in the end.
Trust me it's easier than it looks.
I drag a knife around the top to make a pretty design.
Such a pretty latte.
Delicious alone or with some big malasadas.
