Back to that forecast with meteorologist Mike
Russo. Beautiful day for fall.
So funny how it just started out so cold. You didn't want to
get out of bed. You didn't want to go to work or school,
but you had to and you did. Yeah. And now
you're here and it's warmer. Yeah, it is.
You know, I wanted to say it was like disrespectfully
cold this morning, but it wasn't. That's a good description.
I kind of like that. Yeah, it wasn't
that cold. It wasn't like cold to the point where it's like,
oh, no, I'm not doing this.
It was chilly, but it wasn't like the coldest air we felt, right?
I mean, come on. It's New Jersey. We know what's up.
We have a calm week ahead with weather
conditions that are going to be so nice
as we deal with sunshine and chilly mornings.
That's what I'm calling it, a chilly morning.
I know for some it was cold, but it's a chilly morning
and then a pleasant afternoon with temperatures in the mid-60s
jumping to about 70.
Breezy tomorrow, but it will be rain-free all week long
through at least the weekend as well.
Now, here we are looking at the state
with quiet weather conditions for now.
We have 47 tomorrow morning with the chilly environment to start.
The wind picks up until about 20 to 25 tomorrow afternoon,
but it does bring temperatures nicely into the upper 60s.
It's another nice day.
Gorgeous sunshine, calm weather.
No big deal really here, as you can see.
Our forecast calls for that pleasant situation
for Tuesday night as well.
Come Wednesday, it looks like it'll be a touch cooler.
Low 60s, upper 50s.
It's more of the same with the sunshine and a light breeze.
A mostly sunny experience as well.
And it's really, really nice.
Give it a smile for our forecast there.
As we lean into Thursday, nothing new, still fair and sunny though,
as we're watching for weather conditions to stay nice and calm.
The other part of the forecast that we should
also be watching for is for Ocean County
for a coastal flood advisory for Tuesday afternoon and evening.
Now listen, this is like super minor,
like super minor in the most prone low-lying areas.
You might see some of the drains in
Bayhead come up, but that's about it.
We're not looking at anything significant
with this coastal flooding here.
It's really just because of the wave action coming
in during the high tide associated from that distant storm
that's trying to develop offshore.
But it's not really doing much of any impact to New Jersey.
This is a really boring forecast, Della.
Like, you see this?
Sunny, sunny, sunny, sunny.
Oh, look, sun with no clouds.
I see.
It's not bad.
Even the weekend looks good as of right now.
So, listen, today you need the light sweater.
Otherwise, enjoy.
At least it's not freezing and snowing yet.
People with all abilities.
