This Is EXTREMELY Good News...
Oct 22, 2026
This will transform the Jets' offense.
Dylan Parham and Adonai Mitchell have both practiced.
And this is massive for the New York Jets and Geno Smith
as they look to get back on track
this weekend against the winless Miami Dolphins.
What's going on, guys? I'm Josh Byrne. You're tuned into Jets Digest.
Guys, thank you so much for all the support.
If you're one of the 65% of viewers
who have been watching but aren't subscribed,
It would mean so much if you would consider doing so,
as me and Chris Gallagher have daily content coming to you
about everything you need to know about the New York Jets.
And in terms of what we need to know today,
well, Dylan Parham
and Adonai Mitchell have officially returned to practice.
Looking at what was said on Twitter by Zach Rosenblatt,
Breece Hall won't practice today, this is about yesterday,
But A.D. Mitchell and Dylan Parham will practice on a limited basis.
And Aaron Glenn said that Adonai Mitchell
and Dylan Parham are working their way back in.
This is a massive update compared to where they were in previous weeks
where they weren't practicing at all
and we weren't sure when they were going to return.
A.D. Mitchell did return to practice today.
And again, with how well Omar Cooper Jr. is playing,
adding in a healthy A.D. Mitchell would make
for a heck of a wide receiver trio.
That's a great point by NY Jets, TF Media there.
Look, we know that the Jets have a luxury of riches
where at these offensive skill positions, they have the talent.
There's no doubt about it, but we haven't seen them all play together.
This would provide an opportunity,
Sands-Breece Hall, to get them all out there.
We finally saw Omar Cooper for the first time since week one.
He looked amazing.
And now they could get A.D. Mitchell back,
and that can really take things to the next level.
And of course, Dylan Parham.
He practiced yesterday, limited.
But again, as NYJets TF Media pointed out,
he was playing great.
And the Jets have a lot of pressure on Geno Smith,
so that would be a huge development for him to get back
in and I thought the Jets were going to win
this game before but this just further enhances my confidence
so I'm trading yes on Kalshi for
the New York Jets to defeat the Miami Dolphins this week
and get back on track and move to three
and four on the season and you can let your voice heard as well
because as you guys can probably
tell by now this video is sponsored by Kalshi
and on Kalshi you're trading directly against other
users not the house like traditional sports books you're buying yes
or no on contracts on the outcome
of events across sports politics or even the weather
so if you're interested in trying out
you can use the link in the description
and pinned comment and code digest NFL to get 55 added to
your account instantly when you trade your first 25 dollars
so if we you know look at what Dylan
Parham can provide he can stabilize
this offensive line there's no doubt about it because he was
already doing that before he got hurt
and you know he is joining a line or rejoining a line
that needs help uh you know Harrison Glazer pointed out pointed
that out and we have seen
over recent weeks Geno Smith just continuously
uh get get thumped out there you know that how
many times did Adam Archuleta
and Spiro Ditas point out that he was amongst the most pressured
quarterbacks in the NFL going up against the Patriots last week?
That hasn't changed. And
although there's a lot of reasons to be encouraged
and optimistic about the Jets offensive line
moving forward, they haven't done a terrific job in pass blocking.
Parham was. And you look at,
you know exactly this point they have
to be more consistent maybe Frank Reich isn't the answer i've
spoken ad nauseam about Frank Reich
and my my issues with him but you know what what we're
going to be looking for next is uh obviously does Parham move
from limited to full participant in
practice and does the team clear him for Sunday
if he's active i would imagine he would be able
to handle a full workload, but it remains to be seen.
Now, again, Adonai Mitchell also on the
recovery. And this is huge.
This is really cool because we just haven't seen all these guys
together, all these receivers.
And the Jets have a really cool wide receiving core. And for Aaron
Glenn, he made it known that this is going
to be about pain tolerance in deciding if he returns.
If we look at the early numbers for Adonai Mitchell,
they were pretty solid.
I mean, he played in two games, and he put up over 100 receiving yards,
nine catches on 14 targets, and the latest hand update we have on him
is that it's not bandaged up anymore, and he's wearing a glove.
So if we look at what he's using with the glove,
that's probably what we can expect him to be wearing during the game.
So the point being is that these two integral pieces are so close
to coming back, and the Jets essentially need both of them.
You know, this is what I was alluding to earlier.
The Jets have played six snaps this season with Brees Hall,
Braylon Allen, Garrett Wilson, A.D. Mitchell, Omar Cooper,
Kenyon Sadiq, and Mason Taylor, all available at the same time.
That's jarring.
um you know like and we know that Breece Hall isn't going
to play this week or we don't know
that but it's it's it's unlikely but the fact is is that even
when you're looking at Garrett Wilson
Adonai Mitchell, Omar Cooper, Kenyon Sadiq
and Mason Taylor they they've barely played together so as
much as we are impressed
and there's reasons to be encouraged by what the Jets offense has done
Keep in mind,
this has not been a full squad on offense.
And this would be just a massive addition for the New York Jets.
So in what way do you guys think this is going to help the Jets more?
Do you believe that Dylan Parham stabilizing
the offensive line is the bigger deal?
Or is it going to be Adonai Mitchell returning to the passing game?
As much as I love Adonai Mitchell,
and I think that he has potential to be a legitimate wide
receiver too in this league,
you combine his height with his athleticism and speed,
I think Dylan Parham's the bigger deal here, guys.
Because Jordan Meredith has not looked good.
I liked the move for him late in the preseason to trade for him,
but he hasn't looked good.
And Parham, I was actually skeptical about going into this season,
but he graded out very well in the time that he did play this year,
and he looked really good.
And this is a Jets offensive line
that needs about as much help as they can get
in terms of protecting the quarterback.
And so for that reason, I would have to go with A,
Dylan Parham, coming back.
But again, this is just a massive W for the New York Jets offense.
A huge development for them.
And this is potentially going to take them to the next level.
But comment below.
Let me know what you guys think about these re-additions,
these re-welcomeings of two huge pieces of the Jets offense.
And let me know what effect you think that'll have this week
against the Miami Dolphins.
Comment below.
Let me know.
And as always, guys, let's go Jets.
