World Series: Hanging out at the Brewers watch parties

You can't get here today. You're very likely at a watch party somewhere. Let's go to Ben Hanson, who we've taken out of Racine and Kenosha, his usual beat. And you're in Milwaukee. Tell me about the party where you are, Ben. Yeah, Ted, it's getting pretty crazy here right now. I am in the Third Ward in downtown Milwaukee. A watch party is going wild right now. And, of course, Wisconsin sports fans showing up two hours before the game. We got here at around 11.30 this morning, and there were already people here. But I want to talk to two fans who I know are very excited about tonight. I'm going to be talking to Noah, Mayor, and friends. You know what? I'm just going to sit right down here with you guys. Okay, tell me about the energy that you guys have experienced so far here tonight. This is amazing. Milwaukee is the best city. It always shows out. It is packed here, and we're three hours before game time. It's crazy here. Tell me what this says about Wisconsin sports fans. Yeah, I mean, I remember when the Bucks won the championship, and it's nothing like it, you know, and we're very excited. You know, sports brings everybody together, and I'm just waiting for Contreras to go, boom, the crown, let's go, baby. I love the energy. I love the excitement. What do you guys want to see out of this game tonight? Just fun. Obviously, a Brewers win, but just to be here with community, everyone's going to be cheering. It's just going to be a good time no matter what. And why show up so early? I mean, I'm sure you could have gotten a good spot if you showed up here like an hour, but two and a half, three hours early, what makes you guys come here? We just wanted to make sure that we got the good spot, the golden spot within the park in itself. We're excited. We're ready to go. We're going to bring the energy from the first pitch, and we'll go from there. Yeah, let's do it. Exactly. It's a lot of excitement out here tonight, Ted. And I might just stay here until the game starts. We'll see what happens. but the energy out here is amazing i'm gonna toss it back to you Ted, Ben, I love it and I love how some people are prepared because it's going to be a chilly night some people showed up and said oh i'll just wear shorts and a t-shirt they're in for a rude awakening hopefully they bought a backup sweater all right ben thanks very much all right
