Well, Joe, we, uh, turn it over to you for the Sunday morning crunch.
And, uh, you know, I, I guess at this point,
it's fair to say with you, it's, you're letting
the trend be your friend.
Cause I feel like we've hit
the Brock Bowers prop market several weeks in a row.
And, uh, as we get started, you're
going right back to them again today.
Well, why wouldn't we?
Well, I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
And the one thing right now that feels a little broke are the Rams.
So let's keep going with Brock Bowers,
a guy that I just don't feel we could set the line
high enough, at least not yet.
70 and a half receiving yards you can
also bet him to score a touchdown as well but that gets a
little bit more complicated the way they've
been using Michael Mayer in this offense so
still like Brock Bowers to be the focal point going forward here
for the Las Vegas Raiders
they're at home they're in a good spot here I
think we're you know continuing fantasy points
for Brock Bowers and look he is just such
a mismatch such a problem here for everybody I
mean he's a fantastic player there's very few
tight ends I've ever seen that have the ability
to work the routes the way Brock Bowers does
the way he understands where to be on the field and
how to adjust things to is absolutely spectacular
so if it ain't broke why are we trying to fix it
good money good investments
and good things like Brock Bowers yes please now next one on our list
here is pretty exciting because i think we can ladder
this one so this was originally at 50
and a half rushing yards for Ollie Gordon
and then by the time we got to sunday morning
all of a sudden it became 57 and a half
so we didn't have time to update the graphic but it
doesn't matter, because I don't want to stop there.
I want to bet this at 50. I want to bet
it at 60. I want to bet it at 70.
Hell, let's bet it at 80, 90, and even 100 here against the Jets
today. Now, I know I'm pushing the limit a little bit,
but what I'd like to do is ladder this up,
which means I'm going to start with the full unit going up there at 50
and 60, maybe even to 70,
and then kind of go to the half units going all
the way up to 100 as that plus money gets higher
and higher on the all yards. I think that's
a great approach for Ollie Gordon today. Ollie Gordon's
been a guy that's been just getting it done.
And the guy who was getting it done before he got
hurt for the Dolphins.
I can't believe I got not one, but two Dolphins on this list. I must be
losing my mind, but it's Caleb Douglas,
who Caleb Douglas was the go-to target for Malik Willis.
And I am somebody who always likes to go
to the receiving yards. It's a better bet. It's an easier
bet. One big play can get you most of the way there,
but Caleb Douglas is going to get his
fair share of targets. He's over two and a half receptions.
To me, this is such a gimme. You know,
if you just want to go SGP
with the Ollie Gordon over 50 or 57 and a half,
and then the over on receptions here for Caleb Douglas,
I think it's a,
it's just a lock Malik as far from prolific as a passer.
We know that,
but they're going to have to throw the
football here against the Jets at some
point.
I think Caleb Douglas is just that safety blanket guy,
a guy that he seems to have connectivity with.
And that is a strong thing right now
for the Miami Dolphins and for Caleb
Douglas.
So looking forward,
I've got not one,
but two bets in this same game next up here on the crunch.
How about a triumphant return?
for Jordan Mason. It wasn't an ankle. It wasn't a foot.
It wasn't a knee. In fact, it was just a
thumb. And right now it's thumbs up for Jordan Mason
this week on his return. 49 and a half
rushing yards. Yes, please.
I do think with the amount of volume we've seen Aaron Jones go for
in the first few weeks of the season,
we have got to slow that train down. We're going to break
Aaron Jones, an older running back who cannot possibly keep this pace.
This defense for the
Colts is atrocious, especially against the run.
So I'm looking for Jordan Mason to have an
opportunity to go over this 49 and a half.
I think he can get well into the 50s, if not even higher
this week. We'll see how much he operates.
So there you have it, everybody. Those are the
things I like. Brock Bowers over Ollie Gordon on his rush yards.
Caleb over on the receptions
at two and a half. And then, of course,
Jordan Mason over 49 and a half. The triumphant return
for the Minnesota Vikings RB hopefully coming off
a bye very healthy team for once you can see
Kyler Murray operate with all of the set
of weapons despite the fact Greg Mish is still a
little bit worried about them covering that six
and a half which I do get I do understand that's
asking a lot but then again is it considering how bad
this Colts defense is and how good the defense
of the Vikings is so far Kyler Murray's not good either
so I mean that that is a concern still for
me i mean he's i don't think any better than Wentz
but look i understand they signed him in the
offseason they got to play him makes sense there
but i just don't think they're going anywhere with
him as uh as quarterback and who knows maybe JG
McCarthy ended up being better than him we certainly
will see
