Working on Goodman AVPTC29B14BA using the CoolCloud HVAC App

Today was another busy day. I'm gonna try to show you one that I filmed at an apartment complex where I was using an app to communicate with the air handler. This is a bluetooth air handler that communicates with your phone and that's really the interesting part about this call. It was actually pretty easy but I'm gonna try to put that together for you. stay tuned is it open the thing is moving that's the new gadget you got though oh you got this oh i got you oh let's see are there any interface here 20 volt thermostat w terminal y terminal off g terminal off fault code history 05 open fuse all right we got something that may have blown a fuse all right i am Looking for a fuse with power because I got to try to look for a fuse seeing a fuse anywhere Oh there it is man right in front of me I'm sure that's blown it's not right that's the only fuse I see anywhere Is there another fuse because I got two transformers set time should be coming on indoor set to 77. now check a few things let's check to see if we're getting a call. No call. It says I got a call on the fan, but nothing else. Okay, so the thermostat was programmed incorrectly. I reprogrammed it, and now we're idle. So we're gonna wait and see if this comes on. All right, we gotta go check the condenser. I have a sense that it may be turned off right now, but I think the only problem was that programming on the thermostat. We're about to find out. So I know the maintenance man's been out here trying to work on this all my all my breakers are turned on all right i got no power i think it's turned off up top okay so if you're familiar working familiar with working in apartments like this this mess of wires can get confused that's the apartment i'm working on and that's the condenser but this is my power supply so these need to be swapped around supply is in this apartment so i got to notify the maintenance man in the short term we just need to turn that on and uh we might have to run new whips so um that's it um that little app for that um goodman air handler is pretty cool it's a bluetooth air handler you can pull it up and check fault codes so um i hope you enjoyed thanks for watching all right so y'all saw me using an app to communicate with that air handler and check error codes that's one of the higher seer air handlers that has dehumidification capabilities and i wanted to show you the app that's it right there it's Cool Cloud HVAC and you can just connect to it right there it'll put a code on that um control board you enter the code and you can read everything that is going on with that air handler I don't know how much I got of that last video but the electrical wires were mixed up and the power going to his condenser was coming from another apartment and the power from his apartment was going to somebody else's so they got to get that straightened out but I wanted to show you that out thanks for watching
