It is indeed a pleasure to participate in this Russia-Africa Forum and to share, collaborate across borders in the ways that were unimaginable just a few decades ago. A perspective from Seychelles, a very small island nation in the Western Indian Ocean, and probably from one of the smallest countries here in this forum, dating back to the Soviet era. Education has been an important part of this relationship. I would also like to thank the Russian authorities for their very good choices. We are really in an era. I thank you. Thank you.
