Green onions, a seemingly ordinary spice, actually come in many different varieties.

Each type of onion has its own unique flavor, aroma, and uses.

In our area, the most common type is the small green onion.

This is the first time I've grown large green onions and onions.

Unexpectedly, I harvested so much that I can't finish it all...
