Tweaker hack job ripping off customer.

I quoted these people a change out several months ago. They changed the condenser. This is not the same condenser, but it don't look like they did anything to address the leak inside. I have found a leak on that evaporator coil. And now, and where did they get a 2007 condenser? Let's see this. This is a hack job. Hack job all day long. These calls always seem to work their way back to me. even though they're trying to be cheap and save money i'm fixing to jump out the reversing valve so we can run it in heat for a little while people doing this kind of work right here pissed me off a rectangle that used to be here had a shorted compressor let's see a liquid line dryer whoever did this did not do these people any favors it is a solid block of ice in there and i've been running it in heat for about 20 minutes for me this is a rental property for a really good customer so this property is owned by somebody else being managed by my customer i am going to give them another quote to replace and let them know about this hack job i mean somebody does some work like this and they need to send the jack leg out that did this crap i'm I'm going to show you something else that was wrong with this system that I didn't notice until I started looking at the numbers to do an estimate. But I'm going to show you the pictures and see if you see what I saw. That is a two-ton coil, two-and-a-half-ton condenser. I can't say what I'm thinking right now about whoever did this. But I'm going to relay what I found on to the property managers, and they may drop this on the customer.
