I’ll never need for a job as long as people keep doing work like this

Morning guys. I've already done most of the diagnosing on this. Condenser fan motor wouldn't start. I was able to turn it and get it started, but I checked the capacitor and the capacitor was good. So I'm thinking I've got to replace the motor until I come around here and look what I found down in the pine straw. oh boy somebody left me something if that's a five there's no reason why we can't tie into that right there but i guess this is the run cap bandit once again look at this look at this leaving it under the weather like that there's just there's no excuse for doing crap like that and it is a five all they had to do was tie into what they had kind of crap i'm gonna clean this up and we'll get it started
