Frozen older system, diagnose and repair

all right on today's call i walked in 70 degrees inside the thermostat set on 50 check make sure that blower is working say that heat exchanger don't look so healthy i said stainless steel but it's got some rust spots on it here's hot motor's hot so i know it's getting voltage you look down here 7.3 so let me check that again 2.3 microfarad you need a blower motor stop it's hooked up black so it's motor all right after a quick phone call with the owner of the property we got approval counterclockwise lead in this needs to turn counterclockwise lead in so that's right this motor the other one was a quarter horsepower so we're going to use a five microfarad capacitor 5461 quarter horsepower we need blue yellow and red so that's what we'll use cap off this black stuff right there this bush right here is in the way black we're gonna take to blue somewhere where to go we got a cap just need to check amp drop less than 3.6 you see that 1.57 amps 1.52 amps something didn't sound right insulation
